The self-loading and unloading device of the invention comprises: the vehicle frame comprises a vehicle frame 1, wherein one end of the vehicle frame 1 is connected with a chassis 11, the vehicle frame 1 is preferably of a bilaterally symmetrical frame structure, one end of the frame is connected with the chassis 11, and travelling wheels 101 are respectively arranged at the other end of the frame so as to be matched with the chassis 11 to realize flexible movement; one end of a hoisting arm 2 is hinged on the frame 1, a hoisting rotary hinged joint of the hoisting arm 2 and the frame 1 is arranged at one end of the frame 1 connected with a chassis 11, and the other end of the hoisting arm 2 is provided with a lifting hook 10 convenient for hoisting; a hanging arm 3, one end of which is hinged on the frame 1, and the other end of which is provided with a tray 5, wherein the hanging rotary hinged point of the hanging arm 3 and the frame 1 and the hanging rotary hinged point are positioned at the same end of the frame 1, namely at the end of the frame 1 connected with the chassis 11; the hoisting driving mechanism is preferably a hoisting swing oil cylinder 7, one end of the hoisting swing oil cylinder 7 is hinged to the frame 1, and the other end of the hoisting swing oil cylinder 7 is connected with the hoisting arm 2 so as to drive the hoisting arm 2 to swing up and down; the hanging driving mechanism is arranged on the frame 1 and connected with the hanging arm 3; wherein the hoisting arm 2 and the hanging arm 3 each have a hoisting position (see fig. 2) and a retracted position (see fig. 4), respectively, relative to the frame 1. The hoisting arm 2 and the hanging arm 3 are respectively in hoisting positions during operation and are respectively in withdrawing positions during transportation, and the hoisting arm 2 and the hanging arm 3 are folded into a whole.
In this embodiment, the hanging arm 3 is preferably a symmetrical frame-type box-type structure, and includes a left arm and a right arm which are symmetrically arranged, the root parts of the two arms are hinged to the frame 1, and one end of the tray 5 is connected to the end parts of the left arm and the right arm respectively. The left arm and the right arm are respectively provided with a balance pull rod 4, one end of each balance pull rod 4 is correspondingly installed on the left arm or the right arm, the other end of each balance pull rod 4 is correspondingly connected with one end of the corresponding tray 5, and the balance pull rods 4, the hanging arms 3, the tray 5 and the frame 1 form a parallel four-bar mechanism, so that the tray 5 can be kept horizontal when the hanging arms 3 swing up and down.

In this embodiment, preferably, the hoisting arm 2 is located between the left arm and the right arm when in the retracted position, and the hoisting arm 2 does not affect the rotation of the hanging arm 3. The invention provides the hanging device capable of realizing the self-loading and unloading function for the hanging truck, thereby saving manpower and material resources and enlarging the application range.

1. A self-loading and unloading device mounted on an armed trailer, said self-loading and unloading device comprising:
a frame;
the lifting arm is of a telescopic structure, a telescopic oil cylinder is installed in the lifting arm, one end of the telescopic oil cylinder is hinged to the root of the lifting arm, the other end of the telescopic oil cylinder is hinged to the top end of the lifting arm, the lifting arm comprises a fixed part and a movable part, the movable part moves relative to the fixed part to extend or retract, and the telescopic oil cylinder drives the movable part to move under the drive of hydraulic power to realize the extension and retraction of the lifting arm;
one end of the hanging arm is hinged to the frame, a hanging rotary hinged point of the hanging arm and the frame and a hanging rotary hinged point of the hanging arm and the frame are located at the same end of the frame, and a tray is further arranged at the other end of the hanging arm;

the lifting arm and the hanging arm are respectively provided with a lifting position and a withdrawing position relative to the frame, and the telescopic oil cylinder, the hanging swing oil cylinder and the hanging swing oil cylinder are all hydraulic oil cylinders and are powered by a chassis hydraulic system of the arm type hanging vehicle and controlled by a chassis electric system of the arm type hanging vehicle;
the hanging swing oil cylinder drives the hanging arm to swing downwards until the tray falls to the ground; the lifting arm enables the lifting hook to be positioned right above a hung object under the action of the telescopic oil cylinder and the lifting swing oil cylinder, and the hung object is hung on the lifting hook by using a rope; driving the telescopic oil cylinder and the hoisting swing oil cylinder to place the hung object on the tray; the hanging arm is lifted and the hoisting arm retracts to the retracting position; and transporting the hanging object to a specified position for accurate hanging.
2. The self-loading and unloading device of claim 1, wherein the trays are attached to the ends of the left and right arms, respectively.
3. The self-loading and unloading device of claim 2, further comprising a balance pull rod, one end of the balance pull rod is mounted on the hanging arm, and the other end of the balance pull rod is connected with the pallet.
