本发明涉及园林绿化工程领域,尤其涉及一种用于长途运输的全自动园艺装置。
背景技术
世界花卉消费每年以10%的速度增长。世界花卉消费额为400亿欧元,其中鲜切花为300亿欧元。在鲜切花出口贸易中,荷兰一直是最大的出13商,占全世界鲜切花出口60%,荷兰全国现有7个花卉拍卖市场,荷兰鲜切花出口至少有43%是通过阿斯米尔拍卖市场来完成田。阿斯米尔拍卖市场是目前世界上最大的花卉交易市场,共有51个国家向市场供货;市场会员(种植户)有7000户,占地面积100万平方米,每天有55000笔交易成交,市场通过其物流系统将花卉出口至多个国家。
我国是鲜花大国,但我国鲜花运输物流技术落后,保鲜设备不够先进,按照鲜花运输的标准,鲜花要放在有温控设备的集装箱内运输,这就需要很高的运输成本,所以目前,为了节约经费,有些货主会把鲜花直接装在敞开的卡车上运输,花当菜运,而且高标准物流中的保鲜、保温设备在这里只是塑料布、泡沫板和装着冰的可乐瓶子。这样就造成了鲜花在物流环节的巨大损失,严重影响了鲜切花运到终点的品质,提高运输装置保鲜效果的同时降低成本,是鲜花运输汇总急需解决的问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述技术问题,本发明提供一种适用于长途运输的全自动园艺装置,结构简单、保温保湿、提供营养、拆装方便,可实现鲜花、园艺用花草的长途运输。
本发明是以如下技术方案实现的:
一种用于长途运输的全自动园艺装置,所述全自动园艺装置包括自动保鲜装置。
进一步地,所述全自动园艺装置包括搬运箱主体、搬运架、缓冲层和搬运箱盖,所述搬运箱盖上设置有自动保鲜装置,所述搬运架与搬运箱主体连接,所述搬运架上设置有手提孔,所述搬运箱主体内自上而下设置有缓释层和植物层,所述缓释层上层为液体缓释层,下层为U形塑料底板,所述U形塑料底板与缓释管连接,液体可通过缓释层经由缓释管进入植物层,所述植物层被分割为三层,中间设置有可拆卸挡板,所述可拆卸挡板上设置有透气孔,所述缓释管进入每层植物层的部分开有圆孔以便于液体流出,所述搬运箱盖上均匀设置有自动保鲜装置,自动保鲜装置内装有鲜花保鲜剂,所述自动保鲜装置包括自动喷淋装置,每隔两小时自动喷淋10ml液体,所述缓冲层为泡沫缓冲层,所述泡沫缓冲层厚10cm,能够缓冲搬运或运输过程中鲜花的物理损伤,所述缓冲层中设置有保温装置,保温装置中设置有微量保温材料,与氧气接触后会释放热量,所述缓冲层上端还包括若干平行设置的固定条,在所述搬运箱的底部设置有数条可卡合在所述固定条上的卡槽,所述搬运箱主体采用轻质PVC材料制成。
进一步地,所述鲜花保鲜剂包括苯甲酸,硫代硫酸铵,丁基羟基茴香醚,二丁基羟基甲苯,碳酸氢钠,乙氧基喹啉,山梨酸钾,双乙酸钠,乙酸钙,葡萄糖、蔗糖、硫酸铝钾、硫酸铝铵,抗坏血酸,6-苄氨基腺嘌呤,水杨酸,氯霉素。

一种鲜花保鲜剂,原材料按照如下质量份数比组成:苯甲酸5份,硫代硫酸铵2.5份,丁基羟基茴香醚1.8份,二丁基羟基甲苯3.12份,碳酸氢钠14.9份,乙氧基喹啉4.11份,山梨酸钾7.2份,双乙酸钠1.15份,乙酸钙6.54份,葡萄糖15份、蔗糖5份、硫酸铝钾50份、硫酸铝铵20份,抗坏血酸18.6份,6-苄氨基腺嘌呤7.5份,水杨酸2份,氯霉素3份、乙醇200份,混合均匀后备用。
所述的鲜花保鲜剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一、将水加热到50℃,加入苯甲酸、硫代硫酸铵、蔗糖、葡萄糖、丁基羟基茴香醚、二丁基羟基甲苯、碳酸氢钠、乙酸钙、山梨酸钾,搅拌均匀,搅拌速度为60转/分钟,搅拌时间为30分钟;
步骤二、将乙氧基喹啉,双乙酸钠,硫酸铝钾,硫酸铝铵,抗坏血酸,6-苄氨基腺嘌呤,水杨酸,氯霉素,乙醇加入到步骤1得到的混合液中搅拌,搅拌速度为30转/分钟,温度为25℃,搅拌2小时后降至室温。

1.一种用于长途运输鲜切花的全自动园艺装置,其特征在于,所述全自动园艺装置包括自动保鲜装置, 所述全自动园艺装置包括搬运箱主体、搬运架、缓冲层和搬运箱盖,所述搬运箱盖上设置有自动保鲜装置,所述搬运架与搬运箱主体连接,所述搬运架上设置有手提孔,所述搬运箱主体内自上而下设置有缓释层和植物层,所述缓释层上层为液体缓释层,下层为U形塑料底板,所述U形塑料底板与缓释管连接,液体可通过缓释层经由缓释管进入植物层,所述植物层被分割为三层,中间设置有可拆卸挡板,所述可拆卸挡板上设置有透气孔,所述缓释管进入每层植物层的部分开有圆孔以便于液体流出,所述搬运箱盖上均匀设置有自动保鲜装置,自动保鲜装置内装有鲜花保鲜剂,所述自动保鲜装置包括自动喷淋装置,每隔两小时自动喷淋10ml液体,所述缓冲层为泡沫缓冲层,所述泡沫缓冲层厚10cm,能够缓冲搬运或运输过程中鲜花的物理损伤,所述缓冲层中设置有保温装置,保温装置中设置有微量保温材料,与氧气接触后会释放热量,所述缓冲层上端还包括若干平行设置的固定条,在所述搬运箱的底部设置有数条可卡合在所述固定条上的卡槽,所述搬运箱主体采用轻质PVC材料制成,所述液体缓冲层的制作材料为海绵,海绵厚度为6cm,所述缓释管的数量为三个。
2.根据权利要求1所述园艺装置,其特征在于,所述鲜花保鲜剂包括苯甲酸,硫代硫酸铵,丁基羟基茴香醚,二丁基羟基甲苯,碳酸氢钠,乙氧基喹啉,山梨酸钾,双乙酸钠,乙酸钙,葡萄糖、蔗糖、硫酸铝钾、硫酸铝铵,抗坏血酸,6-苄氨基腺嘌呤,水杨酸,氯霉素,所述的鲜花保鲜剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:步骤一、将水加热到50℃,加入苯甲酸、硫代硫酸铵、蔗糖、葡萄糖、丁基羟基茴香醚、二丁基羟基甲苯、碳酸氢钠、乙酸钙、山梨酸钾,搅拌均匀,搅拌速度为60转/分钟,搅拌时间为30分钟;步骤二、将乙氧基喹啉,双乙酸钠,硫酸铝钾,硫酸铝铵,抗坏血酸,6-苄氨基腺嘌呤,水杨酸,氯霉素,乙醇加入到步骤一得到的混合液中搅拌,搅拌速度为30转/分钟,温度为25℃,搅拌2小时后降至室温。
