the substrate (1) comprises a first flat plate (1A) and a second flat plate (1B), wherein hinge seats (4) are arranged on the inner side edges of the first flat plate (1A) and the second flat plate (1B) and are connected with the supporting rods (2) through the hinge seats (4); the first flat plate (1A) and the second flat plate (1B) are hinged with the extension plate (13) through a hinge device (41) at the other end of the hinge seat (4); sleeve devices (15) are arranged at two ends of the supporting rod (2);
the control unit (7), the power supply (3), the detection unit (5) and the warning unit (6) are fixed on the substrate (1);
the warning unit (6) comprises a first warning unit (6A) and a second warning unit (6B),
the detection unit (5) is a human body pyroelectric sensor (51) and/or an ultrasonic ranging sensor (52);
the control unit is an ATMEGA328P integrated control IC;
the detection unit (5) arranged on the first flat plate (1A) is connected with the second warning unit (6B) arranged on the second flat plate (1B) through the control unit (7), and the detection unit (5) arranged on the second flat plate (1B) is connected with the first warning unit (6A) arranged on the first flat plate (1A) through the control unit (7);
the detection unit (5) on one flat plate is used for sensing people, animals and automobiles in the area to which the flat plate is subjected to, and the alarm unit (6) arranged on the other flat plate is triggered to work;
the detection unit (5), the warning unit (6) and the control unit (7) are powered by the power supply (3);
the device also comprises a convex mirror (8), wherein the vertical edges of the two sides of the first flat plate (1A) or the second flat plate (1B) are respectively provided with a frame (9), the inner side of each frame (9) is provided with a groove (10), and the grooves (10) on the two sides form a frame for fixing the convex mirror (8); at least one pair of vertical clamping grooves (11) are formed in the upper ends of the frames (9) of the first flat plate (1A) and the second flat plate (1B); when first dull and stereotyped (1A) and second dull and stereotyped (1B) rotate to the closure, two dull and stereotyped and frame (9) form the box, and convex mirror (8) are fixed in recess (10) of seting up on frame (9) to save storage space, when first dull and stereotyped (1A) and second dull and stereotyped (1B) expand to 90 degrees, seting up draw-in groove (11) at frame (9) can be with convex mirror (8) vertical fixation, increase warning field of vision.

3. Intelligent warning apparatus for pedestrians and vehicles according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that said first plate (1A) and said second plate (1B) are each provided with at least three sets of ultrasonic ranging sensors (52) and at least one human pyroelectric sensor (51).
4. An intelligent warning apparatus for pedestrians and vehicles according to claim 3, wherein the substrate (1) has a reflective material (12) disposed thereon.
5. The intelligent warning apparatus for pedestrians and vehicles according to claim 4, wherein the substrate (1) is made of acrylic material.
6. Intelligent warning apparatus for pedestrians and vehicles according to claim 1, 4 or 5, characterized in that it further comprises a solar device (14), said solar device (14) being fixed above the base plate by means of a sleeve device (15) and being connected to said power source (3).
