Detailed Description
The above and further features and advantages of the present invention will be apparent from the following, complete description of the invention, taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, wherein the described embodiments are merely some, but not all embodiments of the invention.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, 2, and 3.
The household hair sticking device provided by the embodiment comprises a hair sticking roller 1 and a handle 2. Wherein fig. 1 shows the whole structure of the household hair sticking device, in the figure, an opening is formed at the upper end part of a handle 2, and a hair sticking roller 1 is fixed at the opening. Here, the end of the handle 2 for providing fixation of the squeegee 1 is referred to as the upper end of the handle 2, and the end of the handle 2 for providing gripping by the user is referred to as the lower end of the handle 2; and a and b in the figures respectively show the position of the upper end part of the handle 2 and the position of the lower end part of the handle 2; and the concept regarding the upper end portion of the handle 2 and the lower end portion of the handle 2 is equally applicable to any of the following embodiments.
When the household hair sticking device is used, the hair sticking roller 1 rotates circumferentially around the central axis of the household hair sticking device, so that fine hair fibers, hair, sundries, dust and the like can be adhered to the adhesive paper on the surface of the hair sticking roller 1. Besides, the household hair sticking device provided by the embodiment comprises the supporting component 3. For a clearer illustration of the support assembly 3, fig. 2 shows the internal structure of the household hair-sticking device. In the figure, the support assembly 3 includes a mandrel 31, a support nest 32, and a support bone 33. The mandrel 31, the support nest 32, and the support rib 33 will be described below.
In this embodiment, the mandrel 31 is also fixed at the opening, and also penetrates the pasting roller 1 along the central axis of the pasting roller 1. Fig. 1 shows a state in which the mandrel 31 penetrates through the roller 1 along the central axis of the roller 1, in fact, the central axis of the mandrel 31 and the central axis of the roller 1 are on the same line, and the dotted line c in the figure shows the central axis common to both. It is noted that the mandrel 31 can be extended and retracted along the central axis of the tweezer 1, i.e. along the dashed line c. For ease of understanding, the central axis of the roller 1 will be referred to as the dotted line c hereinafter. While the direction d in the figure shows the extending direction of the mandrel 31 along the dotted line c, and the direction e in the figure shows the retracting direction of the mandrel 31 along the dotted line c.
In this embodiment, the supporting frame 32 is similar in structure to an umbrella member of an umbrella and has a plurality of circumferentially distributed ribs 321. fig. 3 shows the overall structure of the supporting frame 32. In effect, the support nest 32 fits over the mandrel 31 and the support nest 32 is fixed relative to the mandrel 31 as the mandrel 31 telescopes along the dotted line c.
In this embodiment, the support ribs 33 are configured similarly to the ribs of an umbrella and are attached to the support rib nest 32 in a similar relationship to the ribs and nest umbrella components of an umbrella. Referring specifically to fig. 3, the supporting ribs 33 are embedded in one of the bone nests 321 of the supporting bone seat 32 along the circumferential direction of the supporting bone seat 32, and any supporting rib 33 can flip back and forth relative to the axial surface of the supporting bone seat 32. Because the supporting nest 32 is substantially cylindrical, its transverse cross-section is referred to as its axial face, i.e., the plane in which its cross-sectional radius lies. Moreover, the process of turning any one of the supporting ribs 33 back and forth relative to the supporting frame nest 32 is also similar to the process of turning umbrella ribs back and forth relative to the nest umbrella. Therefore, when the supporting ribs 33 turn back and forth relative to the supporting rib seats 32 at the same time, it is equivalent to the supporting rib seats 32 having an open state and a closed state, and the supporting ribs 33 are shown to be open at a certain angle.
In the present embodiment, when the support frame nest 32 is fitted over the mandrel 31, the free end of any one of the support frames 33 rests in the positioning holes 11 arrayed circumferentially along the circumferential face of the roller 1, and fig. 1 shows a state in which the free end of the support frame 33 rests in the positioning holes 11. The unattached ends of support ribs 33 and support nest 32 are referred to herein as the free ends of support ribs 33; and it is to be noted that the circumferential surface of the pasting roller 1 is provided with an array of positioning holes 11 circumferentially around the dotted line c. Therefore, when the mandrel 31 is extended or contracted along the dotted line c, the free ends of the plurality of supporting ribs 33 are respectively extended or retracted from the positioning holes 11, and are in an opened state or a closed state with respect to the supporting nest 32 and the roller 1. Fig. 1 shows a plurality of supporting ribs 33 in a collapsed state, which can be used for cleaning the surface of a general object. However, when the plurality of support ribs 33 are in the expanded state, it is also similar to the expanded state of the umbrella ribs in the umbrella. At that time, the free end portions of the plurality of support ribs 33 are respectively projected from the positioning holes 11, so that the surface of the pile fabric-like article is not adhered to the adhesive paper on the surface of the pile roll 1 when the pile roll 1 is rotated circumferentially about the imaginary line c. Accordingly, the fluff fibers, the hair, the trash, the dust, and the like attached to the surface of the fluff fabric article can be attached to the adhesive paper on the surface of the fluff roll 1 by shaking the fluff fabric article. It should also be noted that the adhesive paper in this embodiment is adhesive paper with holes, and the positions and sizes of the holes are matched with the positioning holes 11.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1.
The handle 2 of the household hair sticking device provided by the embodiment comprises a left side baffle 21, a right side baffle 22 and a web plate 23. In which figure 1 shows the overall structure of a left side baffle 21, a right side baffle 22, and a web 23. In the figure, the left side fence 21 and the right side fence 22 are opposed to each other along the broken line c, and are connected by a web 23 along the broken line c. Thus, the left side edge retainer 21, the right side edge retainer 22, and the web 23 form an opening therebetween at the upper end (a-end) of the handle 2. The pasting cylinder 1 is fixed at the opening, namely, between the left side baffle 21 and the right side baffle 22.
The mandrel 31 penetrates the left and right side fences 21, 22 in a direction in which the left and right side fences 21, 22 oppose each other, that is, penetrates the left and right side fences 21, 22 along the broken line c.
In addition, the mandrel 31 penetrates the left side baffle 21, the fluff roll 1, and the right side baffle 22 in this order along the central axis of the fluff roll 1 in the direction in which the left side baffle 21 and the right side baffle 22 face each other, that is, penetrates the left side baffle 21, the fluff roll 1, and the right side baffle 22 in this order along the dotted line c. Accordingly, the mandrel 31 can be extended and retracted along the central axis of the pasting roller 1, i.e., along the dotted line c.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4.
In the household hair sticking device provided by the present embodiment, the mandrel 31 penetrates through the left side baffle 21 and the right side baffle 22 along the dotted line c. And the f-end and g-end of the mandrel 31 are located outside the left side fence 21 and outside the right side fence 22, respectively. In the figure, the g-end of the mandrel 31 facing the support bones 33 is in an expanded state, that is, the g-end of the mandrel 31 faces the openings of the support bones 33 in the expanded state. In this embodiment, the mandrel 31 includes an annular stop protrusion 311 near the f-end. And when the mandrel 31 is extended along the dotted line c (along the direction d), the annular stopper protrusion 311 abuts against the left side fence 21, forming a stopper for the mandrel 31, and accordingly forming a restriction that the plurality of support bones 33 assume an opened state. That is, the annular limiting protrusion 311 abuts against the left side baffle 21 when the mandrel 31 extends out along the central axis of the roller 1, so as to limit the mandrel 31 when the plurality of supporting ribs 33 are in the opened state.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 5.
In the figure, the f-ends of the support bones 33 facing the mandrel 31 are in the expanded state, that is, the openings of the support bones 33 facing the f-ends of the mandrel 31 in the expanded state. In this embodiment, the mandrel 31 includes an annular stop protrusion 311 near the end g. And when the mandrel 31 is extended along the dotted line c (along the direction d), the annular stopper protrusion 311 abuts against the right side barrier 22, forming a stopper for the mandrel 31, and accordingly forming a restriction for the plurality of support bones 33 to assume an expanded state. That is, the annular limiting protrusion 311 abuts against the right side baffle 22 when the mandrel 31 extends out along the central axis of the roller 1, so as to limit the mandrel 31 when the plurality of supporting ribs 33 are in the expanded state.
