Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of surface treatment of metal products, and particularly relates to a blackening treatment device and a treatment method for a workpiece capable of being dried.
Background
Stainless steel has the characteristics of strong corrosion resistance, high strength, exquisite appearance and the like, is widely used, and the blackened stainless steel has extinction and heat absorption and is widely used in the fields of decoration, instruments and meters, mechanical equipment and the like. Blackening is a common means of chemical surface treatment, and the principle is that an oxide film is generated on the surface of metal to isolate air and achieve the aim of rust prevention. Blackening treatment can be used when the appearance requirement is not high, and blackening treatment of the surface of the steel part is also called bluing. At present, a net basket is used for storing workpieces in most blackening treatment, then the net basket is placed in a blackening groove filled with blackening liquid, after blackening treatment is completed, the net basket is taken out of the blackening groove, and then the workpieces are taken out of the net basket, so that blackening treatment operation can be completed.
Although the existing mesh basket is simpler in design, namely, a mesh box body structure (with an open top), the blackening liquid in the blackening groove cannot well contact with the surfaces of all the workpieces due to the fact that the workpieces stored in the mesh basket are more, and therefore the blackening effect is poor. In order to improve blackening effect, the existing mode is to manually stir blackening liquid so as to enable the workpiece to be in good contact with the blackening liquid, however, the mode clearly increases labor capacity for workers, and working efficiency is greatly reduced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims at: the blackening treatment device is convenient for stirring black liquor so as to ensure that the black liquor is fully contacted with the surface of the workpiece; the blackening liquid can be heated according to the requirement by arranging the first electric heating coil, so that the blackening effect is further improved; in addition, due to the arrangement of the second electric heating coil and the hot air stirring mechanism, the blackened workpiece can be dried in a hot air circulation mode, and blackening liquid on the workpiece just drops into blackening liquid in the upper box body in the drying process, so that the consumption of blackening liquid is saved to a certain extent, and the cost is reduced. The blackening treatment method of the device is also provided, the blackening effect and the drying effect are improved together by selecting the components of the blackening liquid, combining the setting of the stirring parameters of the blackening liquid and the heating parameters of the first electric heating coil, setting the heating parameters of the second electric heating coil and setting the parameters of the hot air stirring mechanism, the thickness of the oxide film after blackening treatment is uniform, the combination fastness of the oxide film and the surface of the workpiece is high, the service life of the blackening workpiece is greatly prolonged, and the use cost is reduced.
In order to achieve the technical purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the blackening treatment device comprises a blackening groove and a basket, wherein the basket comprises a basket body which is in a cuboid shape and is open at the top, a plurality of second through holes are formed in the front wall, the rear wall, the left wall, the right wall and the bottom of the basket body, and the blackening treatment device further comprises a drying box and a hoisting mechanism;
the blackening groove is formed by integrating an upper box body and a lower box body, the top of the upper box body is open, the basket can be clamped in the upper box body, the upper box body can be used for containing black liquor, the top and the front part of the lower box body are both open, the inner wall of the upper box body is detachably provided with a plurality of first electric heating coils, the bottom of the upper box body is provided with a fourth through hole, the number of the fourth through holes is odd and distributed on the center and diagonal line of the bottom of the upper box body, the fourth through hole is rotationally provided with a stirring shaft, the stirring shaft is uniformly provided with a plurality of stirring rods on the rod wall of the upper box body, the bottom end of the stirring shaft positioned on the diagonal line penetrates through the bottom of the upper box body and is rotationally connected with the bottom of the lower box body, the rod wall of the stirring shaft positioned in the lower box body is fixedly provided with a gear, the stirring shaft positioned in the center is provided with a first motor in the lower transmission of the gear, the two gears which are positioned on the diagonal line and adjacent to each other are meshed with each other, the gear positioned at the center is meshed with the nearest gear, the first motor is detachably arranged at the bottom of the lower box body, the first electric heating coil pipe and the power switch of the first motor are arranged on the lower box body, the U-shaped stop block is integrally formed at the open position of the front wall of the lower box body, the stop block, the left wall, the right wall and the bottom of the lower box body enclose a clamping groove together, a sealing plate capable of sealing the open front wall of the lower box body is clamped in the clamping groove, two C-shaped handles are arranged on the top surface of the sealing plate, blind holes which are bilaterally symmetrical are longitudinally formed in the left wall and the right wall of the blackening groove, a first cylinder is arranged in the blind holes, and the tops of the front wall, the rear wall, the left wall and the right wall of the upper box body are vertically folded outwards to form a first flanging;

When the device is used, blackening liquid is firstly filled into the upper box body, then a workpiece is filled into the basket, the basket is placed into the upper box body, the stirring shaft is sleeved in the cavity of the guide rod, when the workpiece is placed into the basket, if the workpiece touches the upper cap body, an acting force is generated on the upper cap body, so that the upper cap body is forced to move downwards along the guide column, a buffer spring is compressed, the device has good guiding function and buffering function, the workpiece is conveniently placed, the workpiece can be prevented from being damaged, the rejection rate of products is reduced, then a power switch of a first motor is started, the first motor drives a gear to rotate, and two adjacent gears positioned on a diagonal line are meshed with each other, so that a plurality of stirring shafts are simultaneously rotated, the blackening liquid is stirred, and in the blackening liquid stirring process, the blackening liquid flows upwards from a first through hole to enable the blackening liquid to be in good contact with the surface of the workpiece, and the blackening effect is further improved; then a power switch of the first electric heating coil is started, so that blackening liquid can be heated, and blackening effect is further improved; when blackening is completed, starting a power switch of the first air cylinder to enable a piston rod of the first air cylinder to extend upwards, and enabling the piston rod of the first air cylinder to push the basket to move upwards, so that the basket is taken out of blackening liquid and lifted to a set stroke of the first air cylinder; the pin rod is taken out, the lifting spring is stretched by the lower drag hook, when the highest limiting hole on the adjustable rod corresponds to the position of the pin rod, the pin rod is inserted and fixed, at the moment, the position of the spigot is opposite to the position of the second turnup, two second air cylinders are started, the piston rod of the second air cylinders contracts, so that the second turnup is inserted into the spigot, when the piston rod of the second air cylinders contracts to a set stroke, the second air cylinders stop acting, at the moment, the piston rod of the first air cylinders contracts downwards and closes the power switch of the first air cylinders, the slide plate is lifted to close the working window, the power switch of the second air cylinders is started firstly, the air of the inner cavity is pulled out, then the power switch of the second air fans is closed, the power switch of the first air fans is started, the air is sucked into the inner cavity until the air is filled into the inner cavity, then the power switch of the first air fans is closed, the air is heated under the action of the second electric heating coils in the inner cavity, at the moment, the second electric motors are started, so that the hot air stirring shafts rotate, the vertical plates are driven to rotate, the heated hot air is moved upwards, the heated hot air is collided to the lower surface of the disc, the black liquor flows downwards, the black liquor is circulated downwards, the black liquor in the box is just inside the box is dried, the black liquor is dried, and the drying box is cooled, the black liquor in the drying process is directly lower in the drying process, and the drying process is reduced, and the black liquor in the drying process is directly in the drying process. The invention organically combines blackening treatment and drying, and is suitable for market popularization and use.
The blackening treatment method by adopting the blackening treatment device capable of drying the workpiece comprises the following steps of:
step one, filling blackening liquid into the upper box body, wherein the blackening liquid comprises the following components: 500-1000 g of potassium permanganate, 200-300 g of potassium chlorate, 150-250 g of chromium trichloride, 200-300 g of chromium nitrate, 150-250 g of chromium sulfate, 150-250 g of manganese nitrate, 500-1000 g of aluminum chloride, 350-400 g of ferric chloride, 200-300 g of sodium molybdate, 150-250 g of sodium vanadate, 350-400 g of tartaric acid, 200-300 g of citric acid, 150-250 g of malic acid, 200-300 g of oxalic acid, 350-400 g of lactic acid, 500-1000 g of gluconic acid, 150-250 g of polyacrylic acid, 500-1000 g of water-soluble acrylic resin, 350-400 g of carbon black, 200-300 g of ferric oxide black, 500-1000 g of chromium black, 150-250 g of aniline black, 500-1000 g of zinc oxide, 150-250 g of aluminum oxide, 350-400 g of phosphoric acid, 200-300 g of ammonium dihydrogen phosphate, 150-250 g of ammonium chloride, 200-300 g of ammonium chloride, 150-300 g of hydroxymethyl cellulose, 400g of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 500-1000 g of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, and the balance of water-400 g of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate;
step two, a workpiece is arranged in the basket, the basket is placed in an upper box body, black liquor is ensured to be higher than the top of the guide rod, and the stirring shaft is sleeved in a cavity of the guide rod;
step three, starting a power switch of the first motor, wherein the first motor drives a gear to rotate, so that a plurality of stirring shafts are driven to rotate simultaneously to stir blackening liquid;
step four, starting a power switch of the first electric heating coil to heat the blackening liquid, heating the blackening liquid to 58 ℃ within 3 minutes, keeping the rotation speed of the stirring shaft within the time period at 20-30 rpm, keeping the temperature for 15-18 minutes, wherein the rotation speed of the stirring shaft within the time period at 50-80 rpm, and finally reducing the temperature of the blackening liquid to 15 ℃ within 3 minutes, wherein the rotation speed of the stirring shaft within the time period at 5-8 rpm;
step five, after blackening is completed, starting a power switch of the first air cylinder to enable a piston rod of the first air cylinder to extend upwards, and enabling the piston rod of the first air cylinder to push the basket to move upwards, so that the basket is taken out of blackening liquid and lifted to a set stroke of the first air cylinder; the pin rod is taken out, the lifting spring is stretched by the lower drag hook, when the highest limiting hole on the adjustable rod corresponds to the position of the pin rod, the pin rod is inserted and fixed in a limiting manner, at the moment, the position of the spigot is opposite to the position of the second turnup, two second air cylinders are started, the piston rod of each second air cylinder contracts, so that the second turnup is inserted into the spigot, when the piston rod of each second air cylinder contracts to a set stroke, the second air cylinder stops acting, at the moment, the piston rod of each first air cylinder contracts downwards and closes the power switch of each first air cylinder, the sliding plate is lifted to seal a working window, the power switch of each second air fan is started firstly, the air of the inner cavity is extracted, then the power switch of each second air fan is closed, the power switch of each first air fan and each second electric heating coil is started, air is sucked into the inner cavity until the air fills the inner cavity, then the power switch of each first air fan is closed, the air is heated under the action of the second electric heating coil, at the moment, the second motor is started, so that the hot air stirring shaft rotates, the vertical plate is driven to rotate, heated, and the heated hot air moves upwards, and the heated hot air flows upwards to the lower surface of the disc, and then flows downwards to the reverse circulation of the basket, and the heated hot air flows downwards, and the heated air flows downwards to the drying basket, and the drying parameters are set, and the drying parameters can be used for drying workpieces, wherein the drying parameters are in the drying box and can be drying box. By adopting the method, the blackening effect and the drying effect are improved together by selecting the components of the blackening liquid, combining the setting of the stirring parameters of the blackening liquid and the heating parameters of the first electric heating coil, and setting the heating parameters of the second electric heating coil and the parameters of the hot air stirring mechanism, the thickness of the oxide film after blackening treatment is uniform, the bonding fastness of the oxide film and the surface of the workpiece is high, the service life of the blackening workpiece is greatly prolonged, and the use cost is reduced.

In order that those skilled in the art will better understand the present invention, the following technical scheme of the present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
As shown in fig. 1 to 13, the blackening treatment device capable of drying a workpiece comprises a blackening groove 1 and a basket 2, wherein the basket 2 comprises a basket main body 20 which is in a cuboid shape and is open at the top, a plurality of second through holes are formed in the front wall, the rear wall, the left wall, the right wall and the bottom of the basket main body 20, and the blackening treatment device further comprises a drying box 3 and a hoisting mechanism;

step two, a workpiece is arranged in the basket 2, the basket 2 is placed in the upper box body 10, the black liquor is ensured to be higher than the top of the guide rod 200, and the stirring shaft 102 is sleeved in the cavity of the guide rod 200;
step three, a power switch of a first motor 1022 is started, and the first motor 1022 drives a gear 1021 to rotate, so that a plurality of stirring shafts 102 are driven to rotate simultaneously to stir blackening liquid;

It should be noted that, in order to facilitate the random movement and fixing of the whole device as required, a universal wheel 112 with brake may be installed at four corner positions of the bottom surface of the lower case.
