Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the technical solutions of the present application will be described in detail and completely with reference to the following specific embodiments of the present application and the accompanying drawings. It should be apparent that the described embodiments are only some of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments obtained by a person skilled in the art without making any inventive step based on the following embodiments in the present application belong to the protection scope of the present application.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a WiFi hotspot connection guiding method according to some embodiments of the present disclosure. In this flow, from the perspective of the device, the execution main body is a terminal, such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a smart watch, a smart band, and the like, which is not specifically limited in this application.
In addition, from a program perspective, the execution subject of some steps in the embodiment of the present application may be a program installed in the terminal, for example, an application related to connecting a WiFi hotspot, an instant messaging application, and the like. The program may be in the form of an application client, a web page, or the like, which is not specifically limited in this application. Some of the following examples are described with the program being the first application.
The process in fig. 1 may include the following steps:
s102: and monitoring the WiFi hotspot connection behavior of the terminal.
In some embodiments of the present application, the WiFi hotspot connection behavior of the terminal may be performed automatically or based on a real-time operation of the user. For the former case, for example, the terminal automatically connects to the WiFi hotspot by using the configuration data of the WiFi hotspot connected in the past; for the latter case, for example, assuming that the terminal has a second application installed thereon, which is an existing third-party networking application, the user may start the second application and click the WiFi hotspot recommended by the second application to connect. In addition, in practical applications, the second application may also automatically connect to the WiFi hotspot without manual operation by the user.
In some embodiments of the present application, the monitoring information obtained by monitoring may include information about the WiFi hotspot connection behavior or a hotspot for which the WiFi hotspot connection behavior is intended. In some embodiments, the monitoring information obtained by monitoring may include, but is not limited to: configuration data of the WiFi hotspot which is trying to connect currently, a real-time state in the WiFi hotspot connecting process, a WiFi hotspot connecting result and the like.
S104: and displaying a reminding interface containing monitoring information after the terminal is monitored to be connected with the WiFi hotspot.
In some embodiments of the present application, the reminder interface may be presented in a variety of ways. For example, the display is performed by a floating window, a dialog box, a bottom pop-up window, etc., which is not specifically limited in the present application.
Take the bottom pop-up window as an example. Assuming that the current foreground application of the terminal is the second application, the second application presents a page indicating that a WiFi hotspot is attempted to be connected, after the first application monitors that the terminal is connecting to the WiFi hotspot, a window-type reminding interface (hereinafter referred to as a "reminding window") containing monitoring information can be generated, the reminding window is popped up from the bottom end of a terminal screen, and the popped reminding window covers at least part of the area of the page of the second application.
In addition, the reminder interface can have a certain transparency, thereby facilitating the user to view the content in the page covered by the reminder interface.
In some embodiments of the present application, before the reminding interface is displayed, frequency control may be performed to prevent the reminding interface from being frequently displayed and disturbing the user. For example, according to a predetermined frequency control rule, if the number of times that the reminding interface is displayed within a certain time and/or the number of times that the reminding interface is closed by the user exceeds a threshold value, the reminding interface may not be displayed at this time, and accordingly, the subsequent process may not be executed; otherwise, the reminding interface can be displayed, and further the subsequent processes can be executed.
In some embodiments of the application, the reminding interface includes at least part of the monitoring information, the monitoring information included in the reminding interface can be dynamically changed along with the connection process of the WiFi hotspot, and the reminding interface can further include corresponding guiding information in the subsequent guiding process. In addition, if necessary, the form of the reminding interface can be dynamically changed in the process.
S106: and if the WiFi hotspot connection result of the terminal is monitored to be not in accordance with the expected target, guiding the user to switch to other WiFi hotspots through the reminding interface.
In some embodiments of the application, for step S104, after it is monitored that the terminal is connected to the WiFi hotspot, the prompting interface may not be displayed immediately, or the prompting interface may be displayed when it is monitored that the WiFi hotspot connection result of the terminal does not meet the expected target.
In some embodiments of the present application, the WiFi hotspot connection result failing to meet the expected target may include a WiFi hotspot connection failure or a successfully connected hotspot quality failing to meet the standard. For example, a WiFi hotspot connection result that does not meet the expected target may include, but is not limited to: the WiFi hotspot connection fails, the signal strength of the successfully connected WiFi hotspot is lower than a threshold value, the successfully connected WiFi hotspot networking is abnormal, and the like. When the WiFi hotspot connection result of the terminal does not meet the expected target, the Internet surfing quality of the user is often directly influenced, and the user can be guided to switch to a higher-quality WiFi hotspot, so that the user experience is improved.
In some embodiments of the present application, the configuration data of the other Wifi hotspots may be provided by the first application (for example, the configuration data of the Wifi hotspots provided by the second application or the operating system may not be relied on by pushing the configuration data of the Wifi hotspots to the first application after being collected by the server side in advance.
The terminal is connected with the WiFi hotspot, which often indicates that the user needs to surf the Internet at present, under the condition, the user can pay attention to whether the WiFi hotspot connection result meets an expected target, if the WiFi hotspot connection result does not meet the expected target, the Internet surfing quality of the user is likely to be directly influenced, the user needs to pay attention to a more reliable WiFi hotspot, the user is guided to switch to other WiFi hotspots through a reminding interface, the use requirements of the WiFi hotspot of the user at the moment are met accurately, and the user experience is improved.
Based on the method of fig. 1, some embodiments of the present application also provide some specific embodiments of the method, and further embodiments, which are explained below.
In some embodiments of the present application, before the reminder interface is presented, the frequency control may be performed. Besides frequency control, more prepositive conditions can be set according to actual needs, when the prepositive conditions can be met, the reminding interface is displayed, otherwise, the reminding interface can not be displayed. Several preconditions are listed below as examples:
for example, assuming that the reminding and guiding functions of the first application are mainly executed for the second application, before the reminding interface is displayed, it may be determined whether the second application is installed on the terminal. If the second application is installed on the terminal and is in operation, the subsequent display reminding interface is used for guiding, and the user can feel the advantages of the first application in a contrasting manner.
For another example, before the reminding interface is displayed, it may be further determined whether there is a non-WiFi data network that the terminal can use currently, for example, a mobile communication cellular network such as 3G or 4G provided by a communication operator. If yes, the fact that the current terminal can still surf the internet through the non-WiFi data network even if the current terminal is not connected with any WiFi hotspot is shown, and a reminding interface can be displayed. The non-WiFi data network can be used for inquiring WiFi hotspot authentication data from the server side and evaluating risks of WiFi hotspots.
For another example, in practical applications, the user may not want to be disturbed when using some applications (such as game applications, etc.), and therefore, the user may be allowed to set an application white list into which the user may add applications that the user can tolerate to be disturbed. Under the condition, before the reminding interface is displayed, whether the foreground application of the current terminal is in the application white list or not can be judged, if yes, the reminding interface can be displayed, and otherwise, the reminding interface is not displayed so as to avoid disturbing the user. In some embodiments, a user may be allowed to set an application blacklist into which the user may add applications that the user cannot tolerate disturbing. In this case, before the reminding interface is displayed, whether the foreground application of the current terminal is in the application blacklist or not can be judged, if yes, the reminding interface is not displayed, and if not, the reminding interface can be displayed.
In some embodiments of the present application, for step S106, if it is detected that the WiFi hotspot connection result of the terminal temporarily does not meet the expected target, a certain waiting time may be given to automatically improve to reach the expected target according to circumstances. If the waiting time is also overtime and the first application can provide other switchable Wifi hotspots, the user is guided to switch to the other Wifi hotspots through the reminding interface.
The above embodiments illustrate handling measures in the case where the WiFi hotspot connection results do not meet the expected target. Further, for the case that the WiFi hotspot connection result meets the expected target, some embodiments of the present application also provide corresponding processing measures, which are described below.
In some embodiments of the application, after a prompting interface containing monitoring information is displayed, if it is monitored that a WiFi hotspot connection result of the terminal meets an expected target (generally, at least the terminal has successfully connected to a WiFi hotspot at this time), whether the WiFi hotspot currently and successfully connected to the terminal is risky is detected; if the user is at risk, the user can be guided to carry out safety detection through the reminding interface. The security detection may be for the current WiFi hotspot itself, or for at least part of the program on the terminal, such as for an operating system, one or more applications, and the like.
In some embodiments of the present application, the manner of risk detection is varied. For example, it may be detected whether a WiFi hotspot that is currently successfully connected is at risk based on at least one of: the WiFi hotspot encryption type data, the configuration data of the WiFi hotspot which has been saved by the terminal and has been connected in the past, and the WiFi hotspot authentication data obtained by querying a service terminal (for example, a service terminal corresponding to the first application).
For example, more specifically, assuming that a WiFi hotspot currently and successfully connected to the terminal is determined to be an open WiFi hotspot according to WiFi hotspot encryption type data, the current WiFi hotspot may be considered to be risky; or, assuming that the current WiFi hotspot is determined to be a WiFi hotspot which is not connected by the terminal in the past according to configuration data of a WiFi hotspot which is stored by the terminal and connected in the past, the current WiFi hotspot may be considered to be at risk; or, assuming that it is determined that the WiFi hotspot currently and successfully connected to the terminal does not pass the authentication of the server according to the WiFi hotspot authentication data obtained by querying the server, the current WiFi hotspot may be considered to be risky; and so on.
It should be noted that, in some embodiments, the risk detection may also be performed during the process of monitoring the WiFi hotspot connection behavior of the terminal, and the like, and is not necessarily performed after the connection is completed.
Further, if it is determined that there is no risk in the WiFi hotspot to which the terminal is successfully connected at present, the user may be guided to surf the internet (e.g., a default browser is opened or a navigation page provided by the first application is opened), and corresponding internet security protection is provided.
Based on the above description, some embodiments of the present application further provide a detailed flowchart of the WiFi hotspot connection guiding method, as shown in fig. 2.
The process in fig. 2 mainly comprises the following steps:
the first application detects the WiFi hotspot connection behavior of the terminal in a background;
judging whether the current preset conditions such as frequency control and the like are met, if so, popping up a reminding window, and otherwise, ending the process;
after popping up the reminding window, judging whether the corresponding WiFi hotspot connection result meets the expected target (for example, the connection is successful and the signal quality reaches the standard), if so, judging whether the WiFi hotspot successfully connected is risky, otherwise, judging whether the connection is overtime and the first application has other switchable WiFi hotspots;
if the WiFi hotspot successfully connected is judged to be risky, guiding the user to carry out safety detection;
if the WiFi hotspot successfully connected is judged to be risk-free, the user is guided to surf the internet (for example, application skipping, navigation page opening and the like are carried out), and internet surfing safety protection can be provided;
if the time is overtime and the first application has other switchable WiFi hotspots, guiding the user to switch to the other hotspots, and otherwise, waiting for the improvement or retry of the WiFi hotspot connection result;
the flow may end after booting is complete.
Further, for the precondition mentioned in fig. 2, some embodiments of the present application further provide a precondition determination flow diagram, as shown in fig. 3, specifically, see the step in the dashed line block in fig. 3, which mainly includes the following steps:
the first application judges whether the terminal is provided with a second application, if so, frequency control is carried out, for example, whether the number of times of actively closing a reminding popup window of the first application by a user in the past exceeds a threshold value is judged, and if not, the process is ended;
if the current non-WiFi data network exceeds the threshold value, ending the process, otherwise, judging whether the non-WiFi data network which can be used by the terminal exists at present;
if yes, a reminding window pops up, otherwise, the flow is ended.
Fig. 3 shows 3 exemplary preconditions, and the determination sequence is also exemplary and not limiting to the present application.
More intuitively, some embodiments of the present application also provide an exemplary page effect description after popping up the reminder window.
Assume that the boot is currently being performed during a WiFi hotspot connection.
After monitoring that the terminal is connected with the WiFi, the first application pops up the reminding window to cover a partial area of the WiFi hotspot connection interface of the second application in a bottom popup mode. The following may be shown in the reminder window: the device comprises first information used for prompting that the connection of a strange WiFi hotspot is monitored currently, second information used for indicating that the identity of the hotspot is successfully verified, and third information used for indicating that the connection is attempted for the first time.
After a further state change, the first information in the reminding window is changed into fourth information for prompting that the hotspot "XXXXX" is currently connected, namely, after the further state change, the name of the strange hotspot in the first information is determined to be "XXXXXXX".
After a further state change:
if the first application monitors that the current connection has timed out (assuming the WiFi connection result is deemed to be not in accordance with the expected target), then another high-quality WiFi hotspot named "tplink _ 836286" is presented through the reminder window, and a hotspot switching button is presented to guide the user to switch to the high-quality hotspot.
If the WiFi hotspot is successfully connected, the WiFi hotspot may not be handed over, and corresponding guidance may also be performed in this case.
And if the WiFi hotspot is successfully connected and the connected WiFi hotspot is determined to be risk-free, guiding the user to surf the internet and providing internet surfing safety protection.
And if the WiFi hotspot is successfully connected and the connected WiFi hotspot is an open hotspot, guiding the user to perform security detection so as to detect the network security risk of the open hotspot.
And if the WiFi hotspot is successfully connected, but the connected WiFi hotspot has a risk of distributed denial of service (DDoS), guiding the user to perform security detection.
In addition, more intuitively, different risks may be prompted with different colors for different boot scenarios after a successful connection to a WiFi hotspot. For example, if the connected WiFi hotspot is not at risk, the icon in the reminder window related to the risk prompt may be a first color, if the connected WiFi hotspot is at risk for being an open hotspot, the icon in the reminder window may be a second color, and if the connected WiFi hotspot has other risks, the icon in the reminder window may be a third color; and so on.
