Abstract
本发明公开了一种水胶体敷芯无菌敷贴,可显著提高对创面渗出液的吸附能力。本发明包括:医用胶布、水胶体敷芯、液体通道、离型纸。把水胶体复合在吸水性敷料上形成水胶体敷芯,水胶体敷芯的吸水性敷料面贴合在涂有医用压敏胶的聚氨酯/聚乙烯复合膜或无纺布制成的医用胶布上,水胶体敷芯的水胶体中均匀分布贯通水胶体层的液体通道,用离型纸贴合在水胶体敷芯的水胶体面上,用复合包装袋包装,经过灭菌处理制得。
Description
技术领域
水胶体敷芯无菌敷贴属于医用敷料,是覆盖于皮肤损伤处的一种医疗器械。医用敷料是用来覆盖伤口的材料,它们最主要的功能是控制伤口的渗出液以及保护伤口以免它受细菌及尘粒的污染。
背景技术
目前传统医用敷料如医用脱脂棉纱布、棉垫和凡士林纱布等,是临床上皮肤创伤应用最广的敷料。传统敷料具有网状编织结构,其价格低廉、制作工艺相对简单、原料来源广泛、质地柔软,有较强的吸收能力,能防止创面渗液积聚,对创面愈合有一定程度的保护作用,至今仍在皮肤创伤中广泛应用。但是传统敷料也有很明显的缺点,比如不能保持创面湿润,延迟创面愈合;创面肉芽组织容易长人敷料的网眼中,更换敷料时易与创面伤口粘连,损伤新生的肉芽组织并引起疼痛;敷料渗透后屏障作用差,容易引起外源性感染,止血效果差。
近年来,随着材料学和工业学的发展,创面敷料发生了划时代的变化,多种新型敷料应运而生,并被积极用于临床。其优点即加速创面修复,减少伤口感染,提高治愈率,缩短病程,减轻患者痛苦,相应地节省患者医疗经费;同时医用新型敷料使用也较为方便。新型医用敷料将是一种趋势,随着对伤口愈合的科学认识不断深入,薄膜、泡棉、水胶体、水凝胶、藻酸盐等一系列新型创面敷料也应运而生。这些新型创面敷料具备控制和吸收创面渗液、保持创面湿润、适合气体和水蒸气透过、隔热隔菌、止血镇痛、允许躯体移动而不损伤伤口等促进伤口愈合的性能。
水胶体敷料是由亲水性高分子颗粒与橡胶弹性体混合加工而成,其中的亲水性高分子通常为羧甲基纤维素(carboxymethylcellulose,CMC)。作为一类重要的新型创面敷料,水胶体敷料具有以下一系列优点:
(1)具有吸收创面渗液的能力。吸收渗液后,敷料中的亲水性颗粒可形成类似凝胶的半固体物质,附着于伤口基部,提供并维持有利于创面愈合的湿性环境。
(2)有粘性,可形成密闭(occlusive)创面。密闭的愈合环境能够促进微血管的增生和肉芽组织的形成,从而加速创面愈合。
(3)可发挥一定的清创功能。一方面,水胶体含有内源性的酶,能促进纤维蛋白的溶解;另一方面,水胶体敷料所提供的密闭环境,有利于巨噬细胞清除坏死组织。
水胶体敷料具有显著的优点,3M公司生产的Tegaderm hydrocolloid水胶体敷料具有两层结构:内层由亲水颗粒与弹性体组成,可吸收轻度的伤口渗出液;外层为防水性薄膜,具有较高的水蒸汽通透率,但细菌不能通过,所以创面感染率较低。Coloplast的Comfeel水胶体敷料属半闭合性敷料,但其外层为半透明的聚氨基甲酸乙酯薄膜,内层为水胶体。Urgo公司的Urgotul脂质水胶体敷料,是将水胶体颗粒和凡士林附着于非闭合聚酯纤维网所制造。这些产品的缺点是只能吸收轻度的伤口渗出液,在伤口愈合初期,由于渗出液较多,需平凡更换水胶体敷料。
发明内容
本发明涉及一种医用敷料,特别涉及一种可吸收中度创面渗出液的水胶体敷芯无菌敷贴。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用水胶体复合在吸水性敷料上形成水胶体敷芯,水胶体敷芯的吸水性敷料面贴合在涂有医用压敏胶的聚氨脂/聚乙烯复合膜或无纺布制成的医用胶布上,水胶体敷芯的水胶体面均匀分布液体通道,用离型纸贴合在水胶体敷芯的水胶体面和部分的医用胶布上,经过灭菌处理制得。创面产生的渗出液通过液体通道被吸水性敷料吸附,使创面保持适度的湿润。本发明的水胶体敷芯无菌敷贴,克服了水胶体敷料在创面恢复初期,因创面渗出液体量大需勤换的缺点,节约人力、物力,减少了病人的费用。

具体实施方式
第一实施例:
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如附图1和所示:把无纺布用涂布机涂布医用压敏胶,用模切机模切成型,制成医用胶布1;把水胶体3用模切机模切成型,在水胶体3上形成均匀的液体通道5,该液体通道5贯通水胶体3;把带有液体通道5的水胶体3和采用无纺棉的医用敷料2用复合机复合,形成水胶体敷芯6;把水胶体敷芯6上的医用敷料2面贴合在医用胶布1的中心部位,用离型纸4完全覆盖在水胶体敷芯的水胶体3面和医用胶布1上,制成水胶体敷芯敷贴。用复合袋包装水胶体敷芯敷贴,经过钴60辐射灭菌,制成水胶体敷芯无菌敷贴。
附图2是附图1中揭去离型纸4后的一个实施例的外观结构示意图。亦是附图1中揭去离型纸4后的上视图。如附图2所示,液体通道5呈+字形,均匀分布在水胶体3上。
第二实施例:
下面结合附图详细描述本发明的水胶体敷芯无菌敷贴第二实施例。在本实施例中,水胶体敷芯无菌敷贴的内部结构与第一实施例中附图1相同,与附图2不同。
如附图1和所示:把聚氨脂/聚乙烯复合膜用涂布机涂布医用压敏胶,用模切机模切成型,制成医用胶布1;把水胶体3和采用活性炭纤维的医用敷料2用复合机复合,形成水胶体敷芯6;把水胶体敷芯6用模切机模切成型,在水胶体敷芯6上的水胶体3中形成均匀、贯通的液体通道5;把水胶体敷芯6上的医用敷料2面贴合在医用胶布1的中心部位,用离型纸4完全覆盖在水胶体敷芯6的水胶体3面和医用胶布1上,制成水胶体敷芯敷贴。用复合袋包装水胶体敷芯敷贴,经过环氧乙烷灭菌,制成水胶体敷芯无菌敷贴。
附图3是附图1中揭去离型纸4后的另一个实施例的外观结构示意图。亦是附图1中揭去离型纸4后的上视图。如附图3所示,液体通道5呈o字形,均匀分布在水胶体3上。
Claims (8)
1.一种水胶体敷芯无菌敷贴,其特征在于包括:涂有医用压敏胶的聚氨脂/聚乙烯复合膜或无纺布制成的医用胶布、水胶体敷芯、液体通道、离型纸组成,所述的水胶体敷芯位于所述的医用胶布和所述的离型纸中间,所述的液体通道位于所述的水胶体敷芯内。
2.所述的水胶体敷芯无菌敷贴以无菌形式提供,供手术、外伤创面或留置动、静脉导管贴敷用,也可用于婴儿脐带创面保护,是一次性使用的医疗器械。
3.如权利要求1所述的水胶体敷芯无菌敷贴,其特征在于:所述的水胶体敷芯由水胶体复合医用敷料组成。
4.如权利要求2所述的水胶体敷芯无菌敷贴,其特征在于:所述的医用敷料是木质棉。
5.如权利要求2所述的水胶体敷芯无菌敷贴,其特征在于:所述的医用敷料是粘胶棉。
6.如权利要求2所述的水胶体敷芯无菌敷贴,其特征在于:所述的医用敷料是活性炭纤维。
7.如权利要求1所述的水胶体敷芯无菌敷贴,其特征在于:所述的水胶体敷芯均匀分布所述的液体通道。
8.如权利要求7所述的水胶体敷芯无菌敷贴,其特征在于:所述的液体通道贯通所述的水胶体。
