Abstract

基于报警构造的输液装置,解决了现有输液瓶在病人睡着或监护人睡着不在的情况下,液体输完而使空气进入,使得液体污染,甚至空气进入血管,引发危害的问题,本设计由瓶体、瓶盖、输液管、金属触头、警报装置、挂勾、电源、回路仓、浮块、隔板、密封片构成,其特征是:瓶体为圆柱形,与瓶盖、输液管配套,金属触头在回路仓内,与电源、警报装置构成电路,其位置等于深入瓶体的输液管高度,回路仓内有导电液体,由隔板隔开为左、右仓,隔板下端连接浮块,上端连接密封片,挂钩在瓶体外部底端。本设计使用方便,可以满足不同的需求,结构简单,制造成本低,易于推广。

本发明涉及医疗用品类,尤其是基于报警构造的输液装置领域。
背景技术
目前,由于输液瓶在病人睡着或监护人睡着不在的情况下,液体容易输完而无人发觉,使得空气进入,药品污染,甚至空气进入血管,引发严重危害。
发明内容
本设计是为了解决现有输液瓶不能在液体输完的情况下发出警报,以提醒护士更换液体的问题,而提供的基于报警构造的输液装置。
技术方案:
本设计由瓶体、瓶盖、输液管、金属触头、警报装置、挂勾、电源、回路仓、浮块、隔板、密封片、构成。瓶体为圆柱形,与瓶盖、输液管配套,金属触头在回路仓内,与电源、警报装置构成电路,其位置等于深入瓶体的输液管高度,回路仓内有导电液体,由隔板隔开为左、右仓,隔板下端连接浮块,上端连接密封片,挂钩在瓶体外部底端。
有益效果:
本设计解决了现有输液瓶不能在液体输完的情况下发出警报,以提醒护士更换液体的问题。使用方法与普通输液瓶方法一致,在液体充足的情况下,瓶体内液体挤压密封片,导电液体在左回路仓内,其高度高于金属触头,回路仓内金属触头与导电液体构成回路,使得电源、警报装置构成的回路短路,因而不会发出警报;在液体即将输完的情况下,即液体高度低于瓶体内输液管的高度时,密封片没有受到挤压,由于仓内导电液体的浮力,使得浮块上浮,左右仓体相通,左仓的导电液体流入右仓,液体高度下降,使金属触头与导电液体不能形成闭合回路,从而触发警报装置,警报装置发出警报,以提醒护士更换液体。本设计使用方便,可以满足不同的需求,结构简单,制造成本低,易于推广。

具体实施方式
如图1-图3所示,本设计由瓶体1,瓶盖2,输液管3,金属触头4,警报装置5,挂勾6,电源7,回路仓8,浮块9,隔板10,密封片11构成。使用方法与普通输液瓶方法一致,在液体充足的情况下,瓶体1内液体挤压密封片11,导电液体在左回路仓8内,其高度高于金属触头4,回路仓8内金属触头4与导电液体构成回路,使得电源7、警报装置5构成的回路短路,因而不会发出警报;在液体即将输完的情况下,即液体高度低于瓶体内输液管3的高度时,密封片11没有受到挤压,由于回路仓8内导电液体的浮力,使得浮块9上浮,左右仓体相通,左仓的导电液体流入右仓,液体高度下降,使金属触头4与导电液体不能形成闭合回路,从而触发警报装置,警报装置5发出警报,以提醒护士更换液体。

1.基于报警构造的输液装置,由瓶体、瓶盖、输液管、金属触头、警报装置、挂勾、电源、回路仓、浮块、隔板、密封片构成,其特征在于:该输液瓶内部有回路仓,仓内有导电液体,分为左右两仓,左仓有金属触头,左右两仓由隔板隔开,隔板上端连接密封片,下端连接浮块,瓶体外部有警报装置、电源,且金属触头、警报装置、电源三者在金属触头接触导电液体的情况下构成闭合回路。
