Description

Kitchen garbage disposal mechanism
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of kitchen equipment, in particular to a kitchen garbage disposal mechanism.
Background
A water tank for cleaning is generally arranged in a kitchen, and a water outlet is formed in the bottom surface of the existing water tank, so that water in the water tank can enter a sewer through the water outlet. Meanwhile, kitchen waste with smaller particles in the water tank can flow into the sewer along with water flow, kitchen waste with larger particles can be gathered on a filter screen arranged at the water falling port, and a user needs to take out the waste on the filter screen by hand and throw the waste into the garbage can. At present, a food waste disposer is commercially available, which can cut and grind kitchen waste into smaller particles and then directly discharge the smaller particles into a sewer. The food waste disposer is convenient for a user to treat kitchen waste to a certain extent, but can only treat the food waste entering from the water falling opening, can not effectively treat other waste in the kitchen, and the other waste in the kitchen is discarded in the garbage can after being collected by the user. In addition, the crushed garbage treated by the food garbage disposer is easily agglomerated after being discharged into the sewage, thereby blocking the sewage.
Disclosure of Invention
The first technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a kitchen garbage disposal mechanism capable of disposing kitchen garbage according to the prior art.
The second technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a kitchen garbage disposal mechanism capable of avoiding kitchen garbage from blocking a sewer on the basis of disposing kitchen garbage according to the prior art.
The technical scheme adopted for solving the technical problems is as follows: a kitchen waste disposal mechanism comprising a waste disposal device having a waste inlet comprising a first inlet for communicating with a sink drain of a kitchen and an exposed second inlet.
In order to enable kitchen waste to be better discharged into the waste disposal device, the waste disposal device preferably comprises a first shell, wherein the upper part of the first shell is provided with a first inlet and a second inlet, at least one of the first inlet or the second inlet is sleeved with a waste guiding sleeve, and the inner side surface of at least one side of the waste guiding sleeve is inclined from outside to inside to form a waste guiding surface.
In order to avoid that kitchen waste particles adhere to the inner side surface of the waste introduction sleeve, it is preferable that an anti-fouling film is attached to the inner side surface of the waste introduction sleeve in the circumferential direction.
Further, it is preferable that the anti-fouling film is detachably attached to an inner side surface of the garbage introduction sleeve. When the garbage guiding sleeve is cleaned, the anti-fouling film is only required to be detached from the garbage guiding sleeve for cleaning.
Further, a magnetic body is provided in the anti-fouling film, and a magnetic attraction connection is formed between the magnetic body and the inner side surface of the guide sleeve. The guide sleeve is made of metal which can form magnetic attraction with the magnetic body, and the anti-fouling film and the guide sleeve are connected in a magnetic attraction mode, so that the anti-fouling film is convenient to assemble and disassemble, and metal objects (such as iron nails, metal spoons and the like) in kitchen garbage can be adsorbed through the anti-fouling film, and therefore the metal hard objects are prevented from entering the kitchen garbage treatment mechanism and damaging the device.
Preferably, the garbage introducing sleeve is provided with a hot water spray hole at its upper end for spraying hot water into the garbage introducing sleeve. Hot water is sprayed into the garbage guiding sleeve, the oil stains on the inner side surface of the garbage guiding sleeve can be cleaned by the hot water, a cleaning and sterilizing effect is achieved, and kitchen garbage is also facilitated to enter the garbage treatment device through the garbage guiding sleeve.
Further, preferably, the garbage disposal mechanism further includes a garbage launch dispersing device, the garbage disposal device includes a first housing, the first inlet and the second inlet are provided at an upper portion of the first housing, and a garbage outlet communicating with a garbage inlet of the garbage launch dispersing device is provided at a lower portion of the first housing. The garbage crushed materials treated by the garbage treatment device are often agglomerated into blocks, and the sewer is easy to be blocked if the garbage crushed materials are directly discharged into the sewer without treatment, so that kitchen garbage treated by the garbage treatment device can be prevented from blocking a kitchen sewer structure by arranging the garbage sewer separating device, and kitchen garbage is convenient to treat.
Still further, preferably, the garbage water-draining separator includes a second housing, the garbage inlet is provided on the second housing, and the second housing is further provided with a garbage outlet for communicating with a sewer; the inside of above-mentioned second casing is provided with rubbish dispersion subassembly, and this rubbish dispersion subassembly includes first motor, rotation axis, stirring spare and cover that sieves, should cover the cover that sieves and establish on last rubbish delivery outlet, has laid the sieve mesh on its top facing, and above-mentioned rotation axis is vertical to be set up in the second casing and fixed with the output shaft of first motor, and above-mentioned stirring spare is fixed on this rotation axis. The stirring piece can rotate along with the rotating shaft to stir the garbage crushed material entering the second shell, the dispersed garbage crushed material is further dispersed through the sieving holes of the sieving cover, and meanwhile, the sieving holes can control the particle size of the garbage crushed material entering the sewer, so that the phenomenon that the garbage crushed material with overlarge particle size enters the sewer to block the sewer is avoided.
The stirring piece can have various implementation modes, preferably, the stirring piece is a rod body with one end fixed with the rotating shaft, and at least two rod bodies are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction by taking the rotating shaft as the center. The rod-shaped stirring piece is convenient to process and manufacture, and can play a good role in dispersing garbage crushed materials.
Further, preferably, the stirring pieces are opposite to the cover surface of the sieving cover, and the bottom of each stirring piece is provided with a dispersing brush. The dispersing brush not only can assist in stirring the food waste, but also can push the dispersed food waste to the sieving cover, and is beneficial to the food waste to pass through the sieving holes on the sieving cover.
Preferably, the dispersing brushes are made of materials (such as hard plastics, metals and the like) with certain hardness, the number of the dispersing brushes is matched with that of the sieving holes, and each dispersing brush can extend into the corresponding sieving hole. Thereby facilitating pushing of the waste grounds through the screen aperture.
Preferably, the second housing is further provided with a water inlet, so that when the garbage is conveyed to the garbage input port, water flowing out of the water inlet can wash the garbage, thereby facilitating the garbage to enter the second housing and pre-dispersing the garbage.
Preferably, the shape of the screen cover is a truncated cone, and the shape of each stirring piece enclosed at the lower end of the rotating shaft is matched with the shape of the screen cover.
Preferably, the garbage launching dispersing device is further provided with a magnetic attraction driving assembly capable of driving the rotating shaft to move up and down, and the magnetic attraction driving assembly comprises a first electromagnet fixed on the first motor and a second electromagnet fixed on the outer peripheral surface of the second shell, and the second electromagnet can be in ferromagnetic attraction fit with the first electromagnet. Therefore, the stirring piece on the rotating shaft can synchronously move up and down through the up-and-down movement of the rotating shaft, so that the stirring piece is helped to disperse food waste, the food waste is pushed to the screening cover, and the food waste is enabled to pass through the screening holes on the screening cover by utilizing the dispersing brush on the stirring piece.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: the kitchen garbage disposal mechanism comprises a garbage disposal device, so that garbage in a kitchen can be disposed; in addition, the garbage inlet of the garbage treatment device not only comprises the first inlet, but also comprises the second inlet, so that garbage can be put into the garbage treatment device through the water tank, and the garbage can be directly put into the garbage treatment device through the second inlet, and the garbage treatment device is convenient to use.
