Abstract

The invention discloses a final humidity detection device of a steam turbine and the steam turbine, the final humidity detection device of the steam turbine comprises: the device comprises a probe, a sleeve, a shutter, a communicating pipe and a control device; one end of the communicating pipe is communicated with the sleeve, and the other end of the communicating pipe is provided with a cover plate which is exposed outside the cylinder. When the device is used, firstly, the frequency value at the moment is measured in the state that the shutter is closed; and then the shutter is opened by the control device, so that steam enters from the front end of the sleeve and passes through the probe, the frequency value in the state is measured, and finally the real-time final stage humidity of the steam turbine is calculated by the value measured twice. The process does not need the movement of the probe, namely, the participation of the guide rail is avoided, so that the phenomenon of rail jamming is avoided, and the phenomenon of loosening of the probe is prevented. Therefore, the final humidity detection device of the steam turbine can prevent the loosening of the probe while avoiding the clamping of the rail, and solves the difficult problem in the prior art.

The invention relates to the field of detection, in particular to a final humidity detection device of a steam turbine and the steam turbine.
Background
In the field of turbine operation, the operating parameters of each stage are directly related to the economic performance and the safety performance of the system. For the final humidity of the steam turbine, the conditions in each state cannot be directly obtained through other parameters, and related equipment is required to be adopted for detection.
In the prior art, two methods are commonly used for measuring the final stage humidity of the steam turbine, one is out-of-cylinder detection, and the other is in-cylinder detection. Out-of-cylinder detection, namely, steam collected at the last stage passes through a probe with a sleeve so as to measure related data; the method has the defects that a large amount of steam needs to pass through the probe in order to reach the thermal equilibrium state of the steam during detection, and the process is time-consuming and labor-consuming and is not beneficial to real-time monitoring. In-cylinder detection, namely, a probe and a sleeve are arranged in a cavity of a steam turbine, and a handle for controlling the probe to move is arranged outside the cavity; the measurement is as follows: firstly, measuring the frequency value of the probe in the sleeve; manually pulling the probe out of the sleeve to measure the frequency value in the state; finally, the humidity of the final stage of the steam turbine under the working condition is calculated through the two parameters. Although the method can meet the real-time monitoring, the method still has certain defects: firstly, the probe is required to move in the detection process, and the phenomenon of loosening of the probe is easy to occur; secondly, the measuring method requires a track for probe movement, and the track is easy to be jammed during long-term use, so that the final test result is affected.
Therefore, how to prevent the probe from loosening while avoiding the track from being blocked is a problem to be solved in the field at present.
Disclosure of Invention
Therefore, the invention aims to provide a final humidity detection device of a steam turbine, which can prevent a probe from loosening while avoiding rail jamming, and solves the problems in the prior art. The invention also aims to provide a steam turbine, which comprises the steam turbine final humidity detection device, so that the probe can be prevented from loosening while avoiding rail clamping.
A final stage humidity sensing device for a steam turbine, comprising: the probe is sleeved outside the probe, the shutter is arranged at the front end of the sleeve, the communicating pipe is used for fixing the sleeve and the cylinder wall, and the control device is arranged in the communicating pipe and used for controlling the shutter to be opened; the rear end of the sleeve is in an opening state; one end of the communicating pipe is communicated with the sleeve, and the other end of the communicating pipe is provided with a cover plate which is exposed outside the cylinder.

Preferably, the last stage humidity detection device of the steam turbine is provided with a magnetic driving piece for controlling the shutter to open; the electromagnetic relay is arranged above the driving piece and drives the driving piece to move through magnetism.

In the process, the probe 1 does not need to move, namely, the guide rail does not participate, so that the phenomenon of rail jamming is avoided, and the phenomenon of loosening of the probe 1 is prevented. Therefore, the final humidity detection device of the steam turbine can prevent the probe 1 from loosening while avoiding track jamming, and solves the problems in the prior art. The last-stage humidity detection device of the steam turbine is provided with a driving piece 8 for controlling the shutter 3 to be opened, one end of the control device 6 is connected with the driving piece 8, the other end of the control device is arranged in the communicating pipe 5, and a sealing plug 9 matched with the communicating pipe 5 is sleeved on the shutter. Please refer to fig. 1 and fig. 2 in detail.
The last stage humidity detection device of the steam turbine provided in this embodiment drives the control device 6 that shutter 3 opened to crank link mechanism, can include: an operating section 10 and a bending section 11; wherein the operation section 10 is arranged in the communicating pipe 5, the bending section 11 is arranged in a cavity enclosed by the sleeve 2, one end of the bending section 11 is fixed with the operation section 10, the other end is connected with the driving piece 8, and the bending part of the bending section 11 is hinged with the inner wall of the cylinder.
The final stage humidity detection device of the steam turbine provided in this embodiment, the specific connection mode of the bending section 11 and the driving piece 8 may be: the end of the bending section 11 connected with the driving member 8 is provided with an action groove 12, the driving member 8 is provided with a through hole, the fastener passes through the action groove 12 and the through hole to connect the two, and the fastener can freely move in the action groove 12. In actual use, the operation section 10 is manually controlled, so that the bending section 11 drives the driving piece 8 to move upwards, and the shutter 3 is opened; for ease of handling, the end of the handling section 10 may also be provided with a handle 17. According to the steam turbine final humidity detection device provided by the embodiment, the shutter 3 can be opened through the electromagnetic relay 13, namely, the shutter 3 is provided with the driving piece 8 which is used for controlling the shutter to be opened and has magnetism, and the electromagnetic relay 13 is arranged above the driving piece 8 and drives the shutter to move upwards through magnetism, so that the shutter 3 can be opened; when the electromagnetic relay 13 is turned off, the magnetism disappears, and the driver 8 returns to its original position due to the gravity.
In order to further improve the vacuum state in the cylinder, the final stage humidity detection device of the steam turbine provided by the embodiment can be provided with a cowhide bowl 14 matched with the communicating pipe 5 on the operation section 10; for controlling the movement displacement of the operating section 10, a stop ring 15 for limiting the movement thereof may be provided on the communication pipe 5; for guiding the movement path of the actuating section 10, a guide clip 16 for guiding can be provided on the connecting pipe 5. Please refer to fig. 1 in detail.
In order to further increase the convenience of operation in operation and ensure the sealing state of the cylinder, the final stage humidity detection device for the steam turbine provided by the embodiment of the invention can be used for setting the connection between the cover plate 7 and the communicating pipe 5 to be in threaded connection.
It should be noted that, the steam turbine equipped with the final stage humidity detection device of the steam turbine disclosed by the invention is also within the scope of the claims of the invention.
