Abstract
The invention discloses a bridge mechanism small-flow long-acting water distributor which comprises an outer cylinder, an inner cylinder, an adjusting core and a bridge type short section, wherein the upper half section of the inner cylinder stretches into the outer cylinder to be connected with the outer cylinder, the adjusting core is arranged in the inner cylinder, the inner cylinder and the adjusting core are connected through the bridge type short section, and the inner cylinder and the adjusting core are both provided with radial holes which are simultaneously communicated with the bridge type short section. The outer wall of the inner cylinder is sleeved with an anti-stab piston, and the lower end of the anti-stab piston is connected with a lower spring. On one hand, the invention realizes single-layer direct-reading type test adjustment of the injection layer, reduces interlayer interference and test errors, improves test precision and reduces labor intensity; on the other hand, the sealing structure of the water distributor is changed, the situation that the water distributor is automatically opened due to hydraulic impact is avoided, and the sealing effect is improved. Finally, the water distributor is provided with an anti-stabbing mechanism to prevent the sealing end face of the piston from being eroded under the condition of small injection quantity and at the initial stage of opening to cause sealing failure.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a water distribution device for an oil field, in particular to a bridge type mechanism small-flow long-acting water distribution device.
Background
With the continuous deep description of oil reservoirs, the stratified water injection develops towards the directions of multi-layer subdivision, fine water distribution and long-acting water injection, and higher requirements are provided for water distribution technology. The existing water distribution technology mainly uses an eccentric water distribution technology and a concentric water distribution technology, the eccentric water distribution technology is mainly applied to shallow layers, the limiting condition of the concentric water distribution technology is small, and the application is wide. The concentric measuring and adjusting integrated water distributor is used as a core tool of the current concentric water distribution technology, and mainly has the following problems in the use process under the condition of small injection quantity: (1) When the single-layer flow cannot be directly measured during the test, the heterogeneity is strong or the number of layering sections is large, the interlayer interference is serious, the test accuracy is affected, repeated measurement is often required under the condition of small injection allocation, and the labor intensity is high; (2) The water distributor adopts a steel-to-steel plane structure for sealing, and is easy to open in advance due to hydraulic oscillation in the process of descending the well, so that the setting of the packer is affected; (3) The water outlet hole of the water distributor is eroded, and the service life of the water distributor is reduced. Therefore, a novel long-acting bridge type water distributor is specially developed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide the bridge-type mechanism small-flow long-acting water distributor, which can realize single-layer direct-reading type measurement and adjustment of an injection layer, reduce interlayer interference and test errors, improve test precision and reduce labor intensity on one hand; on the other hand, the sealing structure of the water distributor is changed, the situation that the water distributor is automatically opened due to hydraulic impact is avoided, and the sealing effect is improved. Finally, the water distributor is provided with an anti-stabbing mechanism to prevent the sealing end face of the piston from being eroded under the condition of small injection quantity and at the initial stage of opening to cause sealing failure.
In order to achieve the purpose, the bridge-type mechanism small-flow long-acting water distributor adopts the following technical scheme that the bridge-type mechanism small-flow long-acting water distributor comprises an outer cylinder, an inner cylinder, an adjusting core and a bridge-type short section, wherein the upper half section of the inner cylinder extends into the outer cylinder to be connected with the outer cylinder, the adjusting core is arranged in the inner cylinder, the inner cylinder and the adjusting core are connected through the bridge-type short section, and the inner cylinder and the adjusting core are provided with radial holes which are simultaneously communicated with the bridge-type short section.
The anti-puncture piston is sleeved on the outer wall of the inner cylinder, the inner cylinder is further provided with a pressure transmission hole communicated with the inner cavity of the anti-puncture piston, the lower end of the anti-puncture piston is connected with the lower spring, an annulus is arranged between the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder, the annulus is communicated with the radial hole formed in the inner cylinder, the lower end of the annulus is used as the pressure transmission hole of the outer cylinder, and the pressure transmission hole is blocked in a normal state of the anti-puncture piston.
The adjusting core is externally provided with an upper spring, and the upper end and the lower end of the upper spring are respectively provided with a compression ring and a baffle ring.
The adjusting core and the bridge type pup joint are sealed by adopting a conical surface structure.
The upper end of the outer cylinder is connected with the upper joint, the lower end of the inner cylinder is connected with the lower joint through the connecting sleeve, the lower end of the adjusting core is connected with the rotation preventing core, and the lower end of the rotation preventing core is connected with the lower joint.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. setting a bridge type mechanism matched with a current collecting type measuring and adjusting technology, and realizing single-layer direct-reading type measuring and adjusting under the condition of small injection allocation;
2. the conical surface seal adjusting mechanism combining PEK material and steel material is used for improving the sealing and rotating performance of the water distributor; meanwhile, the adjusting holes are in a combined shape of diamond and round, so that the water distribution amount can be effectively adjusted;
3. the anti-piercing mechanism is arranged, so that erosion of the water outlet hole of the water distributor is reduced, and the service life of the water distributor is prolonged.

According to fig. 1-2, the bridge mechanism small-flow long-acting water distributor comprises an outer cylinder 2, an inner cylinder 6, an adjusting core 3 and a bridge type short joint 8, wherein the upper half section of the inner cylinder extends into the outer cylinder to be connected with the outer cylinder, the adjusting core is arranged in the inner cylinder, the inner cylinder and the adjusting core are connected through the bridge type short joint, and radial holes which are simultaneously communicated with the bridge type short joint are formed in the inner cylinder and the adjusting core. The anti-puncture piston is characterized in that the outer wall of the inner cylinder is sleeved with the anti-puncture piston 9, the inner cylinder is further provided with a pressure transmission hole 14 communicated to the inner cavity of the anti-puncture piston, the lower end of the anti-puncture piston is connected with the lower spring, an annulus is arranged between the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder, the annulus is communicated with a radial hole formed in the inner cylinder, the lower end of the annulus is used as the pressure transmission hole of the outer cylinder, and the pressure transmission hole is blocked in a normal state of the anti-puncture piston. An upper spring 5 is arranged outside the adjusting core, and a pressing ring 4 and a baffle ring 7 are respectively arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the upper spring. The adjusting core and the bridge type pup joint are sealed by adopting a conical surface structure. The upper end of the outer cylinder is connected with the upper joint 1, the lower end of the inner cylinder is connected with the lower joint 13 through the connecting sleeve 12, the lower end of the adjusting core is connected with the anti-rotation core 11, and the lower end of the anti-rotation core is connected with the lower joint.
The upper joint 1 is connected with the outer cylinder 2; the inner cylinder 6 is connected with the outer cylinder 2 and the connecting sleeve 12 and is connected with the bridge nipple 8; the adjusting core 3 is arranged inside the bridge nipple 8, a spring 5 is arranged outside the adjusting core, and a compression ring 4 and a baffle ring 7 are respectively arranged on the adjusting core; the stab-resistant piston 9 and the lower spring 10 are sequentially arranged outside the inner cylinder 6 from top to bottom; the lower joint 13 is connected with the rotation preventing core 11 and the connecting sleeve 12 respectively. The circumferential wall of the adjusting core is provided with adjusting holes, and meanwhile, the adjusting holes are in a combined shape of diamond and circle, so that the water distribution amount can be effectively adjusted.
In practical application, the method can realize: 1. single-layer direct-reading type measuring and adjusting: when in measurement and adjustment, a flow collecting type measurement and adjustment instrument can be adopted to seal two ends of a water outlet hole on the adjustment core 3, part of fluid enters a stratum corresponding to the water distributor through the measurement and adjustment instrument, namely the water outlet hole of the adjustment core 3, namely the bridge type pup joint 8 and the outer cylinder 2, the adjustment core 3 is driven to rotate through a motor of the measurement and adjustment instrument, the single-layer direct-reading type flow adjustment is realized through changing the contact area between the water outlet hole on the adjustment core 3 and the bridge type pup joint 8, and meanwhile, the fluid flows into a lower layer through an annular space between the adjustment core 3 and the outer cylinder 2 and an annular space between the bridge type pup joint 8 and the inner cylinder 6 and flows into a radial hole at the lower end of the anti-rotation core 11 and the anti-rotation core 11 through the adjustment core 3, so that normal injection of the fluid is not influenced; 2. conical surface sealing and flow adjustment: the adjusting core 3 and the bridge nipple 8 are sealed by adopting a conical surface structure, so that the sealing effect under the condition of small injection allocation is improved, and even if abrasion exists between the two parts, the sealing effect can be better under the thrust action of the upper spring 5; the adjusting core 3 is processed by PEK material, has self-lubricating property, and can improve the rotation performance during adjustment; 3. puncture prevention: the fluid pushes the stab-resistant piston 9 to move downwards through the pressure transmission hole of the inner cylinder 6, so that a water injection channel is opened in advance, sealing failure caused by erosion of the sealing end surface of the piston at a high flow rate under the condition of small injection quantity and at the initial stage of opening is prevented, and the service life of the water distributor is prolonged.

the outer wall of the inner cylinder is sleeved with an anti-puncture piston, the inner cylinder is also provided with a pressure transmission hole communicated with the inner cavity of the anti-puncture piston, the lower end of the anti-puncture piston is connected with a lower spring, an annulus is arranged between the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder, the annulus is communicated with a radial hole formed in the inner cylinder, the lower end of the annulus is used as the pressure transmission hole of the outer cylinder, and the pressure transmission hole is blocked in a normal state of the anti-puncture piston;
the adjusting core and the bridge type pup joint are sealed by adopting a conical surface structure;
