Abstract
The invention discloses a modularized LED integrating sphere uniform light source, wherein an installation frame is arranged on the hemispherical surface of an integrating sphere, and the installation plate comprises: the LED lamp comprises a mounting block and an arc-shaped mounting strip, wherein one end of the mounting block is connected with the bottom of the arc-shaped mounting strip, a plurality of LED mounting holes are formed in the arc-shaped mounting strip, and screw holes are formed in the top ends of the mounting block and the arc-shaped mounting strip; the fixing plate is of a circular structure, and a plurality of screw holes are uniformly formed in the fixing plate; the LED mounting holes are fixed with LED lamps in an adhesive mode. The invention realizes the function of uniform light source by connecting the integrating sphere through the mounting plate and installing the LED lamp by opening the hole on the mounting plate, and the uniform light source with excellent quality and low cost is used for optical detection, scientific research, teaching and other purposes. The modularized design can solve the problems of inconvenient maintenance, single function, small adjusting range and the like of the conventional uniform light source.

The fixing plate is fixed with the through hole at the top end of the mounting plate by screws. Because the fixing plates can enable the mounting plates to be mutually fixed into a whole, rigid connection among a plurality of mounting plates is ensured, deformation is prevented, and the coaxiality of light is ensured.
