Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of protection of electromagnetic ovens, in particular to the field of voltage protection of an IGBT collector in an electromagnetic oven.
Background
In the existing electromagnetic heating system, in order to protect the IGBT collector electrode from overvoltage breakdown, a maximum pulse width is set in software, but because the coupling system distance between a cooker and a wire coil, namely the distance between the coils is uncontrollable, the inductive reactance and impedance obtained by coupling under different coil distances are different, the collector electrode voltages of different prototype machines with the same target power are different, and the reliability of a higher anode IGBT is relatively poor.
In view of the above, in the current collector voltage protection, a collector voltage sample comparison is often added in hardware, and if the collector voltage is too high, the hardware directly limits the maximum on pulse width. However, product development is usually based on pot matching, and the power of other pots can be greatly sacrificed by using a reference voltage comparison.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a method and a system for protecting an IGBT collector voltage based on current comparison and an induction cooker, and aims to solve the problem that when the IGBT collector voltage in an electromagnetic heating system is protected, power of other cookers can be greatly sacrificed by using a reference voltage comparison based on pot matching.
The technical scheme for solving the technical problems is as follows: an IGBT collector voltage protection method based on current comparison comprises the following steps:
s1, connecting two comparators CMP1 and CMP2 which are connected in parallel on an IGBT collector in an electromagnetic heating system, and setting initial reference voltages of the two comparators before heating a pot;
s2, collecting IGBT current in the electromagnetic heating system in the heating process of the pot to obtain the current actual current value;
s3, comparing the actual current value with a preset target current value, and controlling a reference voltage of the comparator CMP2 according to a difference between the actual current value and the target current value.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the invention, the reference voltage of the comparator for controlling IGBT collector voltage protection through software adjustment is set, and on the basis of not influencing the reliability, the threshold value of the reference voltage is properly adjusted to match the protection voltages of different cookers, so that the suitability of the cookers is improved.
On the basis of the technical scheme, the invention can be further improved as follows.
Further, the initial reference voltage of the comparator CMP1 is greater than the initial reference voltage of the comparator CMP 2.
The beneficial effect of adopting the further scheme is that: the comparator CMP1 acts as a hard protection, limiting the maximum power or pausing for a period of heating as soon as the target voltage is reached, and therefore is set to a larger initial reference voltage as a mandatory protection for reliability.
Further, the process of controlling the reference voltage of the comparator CMP2 in S3 is:
s31, comparing the difference between the actual current value and the target current value, and determining whether the difference is greater than a first reference value, if so, boosting the reference voltage of the comparator CMP2 from the initial reference voltage to the first reference voltage, if not, performing S32;
s32, determining whether the difference is greater than the second reference value and less than the first reference value, if yes, raising the reference voltage of the comparator CMP2 from the initial reference voltage to the second reference voltage, and if no, maintaining the reference voltage of the comparator CMP2 at the initial reference voltage.
The beneficial effect of adopting the further scheme is that: the comparator CMP2 is used as soft protection, and when the same type of cookware or different cookware is used, the reference voltage of the comparator can be controlled through the current difference value, and the cookware with low power is powered up.
Further, the first reference value is 10.
Further, the second reference value is 5.
Further, the second reference voltage of the comparator CMP2 is between the first reference voltage and the initial reference voltage.

Further, the initial reference voltage of the comparator CMP1 is greater than the first reference voltage of the comparator CMP 2.
The beneficial effect of adopting the further scheme is that: the comparator CMP1 is set to a larger initial reference voltage as a mandatory protection for reliability.

and a reference voltage control module for comparing the actual current value with a preset target current value and controlling a reference voltage of the comparator CMP2 according to a difference between the actual current value and the target current value.

Detailed Description
The principles and features of this invention are described below in conjunction with the following drawings, which are set forth by way of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment proposes a method for IGBT collector voltage protection based on current comparison, which includes the following steps:
s1, connecting two comparators CMP1 and CMP2 which are connected in parallel on an IGBT collector in an electromagnetic heating system, and setting initial reference voltages of the two comparators before heating a pot;
s2, collecting IGBT current in the electromagnetic heating system in the heating process of the pot to obtain the current actual current value;
s3, comparing the actual current value with a preset target current value, and controlling a reference voltage of the comparator CMP2 according to a difference between the actual current value and the target current value;
as shown in fig. 2, the process of specifically controlling the reference voltage of the comparator CMP2 is as follows:
s31, comparing the difference between the actual current value and the target current value, and determining whether the difference is greater than 10, if yes, boosting the reference voltage of the comparator CMP2 from the initial reference voltage to the first reference voltage, if no, performing S32;
s32, determining whether the difference is greater than 5 and less than 10, if yes, raising the reference voltage of the comparator CMP2 from the initial reference voltage to a second reference voltage, and if no, maintaining the reference voltage of the comparator CMP2 at the initial reference voltage.
The process of comparing the difference between the actual current value and the target current value is as follows: the method comprises the steps of firstly, respectively converting current signals of an actual current value and a target current value into voltage signals, then carrying out numerical value conversion on the converted voltage signals through a 5V voltage comparison circuit, sending the converted voltage signals to a single chip microcomputer for difference value calculation to obtain a binary number value, and converting the binary number value into a decimal number to obtain a difference value of the actual current value and the target current value.
In the method described in this embodiment, the comparator CMP1 is used as a hard protection, and can be used as a forced protection for reliability as long as the target voltage is reached, i.e. the maximum power is limited or heating is suspended for a while, so the initial reference voltage of the comparator CMP1 is larger, preferably, the initial reference voltage of the comparator CMP1 is larger than the initial reference voltage of the comparator CMP2 and larger than the first reference voltage of the comparator CMP 2.
The comparator CMP2 acts as a soft guard, and when the collector voltage of the IGBT reaches a threshold, there are two cases:
1. when pots made of different materials are used, under the same target power, due to the limitation of protection voltage, pots made of poor materials cannot reach the target power, namely current difference exists, the difference of the pots is identified by comparing the current difference, the threshold value of the comparison voltage is adjusted, the threshold value with smaller comparison voltage is selected, and the power of the pots made of low power is improved as much as possible under the condition that the reliability is ensured;
2. for the same pot, such as a matching pot, under the condition of different pan spacing and pot deformation, although the pan spacing and the pot deformation cannot be detected, when the pan spacing is larger and the pot is protruded, the collector voltage under the same target power is increased, and the actual current cannot reach the target current, the method of the embodiment can also adjust the threshold value of the voltage to enable the power to reach the target value.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 3, the present embodiment proposes a current comparison-based IGBT collector voltage protection system, which includes two comparators CMP1 and CMP2 connected in parallel connected to an IGBT collector in an electromagnetic heating system, and the system further includes:
an initial reference voltage setting module 1, configured to set initial reference voltages of the two comparators before the cookware is heated;
the current acquisition module 2 is used for acquiring IGBT current in the electromagnetic heating system in the heating process of the cooker to obtain the current actual current value;
and a reference voltage control module 3 for comparing the actual current value with a preset target current value and controlling a reference voltage of the comparator CMP2 according to a difference between the actual current value and the target current value.
The reference voltage control module 3 includes:
the first control module 4 is used for comparing the difference value between the actual current value and the target current value, judging whether the difference value is larger than 10, if so, increasing the reference voltage of the comparator CMP2 from the initial reference voltage to a first reference voltage, and if not, starting the second control module 5;
the second control module 5 is configured to determine whether the difference is greater than the second reference value and smaller than the first reference value, determine whether the difference is greater than 5, if so, raise the reference voltage of the comparator CMP2 from the initial reference voltage to the second reference voltage, and if not, maintain the reference voltage of the comparator CMP2 at the initial reference voltage.
In the system of this embodiment, the comparator CMP1 is used as a hard protection, and can be used as a forced protection for reliability as long as the target voltage is reached, i.e. the maximum power is limited or heating is suspended for a while, so the initial reference voltage of the comparator CMP1 is larger, preferably, the initial reference voltage of the comparator CMP1 is larger than the initial reference voltage of the comparator CMP2 and larger than the first reference voltage of the comparator CMP 2.
The comparator CMP2 acts as a soft guard, and when the collector voltage of the IGBT reaches a threshold, there are two cases:
1. when pots made of different materials are used, under the same target power, due to the limitation of protection voltage, pots made of poor materials cannot reach the target power, namely current difference exists, the difference of the pots is identified by comparing the current difference, the threshold value of the comparison voltage is adjusted, the threshold value with smaller comparison voltage is selected, and the power of the pots made of low power is improved as much as possible under the condition that the reliability is ensured;
2. for the same pan if join in marriage the pot, under the condition of different dish interval and pan deformation volume, though dish interval and pan deformation volume can not detect, when dish interval is bigger than normal, the pan is protruding, can make collector voltage uprise under the same target power, leads to the condition that actual current can not reach the target current, but the system through this embodiment also can make power reach the target value through the threshold value of regulation voltage.
Example 3
As shown in fig. 4, which is an integrated schematic diagram of the comparator CMP1 and the comparator CMP2, the comparator CMP1 is used as a hard protection, and is generally considered to be configured only once by the reliability procedure, for example, configured to 8/12 VDD; the comparator CMP2 acts as a soft guard and the reference voltage for comparison can be adjusted by software. After different pots are identified, pots with large distance current difference directly use 7/12VDD as reference voltage, and use 6/12 as reference voltage, or use 5/12VDD as reference voltage to meet power requirement.
The specific control flow is shown in fig. 5:
firstly, power-on initialization is carried out, the reference voltage of a comparator CMP1 is configured to be 8/12VDD, the reference voltage of a comparator CMP2 is configured to be 5/12VDD, then the cooker is heated, current in a heating system is collected in the heating process, the difference value between the detected actual current value and the preset target current value is judged, when the current difference value is larger than 10, the reference voltage of the comparator CMP2 is changed to be 7/12VDD and heating is continued, when the current difference value is smaller than 10 and larger than 5, the reference voltage of the comparator CMP2 is changed to be 6/12VDD, and when the current difference value is smaller than 5, the initial reference voltage 5/12VDD of the comparator CMP2 is maintained.
Through above mode can be on the basis that does not influence the reliability, match the protection voltage of different pans through the threshold value of adjustment as the reference voltage of soft protection comparator CMP2, promote pan suitability.
Example 4
This embodiment provides an electromagnetism stove, the electromagnetism stove includes the above-mentioned IGBT collector voltage protection system based on current comparison, compares collector voltage through increasing a soft protection comparator CMP2, and the reference voltage of the adjustable comparator of software realizes the improvement to different pan power uniformity under the prerequisite that does not influence the reliability.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents, improvements and the like that fall within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included therein.
