Abstract
The invention discloses a hanging rope, which comprises a hanging rope part and a clamping part for accommodating electronic products, wherein the end head of the hanging rope part is connected with the clamping part; the antenna part is wrapped in the hanging rope part; one end of the antenna part is exposed from the cavity of the clamping part and is configured to be conducted with an antenna contact of the electronic product positioned in the clamping part; the other end of the antenna part is distributed along the extending direction of the hanging rope part. The hanging rope can place the electronic product in the clamping part so as to be worn at the chest or other positions. The antenna contact of the electronic product is contacted and conducted with the antenna part, so that the antenna part can be used as an antenna extension line of the electronic product, and the signal intensity of the electronic product is improved.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of accessories of electronic products, and particularly relates to a hanging rope for electronic products.
Background
With the development of technology and the advancement of society, in order to meet different demands of consumers, more and more peripheral products of electronic products are developed to change the usage habits of consumers. For example, the Bluetooth headset has small volume and is easy to lose when not taken off. A hanging rope is currently available on the market, and the hanging rope is provided with a clamping part for clamping the bluetooth headset. According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a hanging rope, including a hanging rope portion and a clamping portion for accommodating an electronic product, wherein an end of the hanging rope portion is connected with the clamping portion; the antenna part is wrapped in the hanging rope part; one end of the antenna part is exposed from the cavity of the clamping part and is configured to be communicated with an antenna contact of the electronic product in the clamping part; the other end of the antenna part is distributed along the extending direction of the hanging rope part.
Optionally, the rope hanging part is provided with two ends, and the two ends of the rope hanging part are respectively connected with the clamping part; the antenna parts are arranged in two, and the two antenna parts extend in the hanging rope part along two ends of the hanging rope part respectively.
Optionally, one of the antenna portions is a bluetooth antenna, and one of the antenna portions is a WIFI antenna.
Optionally, a contact spring piece for contact matching with the antenna contact of the electronic product is arranged at one end of the antenna part exposed from the clamping part cavity.

Detailed Description
Various exemplary embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that: the relative arrangement of the components and steps, numerical expressions and numerical values set forth in these embodiments do not limit the scope of the present invention unless it is specifically stated otherwise.
The following description of at least one exemplary embodiment is merely exemplary in nature and is in no way intended to limit the invention, its application, or uses.
Techniques, methods, and apparatus known to one of ordinary skill in the relevant art may not be discussed in detail, but are intended to be part of the specification where appropriate.
In all examples shown and discussed herein, any specific values should be construed as merely illustrative, and not a limitation. Thus, other examples of exemplary embodiments may have different values.
It should be noted that: like reference numerals and letters denote like items in the following figures, and thus once an item is defined in one figure, no further discussion thereof is necessary in subsequent figures.
Referring to fig. 1, the present invention provides a hanging rope, which comprises a hanging rope portion 1 and a clamping portion 2 for accommodating an electronic product, wherein the end of the hanging rope portion 1 is connected with the clamping portion 2. The shape of the engaging portion 2 matches the shape of the electronic product, and may be, for example, a rectangular frame shape, a circular shape, or an elliptical shape. The electronic product of the invention can be a smart watch, a Bluetooth headset or other intelligent terminals with wireless communication capability. The hanging rope of the invention can place and store the electronic product in the cavity of the clamping part 2, and the electronic product is worn at the chest or other positions of the user through the hanging rope part 1 connected with the clamping part 2.
The hanging rope of the invention also comprises an antenna part wrapped in the hanging rope part 1; one end of the antenna portion extends and distributes in the tether portion 1 along the extending direction of the tether portion 1, and the other end of the antenna portion is exposed from the cavity of the engaging portion 2. When the electronic product is placed in the clamping part 2, the antenna contact of the electronic product can be contacted and conducted with the antenna part 2, so that the antenna part can be used as an antenna extension line of the electronic product, and the signal intensity of the electronic product is improved.
In order to facilitate the conduction between the electronic product and the antenna portion, a contact spring 31 is disposed at an end of the antenna portion exposed from the cavity of the engaging portion 2, refer to fig. 5. The contact spring 31 is used as a spring leg of the antenna part, so that the exposed antenna contact of the electronic product and the antenna part can be well conducted together.
The antenna portion may be provided one or two. When two antenna portions are provided, for example, one of the antenna portions may be a bluetooth antenna, and one of the antenna portions may be a WIFI antenna. At this time, both ends of the rope hanging part 1 are respectively connected with the clamping parts 2; one end of each of the two antenna parts forms a contact point in the cavity of the clamping part 2, and the other end extends in the hanging rope part 1 along the two ends of the hanging rope part 1. The Bluetooth signal intensity and the WIFI signal intensity of the electronic product can be remarkably improved through the two antenna parts.
Of course, the two antenna portions may be bluetooth antennas at the same time, or WIFI antennas at the same time, or other types of antennas such as GSM, which are well known to those skilled in the art, and will not be described in detail herein.
The rope hanging part 1 and the clamping part 2 of the invention can be formed by adopting an injection molding process. In a specific embodiment of the present invention, in order to facilitate injection molding of the end position of the antenna portion and the engaging portion 2 together, the engaging portion 2 is injection molded by insert molding. That is, the engaging portion 2 includes an insert 20 and an injection body 21 injection-molded with the insert 20, referring to fig. 2 and 3. The insert 20 may be preformed by injection molding. The insert 20 may then be placed into an injection molding machine to mold an injection molded body 21 that encapsulates the insert 20.
Referring to fig. 2, 4 and 5, the antenna part of the present invention includes an antenna body 3 and an antenna bracket 32 mounted on the insert 20, and the antenna body 3 is preferably an FPC board, and a terminal 30 of the FPC board may be bent in a U shape. The antenna bracket 32 mainly plays a role in positioning, and when the antenna bracket 32 is assembled, the antenna bracket 32 stretches into a U-shaped groove of the end head 32 of the FPC board and can be assembled into a corresponding mounting groove on the insert 20, so that the positioning of the FPC board in the insert 20 is realized, and the subsequent injection molding is facilitated, and the method is shown in FIG. 6. The U-shaped slot design of the FPC board end 32 allows the main body portion of the FPC board to be located at the rear end of the antenna mount 32, and the end 30 of the FPC board to bypass the antenna mount 32 and face into the housing of the insert 20.
It is further preferred that the end 30 of the FPC board of the present invention may be adhered to the end surface of the antenna mount 32 by double-sided tape or other adhesive materials known to those skilled in the art to fix the FPC board to the antenna mount 32; and this also facilitates the support of the contact spring 31 on the antenna support 32.
After the above assembled insert 20 and FPC board are placed in an injection molding machine, an injection molding body 21 is formed by injection molding, and the injection molding body 21 injects the insert 20, the antenna mount 32, and the end 32 of the FPC board together, see fig. 6 and 7.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the tether portion 1 includes a tether portion body 10 and a string-shaped wrapping portion 11 connected to the engaging portion 2, and the wrapping portion 11 may be formed by injection molding, so that the antenna body 3 may be wrapped.
The wrapping of the present invention can be injection molded simultaneously with the injection molding body 21, but since the FPC board is a flexible material, one end thereof is positioned on the insert 20 through the antenna mount 32, and the positioning of the other end thereof is difficult. To solve this problem, the wrapping portion 11 of the present invention includes a first injection-molded portion 11a injection-molded on one side of the antenna body 3, and a second injection-molded portion 11b injection-molded on the other side of the antenna body 3, referring to fig. 2, 7, and 8. After placing the FPC board on the injection molding machine, for example, the FPC board may be placed and attached on the front mold, a first injection molding portion 11a located on one side of the FPC board is formed by injection molding through one shot, a second injection molding portion 11b located on the other side of the FPC board is formed by two shot injection molding, and the FPC board is clamped and wrapped by the first injection molding portion 11a and the second injection molding portion 11b, so that injection molding of the wrapping portion 11 is completed.
Since the FPC board, the insert 20 are placed into the injection molding machine after being assembled, the first injection molded portion 11a, and the injection molded body 21 on the insert 20 may be simultaneously injection molded so that the first injection molded portion 11a and the injection molded body 21 may be integrated, referring to fig. 7.
In the two-shot molding, the second injection molding portion 11b is formed on the FPC board by injection molding, and in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the second injection molding portion 11b is further formed with a coupling portion 22 connected to the outer wall of the injection molding body 21 after the two-shot molding, referring to fig. 2. The joint 22 is joined to a part of the outer wall of the injection body 21 so that the injection body 21, the first injection part 11a, and the second injection part 11b can be formed as a single body, thereby ensuring structural strength between the components, as shown in fig. 8.
The connection between the rope portion body 10 and the wrapping portion 11 may be constructed as known to those skilled in the art, and in a specific embodiment of the present invention, a connection shaft 4 is further connected to one end of the antenna body 3 for connecting the rope portion body 10, the connection shaft 4 may be preassembled with the antenna body 3, and then the connection shaft 4 and the wrapping portion 11 are injection-molded together by injection molding, thereby achieving connection of the connection shaft 4 with the antenna body 3.
In order to improve the binding force between the connecting shaft 4 and the wrapping portion 11, a ring of grooves 40 are provided on the outer wall of the connecting shaft 4, see fig. 3 and 4. After injection molding, the wrapping 11, while wrapping the connecting shaft 4, also enters the groove 40 of the connecting shaft 4, thereby firmly "grabbing" the connecting shaft 4.
The end of the connecting shaft 4 is exposed from the wrapping portion 11, and a plug portion 41 is formed to be plugged with the rope hanging portion main body 10. Referring to fig. 3, the plugging portion 41 is preferably in a ball structure, and can be inserted into the plugging cavity of the rope hanging portion main body 10 and firmly connected with the rope hanging portion main body 10 by interference fit. Especially when the rope hanging part main body 10 is made of a software material, the inserting part 41 can squeeze the inserting cavity of the rope hanging part main body 10 to deform in the inserting process, so that the inserting part 41 and the inserting cavity of the rope hanging part main body 10 are tightly connected.
Of course, in order to further improve the stability of the connection between the two, a glue material may be used. For example, the surface of the plug-in part 41 may be glued, so that the plug-in part 41 is glued into the plug-in receptacle of the rope-hanging part body 10.
By adopting the structure of the connecting shaft 4, not only the connection between the wrapping part 11 and the rope hanging part main body 10 can be realized, but also the connecting shaft 4 and the antenna main body 3 are preassembled together, so that the connecting shaft 4 can also provide a positioning function for the injection molding of the antenna main body 3. At the time of injection molding, one end of the antenna main body 3 is positioned by the antenna bracket 32, and the other end thereof is positioned by the connecting shaft 4, so that injection molding is completed.
The hanging rope can improve the signal intensity of electronic products; and the wrapping part adopts the mode of pre-assembling the inserts and secondarily injection molding the clamping part, so that the integrated molding of the hanging rope can be realized, the structural strength of the hanging rope is improved, and the whole hanging rope is attractive.

Claims (13)
1. A hanging rope, characterized in that: the electronic product hanging device comprises a hanging rope part and a clamping part for accommodating the electronic product, wherein the end head of the hanging rope part is connected with the clamping part; the antenna part is wrapped in the hanging rope part; one end of the antenna part is exposed from the cavity of the clamping part and is configured to be communicated with an antenna contact of the electronic product in the clamping part; the other end of the antenna part is distributed along the extending direction of the hanging rope part.
2. A lanyard according to claim 1, characterized in that: the rope hanging part is provided with two ends which are respectively connected with the clamping part; the antenna parts are arranged in two, and the two antenna parts extend in the hanging rope part along two ends of the hanging rope part respectively.
3. A lanyard in accordance with claim 2 wherein: one of the antenna parts is a Bluetooth antenna, and one of the antenna parts is a WIFI antenna.
4. A lanyard according to claim 1, characterized in that: and one end of the antenna part exposed from the clamping part cavity is provided with a contact spring sheet for contact fit with the antenna contact of the electronic product.

A lanyard according to claim 1, characterized in that: the clamping part comprises an insert and an injection molding body; the antenna part comprises an antenna main body and an antenna bracket assembled on the insert, and the end head of the antenna main body is connected to the antenna bracket; the injection molding body is configured to injection mold together the insert, the antenna mount, and the end position of the antenna body.
6. The lanyard of claim 5 wherein: the antenna main body is an FPC board, and the end of the FPC board is bent to be U-shaped; the antenna bracket extends into the U-shaped groove of the FPC board and is assembled on the insert.

The lanyard of claim 5 wherein: the rope hanging part comprises a rope hanging part main body and a rope-shaped wrapping part connected to the clamping part, wherein the wrapping part is configured to wrap the antenna main body, and the rope hanging part main body is connected with the wrapping part.
8. The lanyard of claim 7 wherein: the wrapping part comprises a first injection molding part which is injection molded on one side of the antenna main body and a second injection molding part which is injection molded on the other side of the antenna main body.
9. The lanyard of claim 8 wherein: the first injection molding part and the injection molding body are simultaneously injection molded through one injection; the second injection molding part is formed by two-shot injection molding.
10. The lanyard of claim 9 wherein: the second injection molding part also forms a combination part connected to the outer wall of the injection molding body after two-shot injection molding.
11. The lanyard of claim 7 wherein: one end of the antenna main body, which is used for connecting the rope hanging part main body, is also connected with a connecting shaft, and the connecting shaft and the antenna main body are preassembled together and are injection-molded together with the wrapping part; the end of the connecting shaft forms an exposed plug-in part for being plugged with the main body of the rope hanging part.
