Abstract

As shown in fig. 1-4, a faucet mounting assembly for connecting a faucet 400 to a deck 300, comprising: a locking assembly and a fixing base 200; the middle part of the fixing seat 200 is of a hollow structure; the illustrated locking assembly includes: a fixed jaw 110, a screw 120, a fixing piece 130 and a lock nut 140; the fixing piece 130 is hollow and annular, and a fixing hole 131 is formed in the inner side of the annular structure of the fixing piece 130; the fixing base 200 is placed on the upper surface of the table 300; the fixing piece 130 is limited and arranged in the hollow structure of the fixing seat 200; the lower end of the screw 120 passes through a fixing hole 131 formed in the fixing piece 130 from above the fixing piece 130 and extends to the bottom of the table 300; the lower end of the screw 120 is connected with one end of the fixed jaw 110, and the upper end of the screw 120 is in threaded connection with the lock nut 140; the lock nut 140 is adjusted, the fixed jaw 110 and the fixed seat 200 are tensioned in opposite directions, the bottom surface of the fixed seat 200 is tightly attached to the upper surface of the table top 300, and one end of the fixed jaw 110 extends out of the mounting opening 310 provided on the table top 300 and is tightly fastened to the bottom surface of the table top 300.
The fixing seat 200 is tubular, and a limit groove is arranged at the upper end of the hollow structure; the upper end of the fixing piece 130 is provided with a skirt 132 extending outwards, the fixing piece 130 is limited and fixed in the limiting groove, and the skirt 132 provided on the fixing piece 130 covers the end face on the fixing seat 200. So that the assembly between the fixing piece 130 and the fixing base 200 is more convenient, quick and stable.
A limit boss 210 is arranged at the lower end of the fixed seat 200; the fixing base 200 is tightly attached to the table top 300, and the limit boss 210 is tightly attached to the inner wall of the mounting opening 310 provided on the table top 300. The quick connection between the fixing base 200 and the mounting opening 310 provided on the table top 300 is facilitated, and the mounting position of the fixing base 200 on the table top 300 is ensured not to deviate under the action of the tension of the screw 120.
The outer wall of the fixed seat 200 is provided with a plurality of sealing grooves and a limiting groove, and a sealing ring is arranged in the sealing ring; the fixing seat 200 is embedded into the inner cavity of the faucet 400, the sealing ring is tightly attached to the inner wall of the faucet 400, and the screw 430 penetrates through a screw hole formed in the side wall of the faucet 400 and is screwed into the limit groove. The faucet 400 can be quickly assembled or disassembled with the fixing seat 200, and the faucet 400 can be prevented from being pulled away from the fixing nut in a normal use state.
A rubber pad is arranged between the fixing base 200 and the upper surface of the table top 300. It is possible to prevent the faucet 400 or the holder 200 from being pulled to damage the table 300.
A gap 133 is formed on one side of the fixing piece 130, and the width of the gap 133 is not smaller than the radial dimension of the water pipe 420 connected with the faucet 400. The water pipe 420 can be directly and rapidly inserted into the middle of the fixing piece 130 from the notch 133 of the fixing piece 130 in a side clamping manner, so that the operation of the water pipe 420 penetrating through the fixing piece 130 is greatly facilitated.
The fixing holes 131 are formed on two opposite sides of the fixing piece 130, so that the hollow in the middle of the fixing piece 130 is shaped like an "8", and the notch 133 is at any end up and down of the "8". The water pipes 420 connected with the faucet 400 are generally two, the two water pipes 420 are clamped in the hollow position of the fixing piece 130, and the specific two water pipes 420 are respectively limited at the upper end and the lower end of the 8-shaped hollow structure, so that the water pipes 420 can be smoothly clamped into the fixing piece 130, and a stable limiting effect can be obtained.
The fixed jaw 110, the screw 120 and the lock nut 140 are provided with two; one fixed jaw 110, screw 120 and lock nut 140 are a set of locking structures, two sets of locking structures are respectively installed in the fixed holes 131 arranged at two sides of the fixed piece 130, and two fixed jaw 110 are respectively fastened at two sides of the installation opening 310 at the bottom surface of the table top 300. Two groups of locking structures are arranged and are positioned at two sides of the mounting opening 310, so that a sufficient gap can be ensured when the water pipe 420 passes through the belonging fixing seat 200, and the structure of the faucet mounting assembly is more compact and smaller on the premise of ensuring that the faucet mounting assembly stably mounts a faucet.
An elastic washer 150 is disposed between the bottom of the lock nut 140 and the upper surface of the fixing piece 130. The elastic washer 150 can continuously provide elastic force between the locking nut 140 and the fixing piece 130, so that the locking nut 140 and the fixing piece 130 are stably matched, and the phenomenon that the faucet 400 is loose due to loose matching is avoided.
The fixed jaw 110 and the screw 120 are integrally formed; or the fixed jaw 110 is in threaded connection with the screw 120, and the rotation direction of the threads of the fixed jaw and the lock nut 140 is opposite. The integrally formed fixed jaw 110 and the screw 120 enable the faucet 400 assembly to withstand larger tensile forces without deformation or damage, so that the faucet 400 is mounted on the table 300 with better stability. When the screw connection is adopted, the rotation direction of the screw of the locking nut 140 is opposite to the rotation direction of the screw of the locking nut 140, so that the screw connection between the screw 120 and the locking nut 140 can be realized by independent complementary interference of the screw and the locking claw.
There are various methods for installing the faucet 400 on the table 300 using the faucet installation assembly, for example, the fixing jaw head 110, the screw 120, the fixing piece 130 and the locking nut 140 are assembled, the fixing piece 130 is assembled with the fixing base 200, the screw 120 and the fixing jaw head 110 are then passed through the top of the installation opening 310 of the table 300, the position of the fixing base 200 and the direction of the fixing jaw head 110 are adjusted, and the locking nut 140 is tightened to firmly install the fixing base 200 on the table 300; finally, the water pipe 420 is passed through the fixing base 200 and the fixing piece 130, and then the faucet 400 is assembled with the fixing base 200. For example, the fixing jaw 110, the screw 120, the fixing piece 130 and the locking nut 140 are assembled, the water pipe 420 passes through the fixing base 200 and the fixing piece 130, the fixing piece 130 is assembled with the fixing base 200, the screw 120 and the fixing jaw 110 pass through the top of the mounting opening 310 of the table 300, the position of the fixing base 200 and the direction of the fixing jaw 110 are adjusted, and the locking nut 140 is screwed to firmly mount the fixing base 200 on the table 300; finally, the faucet 400 is assembled with the fixing base 200. The faucet 400 has various installation and operation methods, is simple and convenient, and each component can be independently detached and replaced, so that the faucet 400 can be suitable for rapid installation between more different faucets 400 and the table top 300.

the lower end of the screw rod passes through a fixing hole formed in the fixing piece from the upper side of the fixing piece and extends to the bottom of the table top; the lower end of the screw rod is connected with one end of the fixed claw head, and the upper end of the screw rod is in threaded connection with the locking nut; the locking nut is adjusted, the fixed claw head and the fixed seat are tensioned in opposite directions, the bottom surface of the fixed seat is tightly attached to the upper surface of the table top, and one end of the fixed claw head extends out of a mounting opening arranged on the table top and is tightly buckled on the bottom surface of the table top;
