Abstract
An interdental brush unit, a connecting row and a production method thereof. Relates to interdental cleaning equipment, in particular to an interdental brush single body, a connecting row and a production method thereof. Provides an interdental brush monomer which has compact structure and good holding hand feeling and can not scratch skin, a connecting row and a production method thereof. The novel multifunctional toothbrush comprises a label part and a flat body, wherein the front end of the label part is provided with a brush part, and two side edges of the body are respectively provided with a connecting structure. Comprises a plurality of interdental brush monomers which are arranged side by side in the same direction, and the adjacent interdental brush monomers are connected through an elastomer. The method also comprises the following steps: 1) Typesetting; 2) Heating and melting the raw materials of the elastomer to form viscous liquid; 3) Dropping the viscous liquid into the containing cavity; the flow rate of the water dripping between the connecting structures is controlled through a flow control valve; 4) Flattening the viscous liquid through an upper die to form an elastomer.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to interdental cleaning equipment, in particular to an interdental brush single body, a connecting row and a production method thereof.
Background
Cleaning the interdental space is of particular interest for maintaining the health of the teeth and in particular of the pressed tissue, since gum diseases as well as periodontal tissue diseases, so-called periodontitis, originate in most cases from the interdental space. The cause of the above-mentioned onset is mainly due to lack of cleaning of interdental spaces, which may lead to a bone loosening process. For better cleaning of interdental spaces, interdental cleaners are generally used, which have a carrier composed of plastic or metal, the head of which has a conical tip, and the head of which is provided with a covered cleaning portion for insertion into the interdental space for cleaning.
Interdental cleaners are typically sold in groups of interdental cleaners; interdental cleaners are arranged in the same orientation, side by side, with their handle portions interconnected by frangible webs. When the user needs to use one interdental cleaner, the interdental cleaner positioned outside is removed from the whole connecting body by breaking the web, so that the interdental cleaner becomes a single piece and can be used. The abdomen strips are left on one side of the handle part of the removed interdental cleaner, and when the interdental cleaner is used, the skin is often rubbed, so that the hand feeling is poor.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems, the invention provides an interdental brush monomer which has compact structure and good holding hand feeling and can not scratch skin, a connecting row and a production method thereof.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: the novel multifunctional toothbrush comprises a label part and a flat body, wherein the front end of the label part is provided with a brush part, and two side edges of the body are respectively provided with a connecting structure.
The connecting structure is an arc-shaped groove.
And a flange is arranged in the middle of the bottom of the arc-shaped groove.
The connecting structure is a convex elastic abdominal strip.
Comprises a plurality of interdental brush monomers which are arranged side by side in the same direction, and the adjacent interdental brush monomers are connected through an elastomer.
The distance between the interdental brush units is more than 3.14 times the thickness of the interdental brush unit.
And the two flat surfaces of the body are respectively provided with an anti-slip structure.
The method also comprises the following steps:
1) Typesetting; the interdental brush monomers are uniformly distributed in the lower die to form equidistant connecting rows to be connected, and a containing cavity for containing an elastomer is formed between the connecting structures of the adjacent interdental brush monomers;
2) Heating and melting the raw materials of the elastomer to form viscous liquid;
3) Dropping the viscous liquid into the containing cavity; the flow rate of the water dripping between the connecting structures is controlled through a flow control valve;
4) Flattening the viscous liquid through an upper die to form an elastomer.
The invention improves the comfort level of the interdental brush monomer during use by optimizing and improving the connecting structure, and solves the problem that the protruded belly strip scratches the epidermis of the hand during use of the interdental brush monomer. The adjacent interdental brush monomers are connected through an elastomer, and the elastomer is formed on the connecting structure of the interdental brush monomers by adopting latex or rubber in a thermoplastic mode; when in use, the elastic body can be torn off or connected with the interdental brush monomer; when in use, the elastic body connected with the interdental brush monomer can improve the comfort of hand. The invention has the characteristics of compact structure, strong holding stability, no skin scratch and the like.

Detailed Description
The novel multifunctional toothbrush comprises a label part 12 and a flat body 11, wherein a brush part 121 is arranged at the front end of the label part 12, and connecting structures are respectively arranged at two side edges (thickness direction sides when the toothbrush is horizontally placed) of the body 11.
Example 1
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the connection structure is an arc-shaped slot 112.
The two flat sides of the body 11 are respectively provided with an anti-slip structure 111. The anti-slip structure 111 is that a plurality of grooves which are uniformly distributed and arranged are arranged on the body 11; further optimizing, filling latex in the groove improves the comfort level of holding.
The arc grooves 112 in the present embodiment are vertically penetrating structures, and the arc grooves 112 between adjacent interdental brush units 1 and the molds (upper mold and lower mold) form a cavity for accommodating the elastic body.

the arc-shaped groove 112 is a groove which is not penetrated to the bottom, the top surface of the groove is provided with cut pieces which are uniformly distributed along the edge, the cut pieces are arranged near the edge, the cut pieces are triangular prisms with decreasing thickness from bottom to top, and the top of the cut pieces are sharp angles. The height of the cut blocks is lower than the flat surface of the interdental brush single body 1; when the elastic body is fixed between the adjacent interdental brush monomers 1, the elastic body is pressed downwards forcefully, the sharp corners at the tops of the cut blocks cut off the thin layer elastic body covering the tops of the cut blocks, the thin layer elastic body is separated from the interdental brush connecting rows, the elastic body is contacted with pressure, and the elastic body automatically returns to the original state, so that the sharp corners of the cut blocks are wrapped in the elastic body. When in use, no foreign matter on the convex surface exists, and the holding comfort is good.
Example IV
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 6-7, the attachment structure is a raised elastic web 112'.
The present embodiment is an improvement of the connection structure in the first embodiment. When the tooth brush is horizontally placed, the elastic abdominal strips 112' are respectively arranged at two sides of the interdental brush unit 1; in the production process, adjacent interdental brush monomers 1 are connected through a whole elastic web 112', the thickness of the whole elastic web 112' is gradually reduced from two ends to the middle, and when the interdental brush is used, the whole elastic web 112' is torn off from the middle position of the whole elastic web 112', so that the elastic webs 112' connected to two sides of the interdental brush monomers 1 are formed. The whole elastic web 112 'is made of silica gel or rubber, has elasticity, and can wear the skin during use, so that the comfort level of hand holding is improved, and the convex elastic web 112' is more favorable for holding and is not easy to slide.
Example five
This embodiment, as shown in fig. 8-9, comprises a plurality of interdental brush units 1 arranged side by side in the same direction, wherein adjacent interdental brush units 1 are connected by an elastomer. The elastic body is formed on the connection structure of the interdental brush unit 1 by using latex or rubber.
The distance between the interdental brush units 1 is more than 3.14 times the thickness of the interdental brush unit 1. By setting the interval distance between the interdental brush monomers 1, the function that the interdental brush connecting rows can be mutually overlapped and stored is achieved, the interdental brush is convenient to package and carry, the space utilization rate is improved, and the production cost of the outer package is reduced.
According to the arc length calculation formula, l=n (central angle degree) ×pi×r (radius)/180 (angle system), where L is the central angle arc length. When L is the minimum value, the adjacent interdental brush units 1 are attached up and down, r is the thickness value of the interdental brush unit 1 (for example, when the flat surface of the interdental brush unit 1 is not a horizontal plane, the value of r is the highest thickness value of the interdental brush unit 1), namely, l=180°pi r (r is the maximum thickness value of the interdental brush unit 1)/180=pi r, so that the distance between the interdental brush units 1 is more than 3.14 times the maximum thickness value of the interdental brush unit 1. The distance between the interdental brush units 1 refers to the distance between the edge sides of adjacent interdental brush units 1.
A method for producing a joint row of interdental brush units, comprising a plurality of interdental brush units 1 which are thermoplastic molded, further comprising the steps of:
1) Typesetting; the interdental brush monomers are uniformly distributed in the lower die to form equidistant connecting rows to be connected, and a containing cavity for containing an elastomer is formed between the connecting structures of the adjacent interdental brush monomers;
2) Heating and melting the raw materials of the elastomer to form viscous liquid;
3) Dropping the viscous liquid into the containing cavity; the flow rate of the water dripping between the connecting structures is controlled through a flow control valve;
4) The viscous liquid is flattened by an upper die to form an elastic body, which can also be a connector 2. And opening the die, and cooling to obtain the interdental brush single body connecting row.
Claims (5)
1. An interdental brush unit comprises a label part and a flat body, wherein the front end of the label part is provided with a brush part, and the two side edges of the body are respectively provided with a connecting structure; the connecting structure is characterized by being an arc-shaped groove; the arc-shaped groove is a groove which is not penetrated to the bottom, the top surface of the groove is provided with cut pieces which are uniformly distributed along the edge, the cut pieces are arranged near the edge, the cut pieces are triangular prisms with decreasing thickness from bottom to top, and the top of the cut pieces are sharp angles; the height of the cut blocks is lower than the flat surface of the interdental brush single body; when the elastic body is fixed between adjacent interdental brush monomers, the elastic body is pressed downwards by force, and the sharp angle at the top of the cutting block cuts off the thin layer of the elastic body covering the top of the cutting block and is separated from the interdental brush connecting row.
2. An interdental brush unit according to claim 1 wherein the flat surfaces on both sides of the body are provided with anti-slip structures, respectively.
3. A connection row of interdental brush units according to claim 1, comprising a plurality of interdental brush units arranged side by side in the same direction, adjacent interdental brush units being connected by an elastomer.
4. A connecting row of interdental brush units according to claim 3 wherein the distance between the interdental brush units is greater than 3.14 times the thickness of the interdental brush units.
5. A method of producing the joint row of interdental brush units according to claim 3, further comprising the steps of:
1) Typesetting; the interdental brush monomers are uniformly distributed in the lower die to form equidistant connecting rows to be connected, and a containing cavity for containing an elastomer is formed between the connecting structures of the adjacent interdental brush monomers;
2) Heating and melting the raw materials of the elastomer to form viscous liquid;
3) Dropping the viscous liquid into the containing cavity; the flow rate of the water dripping between the connecting structures is controlled through a flow control valve;
4) Flattening the viscous liquid through an upper die to form an elastomer.
