Abstract
The invention relates to a water cooler capable of releasing thermal stress of a core, which comprises a core body, wherein the upper end and the lower end of the core body are respectively connected with a main board, the main board at the upper end of the core body is connected with an upper sealing head, the main board at the lower end of the core body is connected with a lower sealing head, a water inlet pipe, a liquid level sensor and a water inlet are arranged on the upper sealing head, and a water drain valve and a water outlet pipe are also arranged on the lower sealing head; the connecting devices are distributed at four corners of the core body, the side plates are distributed at two sides of the core body and fixedly connected with the connecting devices through fasteners, one pair of connecting devices are fixed with two ends of the surface of the lower seal head through the fasteners, and the other pair of connecting devices are clamped with fixing blocks arranged at two ends of the surface of the upper seal head; according to the invention, the movable connecting device is arranged, so that the thermal stress in the core body can be effectively released, the service life of the core body is effectively prolonged, and the fixed block and the support side plate with the opening can effectively attenuate the vibration source when the vibration source passes through the side plate during vibration, so that the situation that the vibration source is directly transmitted to the core body to leak liquid is avoided.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of water coolers, in particular to a water cooler capable of releasing thermal stress of a core body.
Background
Water coolers are a type of heat exchange device for cooling a fluid, typically water or a mixture of water as a coolant to remove heat. At present, a general water cooler is characterized in that a side plate is connected to a core body or is arranged on an upper end socket and a lower end socket of the core body in a welding or bolt connection mode, but the following problems exist in the structure:
(1) When the structure directly welded to the core body vibrates, the vibration source can be directly transmitted to the core body through the side plate, so that the welding part of the flat pipe and the main board in the water cooler fails to leak liquid.
(2) The structure that the side plates are connected to the upper end enclosure and the lower end enclosure of the core body has the problem of failure liquid leakage, and can not release thermal stress in a working state.

The applicant has made research and improvement to the above-mentioned existing problems, and has provided a water cooler capable of releasing thermal stress of a core, which realizes efficient release of thermal stress, and greatly improves the service life of the water cooler.

the water cooler capable of releasing the thermal stress of the core comprises a core body, wherein the upper end and the lower end of the core body are respectively connected with a main board, the main board at the upper end of the core body is connected with an upper sealing head, the main board at the lower end of the core body is connected with a lower sealing head, the upper sealing head is provided with a water inlet pipe, a liquid level sensor and a water inlet, and the lower sealing head is also provided with a water drain valve and a water outlet pipe; the connecting devices are distributed at four corners of the core body, the side plates are distributed at two sides of the core body and fixedly connected with the connecting devices through fasteners, one pair of connecting devices are fixed with two ends of the surface of the lower seal head through the fasteners, and the other pair of connecting devices are clamped with fixing blocks arranged at two ends of the surface of the upper seal head;
the connecting device comprises a support main board which is abutted against the inner surface of the side board, the two sides of the support main board are bent to form support side boards, and an opening is formed in each support side board.

the fixing block is a circular fixing block, and a ring groove for being clamped with the opening is further formed along the periphery of the circular fixing block;
the opening is an annular opening;
screw holes for installing fasteners are also formed at two ends of the surface of the lower seal head;
and a pressure cover is also arranged on the water adding port.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
the invention has simple structure and convenient use, can effectively release the thermal stress in the core body by arranging the movable connecting device, effectively prolongs the service life of the core body, and can effectively attenuate the vibration source when the vibration source passes through the side plate when the vibration source vibrates by the fixed block and the side plate of the bracket with the opening, thereby avoiding the condition that the vibration source is directly transmitted to the core body to cause the leakage of liquid.

The following describes specific embodiments of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a water cooler capable of releasing thermal stress of a core body comprises a core body 1, wherein the upper end and the lower end of the core body 1 are respectively connected with a main board 3, the main board 3 at the upper end of the core body 1 is connected with an upper sealing head 4, the main board 3 at the lower end of the core body 1 is connected with a lower sealing head 9, a water inlet pipe 5, a liquid level sensor 6 and a water inlet 11 are arranged on the upper sealing head 4, and a water drain valve 8 and a water outlet pipe 10 are also arranged on the lower sealing head 9; the connecting device 12 is distributed at four corners of the core body 1, the side plates 2 are distributed at two sides of the core body 1 and fixedly connected with the connecting devices 12 through fasteners 13, a pair of connecting devices 12 are fixed with two ends of the surface of the lower seal head 9 through fasteners, and threaded holes 14 for installing the fasteners 13 are formed in two ends of the surface of the lower seal head 9. The other pair of connecting devices 12 are clamped with fixing blocks 1202 arranged at two ends of the surface of the upper sealing head 4; the fixing block 1202 is a circular fixing block, and a ring of ring grooves 1205 for clamping with the openings 1204 are further formed along the periphery of the circular fixing block 1202. As shown in fig. 3, the connecting device 12 includes a bracket main plate 1201 abutting against the inner surface of the side plate 2, a bracket side plate 1203 is formed by bending both sides of the bracket main plate 1201, and an opening 1204 is formed in the bracket side plate 1203. The opening 1204 is an annular opening. A pressure cap 7 is further provided on the water inlet 11.
The specific working process of the invention is as follows:
when the core body 1 generates thermal stress, the upper sealing head 4 moves up in the opening 1204 for a small distance through the fixing block 1202 by the thermal expansion effect, so that the thermal stress in the core body 1 is released, and when the core body 1 releases the thermal stress, the upper sealing head 4 with the fixing block 1202 is reset through the cold contraction effect, so that the release of the thermal stress is realized. When the invention generates vibration, a vibration source is transmitted into the fixed block 1202 through the connecting bracket 1201 and the bracket side plate 1203 by the side plate 2 in the vibration transmission process, and the elastic deformation is damped due to the opening of the opening 1204, so that the purpose of damping the vibration is achieved.
The invention has simple structure and convenient use, can effectively release the thermal stress in the core body by arranging the movable connecting device, effectively prolongs the service life of the core body, and can effectively attenuate the vibration source when the vibration source passes through the side plate when the vibration source vibrates by the fixed block and the side plate of the bracket with the opening, thereby avoiding the condition that the vibration source is directly transmitted to the core body to cause the leakage of liquid.

A water cooler capable of releasing thermal stress of a core, characterized in that: the water-saving type water heater comprises a core body (1), wherein the upper end and the lower end of the core body (1) are respectively connected with a main board (3), an upper sealing head (4) is connected to the main board (3) positioned at the upper end of the core body (1), a lower sealing head (9) is connected to the main board (3) positioned at the lower end of the core body (1), a water inlet pipe (5), a liquid level sensor (6) and a water inlet (11) are arranged on the upper sealing head (4), and a water drain valve (8) and a water outlet pipe (10) are also arranged on the lower sealing head (9); the connecting device (12) is distributed at four corners of the core body (1), the side plates (2) are distributed at two sides of the core body (1) and fixedly connected with the connecting devices (12) through fasteners (13), one pair of connecting devices (12) are fixed with two ends of the surface of the lower seal head (9) through the fasteners, and the other pair of connecting devices (12) are clamped with fixing blocks (1202) arranged at two ends of the surface of the upper seal head (4);

the fixing block (1202) is a circular fixing block, and a ring groove (1205) for being clamped with the opening (1204) is formed along the periphery of the circular fixing block (1202);
the upper sealing head (4) moves upwards in the opening (1204) for a small distance through the fixing block (1202) by the thermal expansion effect, and the upper sealing head (4) with the fixing block (1202) is reset through the cold contraction effect after the core body (1) releases thermal stress;
in the vibration transmission process, a vibration source is transmitted into the fixed block (1202) through the bracket main board (1201) and the bracket side board (1203) by the side board (2), and the opening (1204) is formed to attenuate elastic deformation, so that vibration is attenuated;
the opening (1204) is an annular opening.
