Abstract

The invention provides a coffee powder distributing device capable of stably and uniformly distributing powder. The powder distributor is characterized in that one end of an adjusting rod is matched and connected with a powder distributing head, and the end surface of the powder distributing head is provided with a propeller-shaped structure; the first adjusting piece and the second adjusting piece are locked and matched in the axial direction of the adjusting rod. The first adjusting piece is separated from the second adjusting piece, so that the powder distributor can adjust the distance of the propeller-shaped structure relative to the second adjusting piece through rotation; the first adjusting piece is abutted against the second adjusting piece, and the adjusting rod is locked to enable the powder distributor to form a positioning state. The invention can not only smooth the coffee powder in the container, so that the density of the coffee powder at each position is equivalent, and the coffee liquid formed after hot water passes through the coffee powder has equivalent concentration and stable quality.

Technical Field

Background
During the brewing process, the distribution of the coffee powder has a great influence on the taste of the espresso. If the coffee is only compacted and extracted (brewed) without being evenly powdered, some grounds or ingredients are more extracted, which can result in inconsistent taste and intensity. It is clear that different coffeemakers have different dusting techniques and therefore the coffee brewed by each coffeemaker is not consistent.
Powder dispensing devices that can be used are already on the market. One end of the powder distributing device is provided with a poking structure, such as a linear convex rib. The powder distributing device is embedded in a container containing coffee powder, and the rotating convex ribs can be used for smoothing the surface of the coffee powder in an operation mode of rotating the powder distributing device.
In fact, the known powder distribution device can only level the surface of the coffee powder in the container without redistributing the coffee powder, so that the known powder distribution device cannot make the distribution of the coffee reach an optimal state, the density of the compacted coffee powder is different, and the quality and the concentration of the coffee liquid obtained by brewing are different.

The invention aims to provide a coffee powder distributing device capable of stably and uniformly distributing powder, which can smooth coffee powder contained in a container, and can enable the density of the coffee powder at each position in the container to be equal, so that the concentration of coffee liquid obtained by brewing hot water is equal and the quality is stable.

a first adjusting member rotatably disposed at one end of the adjusting rod;
a second adjusting piece which is arranged between the first adjusting piece and the powder distributing head and is provided with a penetrating hole for the adjusting rod to penetrate through;
wherein, the first adjusting piece is separated from the second adjusting piece, and the powder distributor adjusts the distance between the propeller-shaped structure and the second adjusting piece through rotation; the first adjusting piece is abutted against the second adjusting piece, and the adjusting rod is locked, so that the powder distributor is in a positioning state.
The outer surface of the adjusting rod is provided with an external thread part, one side surface of the first adjusting piece is provided with a first thread part, the inner wall surface of the penetrating hole of the second adjusting piece is provided with a second thread part, and the external thread part of the adjusting rod is respectively engaged with the first thread part and the second thread part.
One side of the second adjusting piece is provided with an accommodating space, and the powder distributing head can move into and out of the accommodating space along with the movement of the powder distributor.
The propeller-shaped structure comprises a plurality of rib parts and a plurality of curved surface parts, wherein the curved surface part comprises a first curved surface, a second curved surface and a third curved surface between two adjacent rib parts, one side of the first curved surface is connected with one rib part and obliquely extends towards the other rib part; one side of the second curved surface is connected with the first curved surface, and the other side of the second curved surface extends to be close to the other rib part; one side of the third curved surface is connected with the second curved surface, and the other side of the third curved surface is connected with the other rib part.
The radius of the first curved surface is larger than that of the second curved surface, and the radius of the second curved surface is larger than that of the third curved surface.
The surface of the powder distributing head of the powder distributing device is provided with indicating scales.
The propeller-shaped configuration is a cruciform configuration with four propellers.
The powder distributing device is embedded in a container, and the container is filled with a predetermined amount of coffee powder. Because the end face of the powder distributing head is provided with a propeller-shaped structure, the powder distributing device rotates, and the propeller-shaped structure can scoop the coffee powder and then redistribute the coffee powder to all directions of the container.
The invention has the advantages that:

Detailed Description
The following description is of the preferred embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the coffee powder device for stably and uniformly distributing coffee powder disclosed in the present embodiment includes a powder distributor 10, a first adjusting member 20 and a second adjusting member 30. The powder distributor 10 is an adjusting rod 12 (see fig. 1) with one end connected with a powder distributing head 14. An end face of the powder distribution head 14 has or is formed with a propeller-shaped configuration 16. The propeller-shaped configuration 16 is a cruciform configuration with four propellers. The surface of the powder distribution head 14 has an indication scale 15.
The first adjusting member 20 is rotatably disposed at one end of the adjusting lever 12; the second adjusting member 30 is disposed between the first adjusting member 20 and the powder distributing head 14.
As further shown in FIG. 1, the outer surface of the adjustment rod 12 has an externally threaded portion 18; a first thread part 22 is arranged on one side surface of the first adjusting piece 20; the second adjusting member 30 has a through hole 32, and an inner wall surface of the through hole 32 has a second threaded portion 34.
Referring to fig. 3, in the combined structure of the powder distributor 10, the first adjusting member 20 and the second adjusting member 30, the adjusting rod 12 passes through the through hole 32, and the external threaded portion 18 of the adjusting rod 12 is used to engage with the first threaded portion 22 of the first adjusting member 20 and the second threaded portion 34 of the second adjusting member, respectively.
One side of the second adjusting part 30 has a receiving space 36, so that the second adjusting part 30 is formed as a cap member. The powder distributing head 14 of the powder distributor 10 is opposite to the accommodating space 36. Thus, when the powder distributor 10 moves, the powder distributing head 14 can move into and out of the accommodating space 36.
Referring to fig. 4, the propeller-shaped structure 16 includes a plurality of ribs 40 and 40a and a plurality of curved portions 42. The curved surface portion 42 is located between the adjacent two rib portions 40 and 40 a.
Referring to fig. 5, each curved surface portion 42 includes a first curved surface 44, a second curved surface 46 and a third curved surface 48. One side of the first curved surface 44 is connected to one rib 40(40a) and extends obliquely toward the other rib 40a (40). The second curved surface 46 has one side connected to the first curved surface 44 and the other side extending close to the other rib portion 40a (40); the third curved surface 48 is connected to the second curved surface 46 on one side and to the other rib 40a (40) on the other side. Wherein the radius (R1) of the first curved surface 44 is greater than the radius (R2) of the second curved surface 46, the radius (R2) of the second curved surface 46 is greater than the radius (R3) of the third curved surface 48, and the radius of the third curved surface 48 is 0.4mm to 1.0mm, which can form an arc-shaped edge at the intersection of the third curved surface and the rib portion 40a (40) to reduce sharpness. Furthermore, the angle (Θ) of the first curved surface 44 can be between 13.5 degrees and 22.5 degrees. The ratio (D/D) of the depth (D) of the curved surface portion 42 to the thickness (D) of the entire powder distribution head 14 is 0.35 to 0.55.
Referring to FIG. 6, a user may separate the first adjustment member 20 from the second adjustment member 30 by rotating the first adjustment member 20. The powder dispenser 10 is now in a state in which it can be rotated to cause displacement.
Referring to fig. 7, the user can rotate the powder distributor 10, so that the powder distributing head 14 of the powder distributor 10 can enter and exit the accommodating space 36 of the second adjusting member 30. In other words, the powder distributor 10 can adjust the distance of the propeller-shaped structure 16 relative to the second adjusting member 30 by rotation. In addition, the indication scale 15 on the surface of the powder distributing head 14 can be used for clearly and definitely displaying the adjustment and the powder distributing depth.
Referring to fig. 8, the user rotates the first adjusting member 20 to abut against the second adjusting member 30, and the adjustment rod 12 is locked by the engagement of the first threaded portion 22 of the first adjusting member 20, the second threaded portion 34 of the second adjusting member 30, and the external threaded portion 18 of the adjustment rod 12, so that the powder applicator 10 is in a fixed position.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, the powder distribution device of the present embodiment is used for leveling coffee powder 52 (see fig. 10) contained in a container 50. According to fig. 10, the propeller-shaped structure 16 at one end of the powder dispensing head 14 is spaced from the second adjustment member 30 to stir and smooth the coffee powder 52 in the container 50. Furthermore, the rotation of the propeller-shaped structure 16 can cause the coffee powder 52 to be scooped and then redistributed to various directions, so that the design of the embodiment can not only smooth the coffee powder 52 in the container 50, but also make the density of the coffee powder 52 in various positions equivalent, so that the concentration of the coffee liquid formed after the hot water passes through the coffee powder 52 is equivalent and the quality is stable.

a second adjusting piece which is arranged between the first adjusting piece and the powder distributing head and is provided with a penetrating hole for the adjusting rod to penetrate through;
wherein, the first adjusting piece is separated from the second adjusting piece, and the powder distributor adjusts the distance between the propeller-shaped structure and the second adjusting piece through rotation; the first adjusting piece is abutted against the second adjusting piece, and the adjusting rod is locked, so that the powder distributor is in a positioning state.

The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the adjusting rod has an external thread portion on an outer surface thereof, the first adjusting member has a first thread portion on a side surface thereof, the second adjusting member has a second thread portion on an inner wall surface thereof, and the external thread portion of the adjusting rod is engaged with the first thread portion and the second thread portion, respectively.

The coffee powder distribution device capable of stably and uniformly distributing powder according to claim 1, wherein a receiving space is formed at one side of the second adjusting member, and the powder distribution head can move into and out of the receiving space along with the movement of the powder distributor.

The coffee powder distribution apparatus capable of stably and uniformly distributing coffee powder as claimed in claim 1, wherein said propeller-shaped structure comprises a plurality of ribs and a plurality of curved surfaces, the curved surfaces are located between two adjacent ribs, the curved surfaces comprise a first curved surface, a second curved surface and a third curved surface, one side of the first curved surface is connected with one of the ribs and extends obliquely towards the other rib; one side of the second curved surface is connected with the first curved surface, and the other side of the second curved surface extends to be close to the other rib part; one side of the third curved surface is connected with the second curved surface, and the other side of the third curved surface is connected with the other rib part.
5. The coffee grounds apparatus for stabilizing and homogenizing grounds according to claim 4, wherein the radius of the first curved surface is larger than the radius of the second curved surface, and the radius of the second curved surface is larger than the radius of the third curved surface.
