Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
According to the rocker switch provided by the invention, the convex part arranged on the rocker component and the concave part arranged on the support are matched to form the displacement prevention mechanism, so that the rocker component can be effectively prevented from moving when deflected to cause discontinuous contact with the support, further the arc phenomenon between the rocker component and the support is avoided, and the service life and the safety performance of the rocker switch are improved.
Specific implementations of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to specific embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, in an embodiment provided by the present invention, the rocker switch includes: a support 1; a rocker assembly 2 in contact fit with the support 1; and an anti-displacement mechanism that prevents the rocker assembly 2 from making discontinuous contact on the support 1; prevent aversion mechanism includes: a boss 21 provided on the rocker assembly 2; and a concave part 11 which is arranged on the supporting end of the supporting part 1 and can be contacted and matched with the convex part 21.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the convex portion 21 and the concave portion 11 are mutually matched to form a displacement prevention mechanism, so that the rocker assembly 2 is limited, and the continuity of contact between the rocker assembly 2 and the support member 1 is ensured.
In the rocker switch, rocker subassembly 2 will be connected with 1 electricity of support piece of metal, because only the point contact usually between these two, in order to avoid rocker subassembly 2 to slide from support piece 1, can set up bone position/muscle position on rocker switch's base or casing and carry on spacingly to rocker subassembly 2, but do like this when rocker subassembly 2 overturns, the corner of rocker subassembly 2 can produce between bone position/muscle position and the scratch, because bone position/muscle position is the plastics material usually (through moulding plastics and base integrated into one piece), the corner of rocker subassembly 2 blocks easily on bone position/muscle position, the place that should block like this can become a interim pivot of rocker, thereby lead to rocker subassembly 2 drunkenness, break away from support piece 1, make and produce the arc-pulling between the two. The contact part of the rocker component 2 and the support 1 is easy to be melted and damaged due to high temperature generated by arc discharge, and the service life of the rocker switch is shortened; and the arc discharge phenomenon also reduces the safety performance of the whole product, and has great potential safety hazard. In order to avoid the situation, in the embodiment of the invention, the rocker assembly 2 is not limited by adopting a bone position on the base, but the convex part 21 arranged on the rocker assembly 2 and the concave part 11 arranged on the support member 1 are matched to form the displacement prevention mechanism, and in the use and turning process of the rocker assembly 2, the convex part 21 can move in the range limited by the structure of the concave part 11 and cannot be separated from each other, and the convex part and the concave part are always connected with each other, so that the discontinuous contact between the rocker assembly 2 and the support member 1 caused by the play of the rocker assembly 2 on the support member 1 is effectively avoided, the generation of arc between the rocker assembly 2 and the support member 1 is avoided, the service life of the rocker switch is prolonged, and the safety performance of the rocker switch is also improved. It will be appreciated that rocker assembly 2 and support member 1 are both made of an electrically conductive material, for example, copper, to improve electrical conductivity.
It will be appreciated that the rocker switch may also include other components, particularly, as shown in figures 1 and 2,
the rocker switch further comprises: a base 3 for enclosing components such as the support member 1, the rocker assembly 2, etc., and a button assembly mounted on the base 3 for applying force to the rocker assembly. Wherein the button subassembly includes: a pin 4 in direct contact with and exerting a force on rocker assembly 2, and a transition piece 5 that can receive a user's or the like force and can transfer the user's force to pin 4. In addition, in order to ensure that the marble 4 is in flexible contact with the wane component 2 and prevent the marble 4 from scratching the wane component 2, a marble spring 6 is further arranged between the marble 4 and the transition piece 5, specifically, the transition piece 5 is provided with a cavity in which the marble 4 can be placed, the marble 4 placed in the cavity can be limited through the wall of the cavity, and the marble spring 6 is arranged between the bottom of the cavity and the marble 4, so that the marble 4 has a certain buffer space in the depth direction of the cavity and the wane component 2 is prevented from being scratched.

Specifically, the supporting member 1 is a plate-shaped structure, the supporting end is the upper end of the supporting member 1, and the supporting end is a strip-shaped structure when viewed from top, and two ends of the supporting end are two ends of the strip-shaped structure. In this embodiment, each of the two ends of the supporting end is provided with two protrusions 12 respectively inclined to the two side surfaces of the supporting member 1, the two protrusions 12 form two side walls of the limiting groove, and the two side walls and the top of the supporting member 1 form the limiting groove.
As shown in fig. 6, in another embodiment provided by the present invention, the concave portion 11 may be a V-shaped groove, a trapezoidal groove, a polygonal groove, an arc-shaped groove, etc. opened at the supporting end, which is specifically set according to the actual use requirement, and the present invention is not described herein. The trapezoidal groove can be preferentially adopted in the invention, because the trapezoidal groove is convenient to process, and meanwhile, the trapezoidal groove is provided with three surfaces which can be contacted with the convex part 21, so that the connection is more reliable.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, the bottom of the position-limiting groove protrudes toward the opening direction of the position-limiting groove; the contact area between the limiting groove and the convex part 21 can be increased by the arrangement, so that the contact between the support piece 1 and the rocker component 2 is more stable and reliable.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, the bottom of the spacing groove is recessed toward the inner side of the spacing groove. The arrangement is convenient for processing, and the concave structure can ensure that the contact positions of the support piece 1 and the wane component 2 are relatively fixed and the electric connection is more reliable.
As shown in fig. 7-10, in the embodiment provided by the present invention, paddle assembly 2 includes contacts 23, paddle body 22, and tabs 21 on paddle body 22. Wherein, according to the difference of wane switch kind, the number of contact is also different: for example, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, when the rocker switch is a dual-control switch, the number of the contacts 23 is two, and the contacts are respectively disposed at two ends of the rocker main body 22; as shown in fig. 1 and 4, when the rocker switch is a single-control switch, the number of the contacts 23 may be one. The protruding portion 23 may be a bent structure formed by stamping, bending, or the like, or may be a protruding structure integrally formed with the rocker body by casting.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the protruding portion 21 is a bent structure formed by stamping and bending, so that the production and processing of the rocker assembly 2 are simpler and more convenient, and the mass production and processing are facilitated.
In a first specific implementation manner of this embodiment, the rocker switch is a dual-control switch, specifically, as shown in fig. 2, 3 and 7, the protruding portion 21 extends from two sides of the rocker main body 22 to the contact side, the extending portion bends back to the support, and the bending portion can be placed into the recessed portion 11 to form a contact fit. Preferably, in order to improve the rotation performance of the rocker assembly 2 and the contact performance with the support 1, the bent portion of the bent portion is in arc transition.
In a second embodiment of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, 4 and 7, the rocker switch is a single-control switch, the protruding portions 23 respectively extend from two sides of the rocker body 22 to the contact side and the symmetrical side of the contact side, the extending portions are bent back to the support, and the bent portions can be placed in the recessed portions 11 to form a contact fit. Preferably, in order to make the pivoting performance of the rocker assembly 2 good and the contact performance with the support 1 better, the bent portion of the bending portion is in arc transition.
It will be appreciated that the rocker assembly may be of other types of construction. For example, as shown in fig. 8, in the third embodiment of the present invention, the protruding portions 21 extend from both sides of the rocker main body 22 in a direction perpendicular to the plane of the swing track of the rocker assembly 2 (i.e., extend to both sides of the rocker assembly 2), the extending portions can be placed into the recessed portions 11 to form a contact fit, and the extending portions can be formed by stamping. Furthermore, in order to enhance the rotation performance of the tilting plate assembly 2 during the tilting and to make the contact performance between the tilting plate assembly and the support member 1 better, the edges of the contact part of the extending part and the concave part 11 are provided with chamfer or arc transition structures.
For another example, as shown in fig. 9, in the fourth embodiment of the present embodiment, the protrusion 21 includes a row of protruding structures, and the protruding structures are formed by protruding from the contact surface of the rocker assembly and the supporting member toward one side of the supporting member, and can be inserted into the recess 11 to form a contact fit. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the protruding structure has a triangular prism shape, and it is understood that the protruding structure may have other shapes such as a trapezoid shape. In addition, the raised structure may be a whole strip structure or a discontinuous strip structure. As shown in fig. 10, in order to save material and reduce cost, the middle part of the protruding structure is removed, and only two sides are left, and the protruding structures on the two sides can be respectively contacted and matched with the concave parts on the supporting member 1.
In summary, the rocker switch provided by the invention can form the displacement prevention mechanism by the mutual matching between the convex part arranged on the rocker assembly and the concave part arranged on the support member, so that the mutual limit between the rocker assembly and the support member is realized, the rocker assembly is effectively prevented from moving on the support member, the arc discharge between the rocker assembly and the support member is avoided, and the service life and the safety performance of the rocker switch are improved.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents and improvements made within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention.
