Background
Traditional door plant spraying is mostly by painter, is carrying coating and roller coat instrument, and the service is gone to the user's house to the house, or at professional door plant factory on-the-spot spraying, but no matter which kind of above-mentioned condition, required intensity of labour is all very big, and the spraying process is complicated moreover, not only tests operating personnel's specialty degree to some extent, also has certain requirement to the scale in workplace, and what this kind of pungent smell of more importantly long-term contact paint is harmful to physical and mental health.
With the promotion of the living taste of people and the high concern on health, the future home decoration and furniture coating markets are bound to be the water-based paint. The popularization of the water-based paint is very beneficial to the reasonable utilization of resources and the improvement of environmental sanitation.
Along with the pressure of environmental protection policy, the environmental protection consciousness of consumers is continuously improved, and particularly, the VOC emission limit standard is set out in provinces and cities all over the country, so that the development of environment-friendly coatings such as non-solvent type coatings, water-based paints and the like is encouraged to bring opportunities. Although traditional coatings still occupy a large market share, water-based paints are green industry and are the direction of future development of paints.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the defects of the prior art and provide a novel environment-friendly spraying system for an environment-friendly water-based door panel, which is more efficient and environment-friendly.
In order to achieve the purpose, the spraying system of the environment-friendly water-based door plate comprises a working platform, and a roller coating unit, a polishing unit, a spraying unit, a turning unit and a drying unit which are arranged on the working platform;
the working platform comprises a lifting platform and a control platform, the control platform is arranged on one side of the lifting platform, and a rotary sucker which can tightly suck the door plate and rotate for 360 degrees is sleeved on the lifting platform;
the roller coating unit comprises a first paint bucket and a first paint spray gun which penetrates through the side part of the console to be connected with the first paint bucket;
the polishing unit comprises a polishing machine and a mechanical paw for driving the polishing machine to move, and the mechanical paw is connected with the control console;
the spraying unit comprises a second paint bucket and a second paint gun penetrating through the side part of the console to be connected with the second paint bucket, a telescopic rod for controlling the displacement of the second paint gun is arranged in the middle of the second paint gun, a third paint gun is arranged above the telescopic rod in an extending mode, a first one-way valve is arranged on the second paint gun, a second one-way valve is arranged on the third paint gun, a gun mouth of the second paint gun is rectangular and is arranged above the lifting platform, the second paint bucket is arranged on one side of the first paint bucket, and the second paint gun and the first paint gun are arranged in an inner chamber of the console together;
the overturning unit comprises a manipulator which is connected with the console and has overturning and translating functions;
the drying unit comprises a dryer and a temperature controller, wherein the temperature controller is arranged on the dryer.
The control console is provided with a control panel, a first pressure gauge and a second pressure gauge, the first pressure gauge is connected with the first paint bucket, and the second pressure gauge is connected with the second paint bucket.
In order to drive the machines to work, the working platform is connected with a driving power supply, and the driving power supply drives the roller coating unit, the polishing unit, the spraying unit, the overturning unit and the drying unit to work.
In order to close the surface of the plate, the first paint bucket is filled with UV paint.
To spray the surface, a second paint bucket is filled with a water-based paint.
The spraying system of the environment-friendly water-based door plate has the technical effects that the roller coating equipment is arranged, and the UV paint roller coating treatment is carried out on the edge of the door plate, so that the surface of the plate achieves the sealing effect; the surface of the plate is polished by the polishing machine, so that the surface of the plate is smooth and has no bright spot, and the plate is convenient for later-stage spraying; through setting up the drying chamber, carry out the drying to the water paint of spraying on the door plant.

Example 1:
as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the spraying system for an environment-friendly water-based door panel provided by the invention comprises a working platform 1, and a roller coating unit 2, a polishing unit 3, a spraying unit 4, a turning unit 5 and a drying unit 6 which are arranged on the working platform 1; the working platform 1 comprises a lifting platform 7 and a control platform 8, the control platform 8 is arranged on one side of the lifting platform 7, and a rotary sucker 21 which can tightly suck the door plate and rotate for 360 degrees is sleeved on the lifting platform 7; the above roll coating unit 2 includes a first paint bucket 9 and a first paint gun 10 penetrating the side of the console 8 to connect the first paint bucket 9; the polishing unit 3 comprises a polishing machine 22 and a mechanical gripper 23 for driving the polishing machine 22 to move, and the mechanical gripper 23 is connected with the control console 8; the spraying unit 4 comprises a second paint bucket 11 and a second paint gun 12 penetrating through the side part of the control console 8 to be connected with the second paint bucket 11, a telescopic rod 13 for controlling the displacement of the second paint gun 12 is arranged in the middle of the second paint gun 12, a third paint gun 14 is arranged above the telescopic rod 13 in an extending mode, a first one-way valve 15 is arranged on the second paint gun 12, a second one-way valve 16 is arranged on the third paint gun 14, the nozzle of the second paint gun 12 is rectangular and is arranged above the lifting platform 7, the second paint bucket 11 is arranged on one side of the first paint bucket 9, and the second paint bucket and the first paint gun are arranged in an inner cavity of the control console 8; the turning unit 5 includes a manipulator 17 connected to the console 8 and having a turning and translating function; the drying unit 6 comprises a dryer 24 and a temperature controller 25, wherein the temperature controller 25 is arranged on the dryer 24; the control console 8 is provided with a control panel 18, a first pressure gauge 19 and a second pressure gauge 20, the first pressure gauge 19 is connected with the first paint bucket 9, and the second pressure gauge 20 is connected with the second paint bucket 11.
When the water door panel starts spraying, an operator firstly controls the robot to start the first paint spraying gun 10 to roll the edge of the door panel, after one edge is coated, the rotary sucker 21 rotates until the edge spraying is finished, after the edge of the panel reaches the sealing effect, the lifting platform 7 ascends, then the control panel 18 is operated to polish one surface of the panel by using the mechanical claw 23, the mechanical hand 17 is controlled to overturn the panel with one polished surface, the other surface is polished after overturning, after the polishing is finished, the third paint spraying gun 14 is controlled, the second one-way valve 16 is simultaneously opened, the first one-way valve 15 is closed, the edge of the panel is firstly sprayed, after one edge is coated, the rotary sucker 21 rotates until the edge spraying is finished, after 10 minutes, the second one-way valve 16 is closed, the first one-way valve 15 is opened, the second paint spraying gun 12 is started to carry out surface spraying, and the door panel is sprayed back and forth by simultaneously and forth by starting the telescopic rod arranged in the middle part of the second paint spraying gun 12, make the spraying effect better, close first check valve 15 at last, open second check valve 16, start third spray gun 14 and mend once more to limit portion, reach the effect of ideal, elevating platform 7 descends and carries the door plant of spraying completion to drying unit 6 of ambient temperature under 20~25 ℃ with manipulator 17, dry, wait that above-mentioned work is accomplished the back, close the machine, inspect first manometer 19 and second manometer 20 that set up on control panel 18, if numerical value descends, it is few to show paint in the paint bucket, need in time to replenish.
Example 2:
as shown in fig. 3, the general structure of the painting system for an environmentally friendly water-based door panel provided in this embodiment is the same as that of embodiment 1, except that in order to drive the machines to work, the working platform 1 is connected to a driving power source 26, and the driving power source 26 drives the roll coating unit 2, the polishing unit 2, the painting unit 4, the turnover unit 5 and the drying unit 6 to work; in order to close the surface of the plate, the first paint bucket 9 is filled with UV paint 27; to spray the surface, the second paint bucket 11 is filled with an aqueous paint 28.
