A gum dipping device comprises a gum dipping box 1 and a gum brushing box 2, wherein the front end and the rear end of the gum dipping box 1 are respectively provided with a transverse partition plate 3 to divide the gum dipping box 1 into a front partition area 4, a rear partition area 4 and a gum dipping area positioned in the middle, the bottom of the partition plate 3 is provided with a row of circular through holes 5 in an extending way along the length direction of the partition plate 3, gum solution can flow in the partition areas 4 and the gum dipping area through the through holes 5, four stirrers 6 are arranged on the front side surface and the rear side surface of the gum dipping box 1 and in the partition areas 4 along the length direction of the partition areas 4, each stirrer 6 comprises a stirring rod 7 vertically connected on the side surface and a stirring blade 8 connected to the top of the stirring rod 7, the top of the right side surface of the partition area 4 is respectively provided with a gum inlet 24, the gum solution flows into the partition areas 4 from the gum inlet 24 when adding, the stirrers 6 stir to perform preliminary gum solution fusion between fresh gum solution and original gum dipping box 1, so that the concentration of the glue solution becomes uniform as soon as possible to ensure the gluing effect; the lengths of the first stirring rod 7 and the third stirring rod 7 from left to right are equal, the lengths of the second stirring rod 7 and the fourth stirring rod 7 are equal, the length of the first stirring rod 7 is longer than that of the second stirring rod 7, and the lengths of the stirring rods 7 are different, so that the stirring areas of the stirrers 6 are staggered, and the stirring efficiency is improved; two transverse feed inlets 9 are vertically arranged on the right side surface of the impregnation area, two discharge outlets 10 are correspondingly arranged on the left side surface of the impregnation area, two rows of guide rollers 11 are arranged between the partition plates 3 and are perpendicular to the partition plates 3, the upper discharge outlets 10 and the upper feed inlets 9 correspond to the upper rows of the guide rollers 11, the lower discharge outlets 10 and the lower feed inlets 9 correspond to the lower rows of the guide rollers 11, and by means of the design, two batches of cloth can be simultaneously subjected to gluing treatment, so that the gluing efficiency is improved.

The right side surface of the glue dipping box 1 is provided with a liquid level sensor 14, an upper limit liquid level 15 and a lower limit liquid level 16 are marked outside the glue dipping box 1, the liquid level sensor 14 is utilized to monitor the amount of glue in the glue dipping box 1 in real time, so that the glue level is kept between the upper limit liquid level 15 and the lower limit liquid level 16 at any moment, the phenomenon of insufficient glue or overflow cannot occur, the top surface of the upper discharging guide roller 11 is lower than the lower limit liquid level 16, the glued cloth can be guaranteed to be always below the glue level, and the gluing effect is guaranteed.
The rear side face of the glue dipping box 1 is connected with a panel 17, the panel 17 is connected with the rear side face of the glue dipping box 1 through hinges 18, the panel 17 can cover the glue dipping box 1, the panel 17 is made of transparent toughened glass, as glue for gluing industrial cloth can emit certain smell, workers who are in long-time contact are not good for respiratory tract health, the panel 17 covers the upper portion of the glue dipping box 1, the smell can be reduced, the physical health of the workers is good, the phenomenon that the glue splashes outwards can occur sometimes in the glue dipping box 1, the panel 17 can be effectively prevented from occurring after the panel 17 is additionally arranged, and the panel 17 is made of transparent toughened glass, so that operators can conveniently monitor the working condition in the glue dipping box 1 at any time.
Furthermore, the glue brushing box 2 is positioned at the left side of the glue dipping box 1, two glue brushing plates 19 which are parallel up and down are arranged in the glue brushing box 2, the opposite side surfaces of the two glue brushing plates 19 are provided with soft brushes, the bottom surface of the glue brushing plate 19 at the lower end is provided with a plurality of round holes, cloth enters the glue brushing box 2 after being discharged from the discharge port 10, the glue is applied by adopting a cloth immersion method, so that the phenomena of more glue application amount and nonuniform positions often occur, the dipped cloth passes through the space between the glue brushing plates 19, the soft brushes on the glue brushing plates 19 can brush redundant glue on the surface of the cloth and make the glue application amount on the surface more uniform, and the redundant glue can leak into the glue collecting box 20 from the round holes on the glue brushing plate 19 at the lower layer; the bottom of the right side surface of the glue brushing box 1 is provided with a glue outlet 22, the upper part of the front side surface of the glue dipping box 1 is provided with a glue recovery port 23, the glue outlet 22 is correspondingly connected with the glue recovery port 23 to recover the glue solution in the glue collecting box 20 into the glue dipping box 1 for recycling, so that the production capital is saved, and the economic benefit of an enterprise is improved.
