In a further preferred embodiment, the sheet-like sleeve film 11 is provided on its outer wall with 1 or more sheet-like suturing flaps 14, two of which 14 are shown in the embodiments shown in fig. 3-2, 4, which are not shown in other figures. The suture flap 14 has one or more suture holes 15 therein, which can be sutured to the perianal skin by means of sutures after the inner ring 10 of the anal protector B has been placed in the anus, thereby securing the entire anal protector B in the anal area.
Referring to fig. 3-1, 3-3 and 3-4, a plurality of elastic split rings 12 are arranged in the outer ring 9 in a penetrating way, and the outer ring 9 is provided with a notch 13. The number of resilient split rings 12 can be chosen as desired, preferably 2. The material of the elastic split ring 12 may be metal, medical polymer material, etc., and in the present embodiment, is medical stainless steel. Preferably, the opening of resilient split ring 12 is located in a region of outer ring 9 other than notch 13, i.e., the opening of resilient split ring 12 does not overlap notch 13. The protective sleeve fixer A comprises a shell 1 and a gel pad 3, the shell 1 is an annular shell, the gel pad 3 is embedded in the shell 1 and is fixedly connected with the shell 1, an outer ring 9 of the anus protector B is fastened with the shell 1 through a buckling piece 2, the buckling piece 2 is arranged on the side wall of the shell 1, the length of the buckling piece 2 can be set according to needs, such as 1/2, 1/3 or 1/4 of the circumferential length of the side wall, the size of the inner wall of the shell 1 is equal to that of the outer wall of the outer ring 9, one side of the shell 1 connected with the outer ring 9 is provided with buckles 4 which can be fixedly connected with the anus protector B, the number of the buckles 4 can be selected optionally, two buckles are arranged in figures 2-1 to 2-3, the buckles 4 are pawl-shaped and have certain elasticity and can be clamped on the outer ring 9 of the anus protector B, thereby the protective sleeve fixer A is fixedly and hermetically connected with the anus protector B. The fastener 2 is pivotally connected to the housing 1 (fig. 1 and fig. 2-1 to 2-3), the fastener 2 in fig. 1 is in a closed state, the fastener 2 shown in fig. 2-1 and 2-3 is in an open state, and the fastener 4 is clamped on the outer ring 9 of the anus protector B in use to rotate the fastener 2 into a closed state attached to the side wall of the housing 1 so as to further fixedly connect the protective sleeve holder and the anus protector. The housing 1 is provided with a gas source interface (or referred to as a gas inlet) on a side wall thereof, which is detachably connected with an external gas source for introducing gas into the rectum of a patient for performing endoscopic surgery.
The gas source interface can be only one, in a preferred embodiment, the number of the gas source interfaces is two, namely a gas inlet 5 and a gas outlet 6 (shown in figures 1 and 2-1), the gas inlet 5 is detachably connected with an external gas source to introduce gas into the rectum of a patient for endoscopic surgery, and the gas outlet 6 leads the gas out of the rectum, so that a gas circulation loop is formed in the rectum to ensure that an intestinal tube is kept in an expanded state.
The gel pad 3 which is embedded in the shell 1 and fixedly connected with the shell 1 is round as a whole, has an upper surface close to an operator and a lower surface far away from the operator when in use, the thickness of the gel pad 3 can be the same as or less than the thickness of the inside of the shell 1, the gel pad 3 has better elasticity, and can be made of gel formed by silica gel, latex or other elastic high polymer materials. The gel pad 3 is, for example, a silicone gel (crosslinked polydimethylsiloxane ("PDMS")), more specifically, a lightly crosslinked silicone gel, for example. The silicone gel may be obtained, for example, by an addition cure reaction, which is lightly crosslinked by controlling the reaction conditions to form a Polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) network, while containing a certain amount of free (uncrosslinked) PDMS fluid, with or without the addition of a tackifying resin, as desired.
In one embodiment, a switch 7 is disposed on each of the gas inlet 5 and the gas outlet 6, and the switch 7 can be operated to open or close the passage of the input gas in each of the gas inlet 5 and the gas outlet 6. Thereby facilitating the control of the inflation gas by the operator during the procedure without the need to operate a source of gas remote from the operative field.
In one embodiment, the anal protector B has different specifications, i.e. has different diameters and/or lengths, to suit different patient needs. In this case, the protective sleeve holder a is also of correspondingly different specifications.
Referring to fig. 1 and 5, the non-invasive anoscope operation auxiliary system of the present application includes one or more sealing piercers C which penetrate through the gel pad 3 of the protective sheath holder a to be hermetically fitted in the gel pad 3, wherein the sealing piercer C has a hollow structure and a one-way valve is disposed in the middle through hole. The anoscope and/or other surgical instruments can pass through the puncture outfit C to reach the surgical site in the rectum so as to diagnose, sample or cut off, suture and the like the lesion area, and the one-way valve ensures that the anoscope or other surgical instruments keep air tightness when passing through the puncture outfit C.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 5, the sealing puncture outfit (C) has a straight pipe portion and an expansion portion, the expansion portion is in a trumpet shape, one end of the straight pipe portion is connected with the small-diameter end of the expansion portion, a fin C-1 is arranged on the outer wall of the other end of the straight pipe portion to facilitate passing through the gel pad 3, and an anti-slip pattern C-2 is arranged on the outer wall of the expansion portion to block after passing through the gel pad 3 to prevent the puncture outfit C from sliding out.
A plurality of the sealing piercers C may be arranged as necessary, and 3 sealing piercers C are provided in the illustrated embodiment, and the specifications of the respective sealing piercers may be the same or different.
Fig. 4 shows a protective sheath advancing aid D for use with the anal protector B of the present application, comprising a handle D-1 and an insertion rod D-2, the end of the insertion rod D-2 remote from the handle being a tapered insertion end D-3, the portion of the insertion rod D-2 other than the tapered insertion end D-3 having a diameter larger than the inner diameter of the inner ring of the anal protector, the insertion rod D-2 being insertable into the anal protector B to advance the inner ring 10 into the anus of the patient, and subsequently the protective sheath advancing aid D being withdrawn to leave the inner ring 10 and a portion of the membrane 11 of the anal protector B in the rectum of the patient, while the outer ring 9 remains outside the anus.
In one embodiment, the material of the protective sheath advancing aid D is latex, silicone or polymer material, which has a hardness to be inserted into the anus without damaging the perianal tissue.
In one embodiment, the insertion rod D-2 of the sheath advancing aid D has a diameter which increases from the tapered insertion end towards the handle end, i.e. the insertion rod D-2 is tapered overall, which facilitates that the inner ring 10 of the anal protector B remains in the anal region of the patient and is not carried out of the anal region of the patient by the aid D when the sheath advancing aid D is withdrawn.
The upper part of fig. 5 shows a schematic view of a puncture needle E for use with a sealed puncture instrument C, see fig. 5, the puncture needle comprises a handle E-1 and a puncture rod E-2, one end of the puncture rod E-2, which is far away from the handle E-1, is a conical puncture tip, the puncture rod E-2 can pass through a middle through hole of a puncture outfit C, when the puncture outfit C is sleeved on the puncture rod E-2 of the puncture needle E and the puncture tip of the puncture rod E-2 is exposed, the puncture tip is used for puncturing the gel pad 3 of the protective sleeve fixer A, the puncture outfit E sleeved on the puncture rod E-2 is pushed towards the anus protector B until the straight pipe part of the sealing puncture outfit C penetrates through the gel pad 3 and the fin C-1 on the outer wall of the end is exposed out of the lower surface of the gel pad, the puncture outfit E is pulled out, and the sealing puncture outfit C is left in the gel pad 3.
When using the noninvasive anoscope operation auxiliary system of this application, at first put into the rectum through the anus after 10 folding back of inner ring with the anus protector, inner ring 10 resumes into the ring-type, and the card is inboard in the rectum, and outer loop 9 stays outside the anus, inserts anus protector with protective sheath propulsion assistor D, impels inner ring 10 in to the rectum, treats that inner ring 10 will impel assistor D and extract when being close to the pathological change region. Due to the rigidity of the outer and inner rings 9, 10, the anus is now retracted by the anal protector B and the perianal area is isolated from the outside by the sheet sleeve membrane 11.
Further, after the inner ring 10 is approached to the lesion area with the outer ring 9 being invertible, the push aid D is pulled out, and the outer ring 9 is inverted in the direction of the inner ring 10 to roll the sleeve film 11 on the outer ring until the outer ring 9 reaches a position closest to the skin of the patient.
Further, in the case where the suture flap 14 is provided on the outer wall of the sleeve film 11, the suture flap is sewn to the perianal skin with a suture thread, thereby fixing the entire anal protector B to the anal region.

The gas inlet 5 is connected with an external gas source, and the external gas source and the switches 7 on the gas inlet 5 and the gas outlet 6 are opened to inflate the intestinal canal so as to expand the intestinal canal. The anoscope and/or other surgical instruments can pass through the one-way valve of the puncture outfit C to reach the surgical site in the rectum so as to diagnose, sample or cut off, suture and the like the lesion area, and the one-way valve ensures that the anoscope or other surgical instruments can keep air tightness when passing through the puncture outfit C.
In one embodiment, pathological tissues such as cysts, tumors and the like on the inner wall of the rectum are cut off, when the cut tissues need to be taken out, the fastener 2 of the protective sleeve fixer A is rotated to an open state, the protective sleeve fixer A is separated from the outer ring 9 of the anus protector B, the pathological tissues can be conveniently taken out, and then the protective sleeve fixer A and the anus protector are assembled together in an airtight mode again.
Further, the sheath advancing aid D for use with the anal protector and the puncture needle E for use with the sealing puncture device may be provided separately, but in a preferred embodiment the sheath advancing aid D and the puncture needle E are provided as a kit together with the sheath holder a, the anal protector B and the sealing puncture device C of the present application.
The noninvasive anoscope operation auxiliary system of this application simple structure, easy operation, the gas tightness is good, can remain the extended state of intestines tube throughout at the operation in-process, need not carry out the incision to the patient, and operation in-process anus protective sheath carries out the omnidirectional protection to the anus, and protection patient's anus mucous membrane is not received the damage, reduces the operation risk, reduces patient's through-hole.
In addition, the gas source interface of this application sets up on the lateral wall of protective sheath fixer, the cost is reduced. Anus protector and protective sheath fixer pass through buckling piece and buckle and can realize airtight connection, through setting up soft and the good gel of leakproofness for the protective sheath fixer simple installation of this application, guaranteeing that the gas tightness has improved convenience of use and travelling comfort.
