The outer shell and the conducting ring are both fixed parts, the middle rotor is a rotating part, the conducting ring and the rotor realize relative rotation through the contact module, and the whole rotation of the slip ring is realized by bearings at the upper end and the lower end of the slip ring; the slip ring comprises an oil inlet and an oil outlet, and the cooling mode adopts an oil immersion mode. The slip ring needs to be in an internal oil-immersed form because of the need to meet the requirement of high-voltage and high-current transmission under specific dimensions.
The slip ring is immersed in oil, and a slip ring rotor may leak out of a small amount of oil driven seal in the rotation process. If the leaked oil is not collected during long-term operation, external facilities are polluted.

the labyrinth structure on the movable cover is positioned at a high position relative to the labyrinth structure on the outer cylinder, the labyrinth structure on the movable cover is used as an oil collecting groove of the inner ring, the labyrinth structure on the outer cylinder is used as an outer ring oil collecting groove, an oil guide pipe is arranged between the inner ring oil collecting groove and the outer ring oil collecting groove to realize oil path connection, accumulated oil of the inner ring oil collecting groove spontaneously flows to the outer ring labyrinth groove through the oil guide pipe and the valve block under the action of gravity, and waste oil is completely collected to the waste oil collecting tank through the oil discharge pipe connected with the bottom of the outer ring oil collecting groove.

The leakage oil liquid self-collecting device of the oil immersed slip ring has the following leakage oil liquid collecting principle:
when the movable cover 4 rotates, the oil in the slip ring can be oozed out by the first movable sealing member 10 and the second movable sealing member 14 in a small amount. Due to the presence of the first static seal 9 and the second static seal 11, oil exuded from the first dynamic seal 10 will flow into the labyrinth grooves on the dynamic cover 4. Due to the presence of the third static seal 12, the fourth static seal 13 and the fifth static seal 15, oil seeping from the second dynamic seal 14 will flow into the labyrinth grooves on the outer cylinder 3.
An oil guide pipe 16 is connected between the two labyrinth grooves. Because the inner ring labyrinth groove is at a high position, accumulated oil in the inner ring labyrinth groove spontaneously flows to the outer ring labyrinth groove through the oil guide pipe 16 and the valve block 17 under the action of gravity. An oil drain pipe 18 is connected to the lower part of the outer ring labyrinth groove. The accumulated oil in the outer ring labyrinth groove flows into the waste oil collecting tank 19 through the oil discharge pipe 18. Thereby realizing the collection of oil leakage.
In summary, the invention can collect waste oil only by arranging the collecting tank on the outer wall of the slip ring, and has the advantages of simple and reliable structure and low cost.
