Abstract
一种新型抗菌舒适混纺面料,混纺面料由经纬纱交织而成,经纱为多元混纺纱,纬纱采用大麻纤维、大豆蛋白纤维与棉混纺而成,经纬纱的密度确定为:经密352根/10cm、纬密316.5根/10cm,组织结构采用3/1左斜纹为地的小提花组织;多元混纺纱由第一混纺纱、第二混纺纱和第三混纺纱混纺编织而成,第一混纺纱由远红外炉甘石纤维和棉纤维混纺编织而成,第二混纺纱由远红外丙纶纤维和莫代尔纤维混纺编织而成,第三混纺纱由竹炭纤维和甲壳素纤维混纺编织而成。本发明采用天然纤维和功能性纤维材料经过混纺成纱后进行经纬编织,并采用小提花织造技术,赋予面料抗菌抑菌、柔软舒适、绿色环保及可降解性的附加值特性。

【技术领域】
本实用新型属于纺织领域,具体涉及一种新型抗菌舒适混纺面料。
【背景技术】
科学技术的发展,人们的生活水平不断提高,消费者对面料的消费观念也不断更新。由原来的结实、耐磨及美观,逐渐趋向于功能化、多样化及个性化发展。现有的面料多为单一纱线通过经纬编织而成,制成的面料功能性比较单一、档次不高、舒适度差、保健性差,附加值不高,已不能满足人们的要求。
本发明采用多元混纺纱通过经纬纱编织而成,来实现面料的抗菌抑菌、柔软舒适效果,并对废弃后的可降解性、环保性进一步考虑,具有较好的市场前景。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于提供一种采用多元混纺纱通过经纬编织而成,编织成的面料具有抗菌抑菌、柔软舒适、绿色环保及可降解性的新型抗菌舒适混纺面料。
本发明的技术方案为:一种新型抗菌舒适混纺面料,其特征是:所述混纺面料由经纬纱交织而成,所述经纱为多元混纺纱,所述纬纱采用大麻纤维、大豆蛋白纤维与棉混纺而成,所述经纬纱的密度确定为:经密352根/10cm、纬密316.5根/10cm,其组织结构采用3/1左斜纹为地的小提花组织;所述多元混纺纱由第一混纺纱、第二混纺纱和第三混纺纱混纺编织而成,其中所述第一混纺纱由远红外炉甘石纤维和棉纤维混纺编织而成,所述第二混纺纱由远红外丙纶纤维和莫代尔纤维混纺编织而成,所述第三混纺纱由竹炭纤维和甲壳素纤维混纺编织而成,所述第一混纺纱、第二混纺纱以及第三混纺纱所占重量百分比分别为所述第一混纺纱占40%-45%,所述第二混纺纱占23%-28%,所述第三混纺纱占30%-38%;所述纬纱按重量比例分别为17%大麻纤维、12%大豆蛋白纤维和70%棉纤维。
在本发明一个较佳实例中,所述第一混纺纱、第二混纺纱以及第三混纺纱所占重量百分比具体为所述第一混纺纱占41%,所述第二混纺纱占26%,所述第三混纺纱占33%。
在本发明一个较佳实例中,所述第一混纺纱中远红外炉甘石纤维和棉纤维所占重量百分比分别为60%和40%,所述第二混纺纱中远红外丙纶纤维和莫代尔纤维所占重量百分比分别为55%和45%,所述第三混纺纱中竹炭纤维和甲壳素纤维所占重量百分比分别为35%和65%。
本发明所述一种新型抗菌舒适混纺面料,本发明采用天然纤维和功能性纤维材料经过混纺成纱后进行经纬编织,并采用小提花织造技术,赋予面料抗菌抑菌、柔软舒适、绿色环保及可降解性的附加值特性。

实例:本发明所述一种新型抗菌舒适混纺面料,其特征是:所述混纺面料由经纬纱交织而成,所述经纱为多元混纺纱,所述纬纱采用大麻纤维、大豆蛋白纤维与棉混纺而成,所述经纬纱的密度确定为:经密352根/10cm、纬密316.5根/10cm,其组织结构采用3/1左斜纹为地的小提花组织;所述多元混纺纱由第一混纺纱、第二混纺纱和第三混纺纱混纺编织而成,其中所述第一混纺纱由远红外炉甘石纤维和棉纤维混纺编织而成,所述第二混纺纱由远红外丙纶纤维和莫代尔纤维混纺编织而成,所述第三混纺纱由竹炭纤维与甲壳素纤维混纺编织而成,所述第一混纺纱、第二混纺纱以及第三混纺纱所占重量百分比分别为所述第一混纺纱占40%-45%,所述第二混纺纱占23%-28%,所述第三混纺纱占30%-38%;所述纬纱按重量比例分别为17%大麻纤维、12%大豆蛋白纤维和70%棉纤维。

首先,所述第一混纺纱由远红外炉甘石纤维和棉纤维混纺编织而成,所述第二混纺纱由远红外丙纶纤维和莫代尔纤维混纺编织而成,所述第三混纺纱由竹炭纤维和甲壳素纤维编织而成,再将所述第一混纺纱、第二混纺纱以及第三混纺纱,再次进行混纺编织而成作为经纱,其结构结实紧密,不易断裂,并具有抗菌抑菌、绿色环保和可降解性的特性;再次,所述纬线也通过不同天然植物纤维进行混纺成纱,具有舒适柔软、亲肤、吸湿的特性;最后,将所述经纱和纬纱采用3/1左斜纹为地的小提花组织结构进行编织而成。其中不管是经纱和纬纱都通过成分不同重量百分比进行配比,使得编织后的面料得到很好的功能性。
本发明采用天然纤维和功能性纤维材料经过混纺成纱后再进行经纬编织,并采用小提花织造技术,赋予面料抗菌抑菌、柔软舒适、绿色环保及可降解性的附加值特性,具有极好的保健功效,可助于增强细胞活力,改善人体血液循环,调理皮肤、美体养生的作用。

所述多元混纺纱由第一混纺纱、第二混纺纱和第三混纺纱混纺编织而成,其中所述第一混纺纱由远红外炉甘石纤维和棉纤维混纺编织而成,所述第二混纺纱由远红外丙纶纤维和莫代尔纤维混纺编织而成,所述第三混纺纱由竹炭纤维和甲壳素纤维混纺编织而成,所述第一混纺纱、第二混纺纱以及第三混纺纱所占重量百分比分别为所述第一混纺纱占40%-45%,所述第二混纺纱占23%-28%,所述第三混纺纱占30%-38%;
所述纬纱按重量比例分别为17%大麻纤维、12%大豆蛋白纤维和70%棉纤维。
