一种带有屏蔽层的耐腐蚀动力柜,包括立柱、箱体、风机、电气元件、安装板,所述箱体底部左右两端安装有立柱,所述风机安装在箱体的顶顶端上方,所述安装板通过螺栓连接安装在箱体内侧,所述电气元件安装在安装板上,所述箱体由里到外依次包括绝缘层、屏蔽层、金属层、防腐层,本发明克服了现有技术的不足,通过改良原有金属箱体结构,采用绝缘层、屏蔽层、金属层、防腐层,相互粘合一次挤压成型,形成的箱体具有质量轻,耐腐蚀同时具有抗扭曲能力,提高了动力柜的使用寿命,同时具有环保节能等特点性能优良,适合推广。

一种带有屏蔽层的耐腐蚀动力柜
技术领域
本发明涉及动力柜技术领域,具体属于一种带有屏蔽层的耐腐蚀动力柜。
背景技术
动力柜是指给整台机器的正常运转提供动力的电气控制柜组合,有接触器、变频器、高压柜、变压器等等。动力柜具有给用电设备提供电源,启动用电设备,检测设备是否正常运转等功能。动力柜的安装分为悬挂式和落地式两种,其中落地式的动力柜在底部开设线路通孔,安装时与地下的线槽相通。当采用落地式动力柜时,动力柜在正常运行中内部的温度较高,此时,如果空气温度较低,会因动力柜内外温度偏差较大而影响动力柜的正常运转,又或因接触地面的湿度较大,造成空气水分部分从底部渗透到动力柜内,这些空气进入到动力柜内就会产生水珠,普通的干燥箱设备已经无法满足吸收干燥作用,时间长了还是会造成电气设备短路,漏电,加速老化,影响电气设备的安全运行,存在极大的安全隐患等,此外,现有技术中的动力柜结构都偏复杂,不利于维护工作的进行,现有动力柜不具有屏蔽和耐腐蚀性效果不好,因此,需要提供一种新的技术方案给予解决。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供了一种带有屏蔽层的耐腐蚀动力柜,克服了现有技术的不足,通过改良原有金属箱体结构,采用绝缘层、屏蔽层、金属层、防腐层,相互粘合一次挤压成型,形成的箱体具有质量轻,耐腐蚀同时具有抗扭曲能力,提高了动力柜的使用寿命,同时具有环保节能等特点性能优良,适合推广。
为解决上述问题,本发明所采取的技术方案如下:
一种带有屏蔽层的耐腐蚀动力柜,包括立柱、箱体、风机、电气元件、安装板,所述箱体底部左右两端安装有立柱,所述风机安装在箱体的顶顶端上方,所述安装板通过螺栓连接安装在箱体内侧,所述电气元件安装在安装板上,所述箱体由里到外依次包括绝缘层、屏蔽层、金属层、防腐层。
进一步,所述绝缘层为矿物质绝缘层其材质为云母带。
进一步,所述屏蔽层为铝合金丝编织构成的屏蔽层。
进一步,所述金属层材质为记忆合金,所述记忆合金为TiNi 合金。
进一步,所述防腐层为耐酸碱、耐油的高分子材料构成的防腐层。
进一步,所述绝缘层、屏蔽层、金属层、防腐层通过挤压一次成型,且层与层之间设有粘合剂。
本发明与现有技术相比较,本发明的实施效果如下:
本发明所述一种带有屏蔽层的耐腐蚀动力柜,通过改良原有金属箱体结构,采用绝缘层、屏蔽层、金属层、防腐层,相互粘合一次挤压成型,形成的箱体具有质量轻,耐腐蚀同时具有抗扭曲能力,提高了动力柜的使用寿命,同时具有环保节能等特点性能优良,适合推广。

如图所示,本发明所述的一种带有屏蔽层的耐腐蚀动力柜,包括立柱1、箱体、风机3、电气元件4、安装板5,所述箱体底部左右两端安装有立柱1,所述风机3安装在箱体的顶端上方,所述安装板5通过螺栓连接安装在箱体内侧,所述电气元件4安装在安装板5上,所述箱体由里到外依次包括绝缘层6、屏蔽层7、金属层8、防腐层9。
所述绝缘层6为矿物质绝缘层其材质为云母带,所述屏蔽层7为铝合金丝编织构成的屏蔽层,所述金属层8材质为记忆合金,所述记忆合金为TiNi 合金,所述防腐层9为耐酸碱、耐油的高分子材料构成的防腐层,所述绝缘层6、屏蔽层7、金属层8、防腐层9通过挤压一次成型,且层与层之间设有粘合剂。

1.一种带有屏蔽层的耐腐蚀动力柜,其特征在于:包括立柱、箱体、风机、电气元件、安装板,所述箱体底部左右两端安装有立柱,所述风机安装在箱体的顶顶端上方,所述安装板通过螺栓连接安装在箱体内侧,所述电气元件安装在安装板上,所述箱体由里到外依次包括绝缘层、屏蔽层、金属层、防腐层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有屏蔽层的耐腐蚀动力柜,其特征在于:所述绝缘层为矿物质绝缘层其材质为云母带。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有屏蔽层的耐腐蚀动力柜,其特征在于:所述屏蔽层为铝合金丝编织构成的屏蔽层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有屏蔽层的耐腐蚀动力柜,其特征在于:所述金属层材质为记忆合金,所述记忆合金为TiNi 合金。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有屏蔽层的耐腐蚀动力柜,其特征在于:所述防腐层为耐酸碱、耐油的高分子材料构成的防腐层。
