本发明公开了一种平板式笔记本翻转装置,包括主体底盖、双轴芯转轴、卡合板安装头和上连接轴芯,所述主体底盖上方安装有主体部分,所述主体部分上方安装有键盘,所述面壳盖上方安装有装平板面壳套,所述双轴芯转轴侧边安装有连接卡合板,所述连接卡合板下方安装有所述卡合板安装头,所述卡合板安装头下方安装有卡合板支撑板,所述卡合板支撑板一侧安装有卡合板支撑板,所述卡合板支撑板一侧安装有转轴主体,所述转轴主体内部安装有下连接轴芯与所述上连接轴芯。有益效果在于:在使用键盘打字的时候可以把平板变笔记本,在打开360度的时候可以方便单独使用平板,起到保护壳作用,打开到反向角度可以支撑成A字型,体验更直观。

一种平板式笔记本翻转装置
技术领域
本发明涉及笔记本设备技术领域,特别是涉及一种平板式笔记本翻转装置。
背景技术
平板电脑轻薄便携、交互自然,但缺少稳定快速的信息输入方式,更多用在休闲娱乐场景中,局限性较大。为了弥补信息生产功能上的不足,通过外接键盘的平板电脑随之出现。这种可外接键盘的平板电脑,尽管丰富了产品的功能,但在便携性上打了折扣,外接键盘连接线繁冗,同时也影响了用户的使用体验。键盘底座融合全尺寸键盘和丰富的可扩展接口,在平板基础上集成了更多笔记本功能,是用户的普遍需求,也让平板电脑的形态不断变化,进而演化出了平板笔记本。PC时代,用户的个人计算终端从传统个人电脑,延展到了平板电脑、智能手机等更为丰富的形态。笔记本和平板电脑作为两类重要的个人计算终端品类,在用户的信息生产和消费中扮演着越来越重要的角色。随着用户对使用体验需求的变化,这两类产品的形态也在不断融合演进。
目前我国使用的平板式笔记本只能够靠背后的小板对其角度进行调节,支撑稳定性较低,而且在对内容进行输入时需要在平板上进行触摸式敲击,打字速度较慢。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种平板式笔记本翻转装置。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
一种平板式笔记本翻转装置,包括主体底盖、双轴芯转轴、卡合板安装头和上连接轴芯,所述主体底盖上方安装有主体部分,所述主体部分上方安装有键盘,所述主体部分一侧安装有所述双轴芯转轴,所述双轴芯转轴上方安装有面壳盖,所述面壳盖上方安装有装平板面壳套,所述双轴芯转轴侧边安装有连接卡合板,所述连接卡合板下方安装有所述卡合板安装头,所述卡合板安装头下方安装有卡合板支撑板,所述卡合板支撑板一侧安装有卡合板支撑板,所述卡合板支撑板一侧安装有转轴主体,所述转轴主体内部安装有下连接轴芯与所述上连接轴芯。
上述结构中,所述主体底盖与所述主体部分连接,对所述主体部分底部进行保护,所述键盘对平板式笔记本进行输入,所述双轴芯转轴使平板笔记本上下部分分离运动,所述下连接轴芯与所述主体部分连接,支撑所述主体部分进行角度调节,所述上连接轴芯与所述面壳盖连接,支撑所述面壳盖进行角度调节,所述装平板面壳套对平板式笔记本进行减震保护,防止过大震动对平板式笔记本内部元器件造成损伤,所述连接卡合板分别与所述主体部分与所述面壳盖连接,所述卡合板安装头对所述连接卡合板进行固定安装,所述卡合板支撑板对所述连接卡合板进行支撑
为了进一步提高平板式笔记本翻转装置的使用功能,所述主体底盖与所述主体部分通过螺栓连接,所述键盘与所述主体部分嵌套连接,所述主体部分与连接卡合板通过螺栓连接。
为了进一步提高平板式笔记本翻转装置的使用功能,所述面壳盖与所述装平板面壳套卡合连接,所述面壳盖与所述连接卡合板通过螺栓连接。
为了进一步提高平板式笔记本翻转装置的使用功能,所述连接卡合板与所述卡合板安装头通过螺栓连接,所述卡合板支撑板与所述连接卡合板焊接。
为了进一步提高平板式笔记本翻转装置的使用功能,所述转轴主体与所述卡合板支撑板通过螺栓连接。
为了进一步提高平板式笔记本翻转装置的使用功能,所述下连接轴芯与所述主体部分卡合连接,所述上连接轴芯与所述面壳盖卡合连接。
为了进一步提高平板式笔记本翻转装置的使用功能,所述连接卡合板由轻质铝合金压制而成,长度为5cm,所述连接卡合板共有两个,间距为20cm。
为了进一步提高平板式笔记本翻转装置的使用功能,所述面壳盖采用耐磨PVC压制而成,端部呈弧形,弧度为30°。
本发明的有益效果在于:在使用键盘打字的时候可以把平板变笔记本,在打开360度的时候可以方便单独使用平板,起到保护壳作用,打开到反向角度可以支撑成A字型,体验更直观。

如图1-图3所示,一种平板式笔记本翻转装置,包括主体底盖1、双轴芯转轴4、卡合板安装头8和上连接轴芯12,主体底盖1上方安装有主体部分3,主体部分3上方安装有键盘2,主体部分3一侧安装有双轴芯转轴4,双轴芯转轴4上方安装有面壳盖5,面壳盖5上方安装有装平板面壳套6,双轴芯转轴4侧边安装有连接卡合板7,连接卡合板7下方安装有卡合板安装头8,卡合板安装头8下方安装有卡合板支撑板9,卡合板支撑板9一侧安装有卡合板支撑板9,卡合板支撑板9一侧安装有转轴主体10,转轴主体10内部安装有下连接轴芯11与上连接轴芯12。
上述结构中,主体底盖1与主体部分3连接,对主体部分3底部进行保护,键盘2对平板式笔记本进行输入,双轴芯转轴4使平板笔记本上下部分分离运动,下连接轴芯11与主体部分3连接,支撑主体部分3进行角度调节,上连接轴芯12与面壳盖5连接,支撑面壳盖5进行角度调节,装平板面壳套6对平板式笔记本进行减震保护,防止过大震动对平板式笔记本内部元器件造成损伤,连接卡合板7分别与主体部分3与面壳盖5连接,卡合板安装头8对连接卡合板7进行固定安装,卡合板支撑板9对连接卡合板7进行支撑。
为了进一步提高平板式笔记本翻转装置的使用功能,主体底盖1与主体部分3通过螺栓连接,键盘2与主体部分3嵌套连接,主体部分3与连接卡合板7通过螺栓连接,面壳盖5与装平板面壳套6卡合连接,面壳盖5与连接卡合板7通过螺栓连接,连接卡合板7与卡合板安装头8通过螺栓连接,卡合板支撑板9与连接卡合板7焊接,转轴主体10与卡合板支撑板9通过螺栓连接,下连接轴芯11与主体部分3卡合连接,上连接轴芯12与面壳盖5卡合连接,连接卡合板7由轻质铝合金压制而成,长度为5cm,连接卡合板7共有两个,间距为20cm,面壳盖5采用耐磨PVC压制而成,端部呈弧形,弧度为30°。

1.一种平板式笔记本翻转装置,其特征在于:包括主体底盖(1)、双轴芯转轴(4)、卡合板安装头(8)和上连接轴芯(12),所述主体底盖(1)上方安装有主体部分(3),所述主体部分(3)上方安装有键盘(2),所述主体部分(3)一侧安装有所述双轴芯转轴(4),所述双轴芯转轴(4)上方安装有面壳盖(5),所述面壳盖(5)上方安装有装平板面壳套(6),所述双轴芯转轴(4)侧边安装有连接卡合板(7),所述连接卡合板(7)下方安装有所述卡合板安装头(8),所述卡合板安装头(8)一侧安装有卡合板支撑板(9),所述卡合板支撑板(9)一侧安装有转轴主体(10),所述转轴主体(10)内部安装有下连接轴芯(11)与所述上连接轴芯(12)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种平板式笔记本翻转装置,其特征在于:所述主体底盖(1)与所述主体部分(3)通过螺栓连接,所述键盘(2)与所述主体部分(3)嵌套连接,所述主体部分(3)与连接卡合板(7)通过螺栓连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种平板式笔记本翻转装置,其特征在于:所述面壳盖(5)与所述装平板面壳套(6)卡合连接,所述面壳盖(5)与所述连接卡合板(7)通过螺栓连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种平板式笔记本翻转装置,其特征在于:所述连接卡合板(7)与所述卡合板安装头(8)通过螺栓连接,所述卡合板支撑板(9)与所述连接卡合板(7)焊接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种平板式笔记本翻转装置,其特征在于:所述转轴主体(10)与所述卡合板支撑板(9)通过螺栓连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种平板式笔记本翻转装置,其特征在于:所述下连接轴芯(11)与所述主体部分(3)卡合连接,所述上连接轴芯(12)与所述面壳盖(5)卡合连接。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种平板式笔记本翻转装置,其特征在于:所述连接卡合板(7)由轻质铝合金压制而成,长度为5cm,所述连接卡合板(7)共有两个,间距为20cm。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种平板式笔记本翻转装置,其特征在于:所述面壳盖(5)采用耐磨PVC压制而成,端部呈弧形,弧度为30°。
