Abstract
The invention relates to a sample block displayer which structurally comprises a color card cover, a back plate, a hinge module and a clamp spring shaft, wherein the color card cover is arranged on the back plate; the color card cover body is provided with color card windows, the edge of the color card cover body is provided with a first connecting sheet, and the outer side edge of the first connecting sheet is provided with a through hole; the hinge module is characterized in that second connecting pieces are arranged on two sides of the straight rod, and a space between every two adjacent second connecting pieces is used for embedding the first connecting pieces; the clamp spring shaft is connected in a penetrating hole formed in the first connecting sheet and the second connecting sheet in a penetrating mode so as to enable the color card cover to be hinged with the hinge module. The invention forms a fixing and displaying mode for separating and respectively nesting and positioning each color card, can randomly adjust the distance between two clamp spring shafts within the design range, can display sample blocks with different thicknesses, realizes the breakthrough of randomly displaying the sample blocks with different thicknesses, and improves the display effect of the samples.

Background
The manufacturers of products in the fields of paint, plate, coating, glass, nonferrous metal and material generally display the product information such as color, quality, texture, structure, quality and the like of the products in the fields of paint, plate, coating, glass, nonferrous metal and material by manufacturing various color card sample blocks on a plane. The product types of enterprises can be displayed through the sample display book, and a good auxiliary effect can be achieved for establishing the enterprise image. The color cards need to be arranged orderly and are fixed in the sample book through the color card cover, and a plurality of windows are arranged on the color card cover to display the colors on the color cards for customers to check and select.

3. a large amount of waste materials are generated in the manufacturing process, the recycling cost is high, and environmental pollution is caused;
4. the work efficiency of assembling the color card is low;
5. in the process of assembling the color card, a large amount of organic solvent adhesives are used, volatile matters of the adhesives cause damage to production groups and use groups, and organic matter discharge causes great damage to the natural environment;
6. the diversified and arbitrary display of the thickness of the sample block cannot be met.

The invention aims to provide a sample block display device, which overcomes the defects in the prior art, is convenient for manufacturing a sample block display book and can change the book form according to the needs.

In the invention, the color card windows are distributed on the color card cover body, the edge of the color card window is provided with a sealing and blocking edge which protrudes out of the surface of the body and is used for clamping the color card, and the protruding height of the sealing and blocking edge is the same as or basically the same as the thickness of the color card.

In the invention, the first connecting pieces arranged on the two sides of the color card cover body are arranged in a staggered and distributed manner, and the first connecting pieces on the two sides are distributed in a centrosymmetric manner.

Moreover, the color card cover structure with the raised blocking edge also forms a three-dimensional display effect of nesting and positioning the color cards, and can utilize the mutual attraction of the magnetic blocks arranged on the color card cover body and the magnetic blocks on the back plate to realize the positioning of the color cards, thereby not only improving the manufacturing efficiency of the sample display volume, but also saving the use of adhesive, avoiding the toxic and side effects of the used materials and the generated waste materials in the manufacturing process on the human body, and being beneficial to environmental protection. The novel structure and the originality of the sample block displayer are beneficial to improving the purchasing desire of users to products and improving the market competitiveness of the products.
The sample block display adopts a combined detachable structure, can be flexibly adjusted according to the number of pages and the thickness when in use, the color card sleeve can be manufactured and molded by using transparent hard PVC, the wear resistance and the service life of the color card sleeve are obviously improved, and the color block can be observed in multiple angles, so that the use flexibility and the practicability of the color card cover are improved.
In the invention, a through jack is arranged in the first connecting sheet on each color card cover, and the connecting component consists of a hinge module and a clamp spring shaft. The hinge module has the characteristics that: the plurality of through holes are prefabricated, the distance between the two clamp spring shafts can be adjusted randomly within the design range, sample blocks with different thicknesses can be displayed within the design range, the breakthrough of randomly displaying the sample blocks with different thicknesses is realized, a fixing and displaying mode for separating and respectively nesting and positioning the color cards is formed, and the display effect of the samples is improved.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, the sample block display of the present invention includes a color card cover 1, a back plate 2 (fig. 9), a hinge module 3, and a clamp spring shaft 4 (fig. 6).
As shown in fig. 2 to 5, the color chip cover 1 is a rectangular sheet-shaped body, a plurality of color chip windows 12 for placing color blocks are arranged on the color chip cover body 11, a plurality of first connection pieces 13 arranged at intervals are arranged on the side edge of the color chip cover body 11, insertion holes are formed in the outer side edge of the first connection pieces 13, and the insertion holes in all the first connection pieces 13 on the same side edge of the color chip cover body 11 are positioned on a straight line parallel to the side edge of the color chip cover body 11.
The color card cover 1 may be divided into a cover color card cover (fig. 2), a cover sheet color card cover (fig. 3), and a cover base color card cover (fig. 5) according to the arrangement position of the first connection tab 13. For the inner page color card cover, the first connecting pieces 13 are arranged on both sides of the color card cover body 11, the first connecting pieces 13 on both sides are arranged in a staggered and distributed manner, and the first connecting pieces 13 on both sides are symmetrically distributed by taking the color card cover body as a center.
In fig. 1, six color chart windows 12 (the number of which can be increased or decreased) are arranged on the color chart cover body 11, and the window shapes can be various geometric shapes such as square, circle and the like. The color chip windows 12 in fig. 1 are square windows, and six color chip windows 12 are arranged on the color chip cover body 11 in a matrix manner. The edge of the color card window 12 is provided with a sealing edge 15 which protrudes out of the surface of the body and is used for clamping the color card, and the protruding height of the sealing edge 15 is the same as or basically the same as the thickness of the color card inside. A triangular color card identification area 14 is arranged on one corner of each color card window 12, and the color card identification area 14 is level with the upper edge of the blocking edge 15. The color card identification area can be marked with the character information of the color card packaged in the color card window, such as the model, the number, the color and the like, so as to be selected by a customer. A plurality of magnet caulking grooves 16 (fig. 2) are arranged on the back of the color card cover body 11, and a neodymium iron boron magnet is clamped in each magnet caulking groove 16.
The backing plate 2 is a flat plate (fig. 8) attached to the back of the color chip housing for positioning the color chip placed in the color chip housing 1. The surface of the back plate 2 is also provided with a neodymium iron boron magnet for attracting the color card cover body 11, the arrangement position of the neodymium iron boron magnet corresponds to the position of the magnet embedded groove on the color card cover 1, and the polarity of the neodymium iron boron magnet is opposite to that of the magnet on the color card cover, so that the back plate 2 and the color card cover 1 can be reliably attracted. Or a small iron sheet can be implanted into the body of the back plate at the position corresponding to the magnet embedded groove on the color card cover so as to form the function of mutual attraction with the magnet on the color card cover.
As shown in fig. 6, the hinge module 3 is configured such that a plurality of second connecting pieces 32 are respectively disposed on two sides of the straight bar 31 and arranged at intervals, and the space between two adjacent second connecting pieces 32 on the same side is used for embedding the first connecting piece 13 on the color card cover 1. A plurality of through holes parallel to the straight rod 31 are formed in the second connecting sheet 32, the number of the through holes on the straight rod 31 and the second connecting sheet 32 on the same side is the same, and the upper and lower positions of the through holes are opposite.
The second connecting pieces 32 on both sides of the straight bar 31 of the hinge module 3 are arranged in the same manner as the first connecting pieces 13 on both sides of the inner page color mask, so as to form a staggered connection mode of "color mask-hinge module-color mask" (fig. 1).
In fig. 6, blocking pieces 33 flush with the hinge module are respectively arranged on the left side of the upper end part and the right side of the lower end part of the straight rod 31 of the hinge module 3, and insertion holes with the same number are formed in the blocking pieces 33 and correspond to the positions of the adjacent second connecting pieces 32 on the same side.
In fig. 6, the snap spring shaft 4 is a section of straight shank thin steel wire, and is used for penetrating through a penetrating hole which is formed on the first connecting sheet 13 and the second connecting sheet 32 and is communicated up and down after the first connecting sheet 13 and the second connecting sheet 32 are relatively embedded, so as to mutually hinge the color card cover 1 and the hinge module 2 together (fig. 1).
As shown in fig. 6, a curved section 41 is provided on the body of the snap spring shaft 4, the curved section 41 corresponds to the free position between the stop piece 33 and the adjacent second connecting piece 32, and the natural distance between two end points of the curved section 41 should be greater than the distance between the stop piece 33 and the second connecting piece 32, so as to form an elastic clamping force to prevent the snap spring shaft 4 from coming out of the insertion hole.
As shown in fig. 7, the fitting depth of the second connecting piece 32 on the hinge module 3 in the first connecting piece 13 of the color chip cover 1 is determined according to the arrangement position of the color chip cover 1 in the sample booklet. After the through holes are aligned up and down, the clamp spring shaft 4 is inserted into the through holes, and the upper ends of the clamp spring shafts 4 are respectively inserted into the corresponding through holes in the blocking pieces 33, so that the color clamp cover 1 and the hinge module 3 can be connected. The color card covers can be connected into a sample display book by continuous operation. The top surface of the sample display volume is a cover color card cover (figure 2), the bottom surface is a cover bottom color card cover (figure 5), and the middle color card cover is an inner page color card cover (figure 3).
The four color card covers 1 are connected in sequence and turned over to form a foldable sample display book (figure 8). One side of the color card cover 1 is connected by a hinge module 3, and then a page turning type sample book (figure 9) can be formed. The specific setting form can be selected by the customer according to the needs.
Claims (6)
1. A sample block display device is characterized by comprising:
the color card cover is a rectangular sheet-shaped body, a plurality of color card windows for placing color blocks are distributed on the color card cover body, the edge of each color card window is provided with a sealing edge which protrudes out of the surface of the body and is used for clamping and connecting a color card, and the protruding height of each sealing edge is the same as or basically the same as the thickness of the color card; the color card cover comprises a color card cover body, wherein a plurality of first connecting sheets which are distributed at intervals are arranged on the edge of one side or two sides of the color card cover body, the outer side of each first connecting sheet is provided with a through hole, and the through holes in all the first connecting sheets on the same side of the color card cover body are positioned on a straight line parallel to the side edge of the color card cover body;
the back plate is attached to the back surface of the color card cover so as to position the color card placed in the color card cover;
the hinge module is structurally characterized in that a plurality of second connecting pieces which are arranged at intervals are respectively arranged on two sides of the straight rod, and the space between two adjacent second connecting pieces on the same side is used for embedding the first connecting pieces; a plurality of through holes parallel to the straight rod are formed in the second connecting sheet, the number of the through holes on the straight rod and the second connecting sheet on the same side is the same, and the through holes are opposite in upper and lower positions; and
and the clamp spring shaft is a section of straight-handle thin steel wire and is used for penetrating in a penetrating hole formed in the first connecting sheet and the second connecting sheet after the first connecting sheet and the second connecting sheet are relatively embedded so as to hinge the color clamp cover and the hinge module together.
2. A sample block display device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the back of the color card cover body is provided with a plurality of magnet caulking grooves, each magnet caulking groove is connected with a magnet in a clamping manner, and the surface of the back plate is provided with a magnet for attracting and combining the color card cover body.
3. The sample block display device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first connection pieces disposed at both sides of the color card housing body are disposed in a staggered distribution type arrangement, and the first connection pieces at both sides are disposed in a central symmetry manner.
4. A sample block displayer as described in claim 3 wherein the second connecting pieces on both sides of the straight bar in the hinge module are arranged in the same manner as the first connecting pieces on both sides of the color card cover body to form a staggered connection of "color card cover-hinge module-color card cover".
5. A sample block displayer as claimed in claim 1 or 4 wherein a stop piece flush with the hinge module is provided at the end side of the straight rod of the hinge module, and a plurality of through holes corresponding to the adjacent second connecting pieces at the same side in position and having the same number are provided in the stop piece.
6. A sample block displayer as claimed in claim 5 wherein a curved section is provided on the body of the circlip shaft, the curved section corresponding to the free position between the stop piece and the adjacent second connecting piece, the natural distance between the two ends of the curved section being greater than the distance between the stop piece and the adjacent second connecting piece to form an elastic detent force to prevent the circlip shaft from coming off.
