Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of fine chemical engineering, and particularly relates to a color fixing agent for dyeing of reactive dyes and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The reactive dye has low price, complete chromatogram and bright color, and is widely used for dyeing cotton fabrics. Although the reactive groups in the reactive dye molecule are susceptible to covalent bonding with the fiber, the color fastness is not ideal. During the dyeing process, particularly when the fabric is dyed in dark color, a large amount of unfixed reactive dyes exist on the dyed fabric due to the fact that the dye concentration is too high, the unfixed dyes are difficult to wash off the dyed fabric, and the dyes can fade during the washing process; meanwhile, chemical bonds formed between some active groups and fibers are easy to hydrolyze, so that the wet treatment fastness is low. The early color fixing agent such as the color fixing agent Y is a reaction product of formaldehyde, dicyandiamide, ammonium chloride and the like, and although various fastnesses of dyed materials can be improved, the problems of high formaldehyde content, harm to human health and the like exist, and the color fixing agent does not meet the requirements of international textiles. With the continuous expansion of the international textile trade and the continuous improvement of the living standard and environmental awareness of people, higher requirements are put forward on the indexes of comfort, cleanness, safety and the like of textiles.
Since the 21 st century, the world textile market has made higher requirements on various fastnesses of dyed articles, and dyed articles treated by the color fixing agent not only need to have certain levels of fastness such as soaping, washing, friction resistance, perspiration resistance, sunlight resistance, chlorine bleaching resistance, but also need to be free of formaldehyde, non-toxic, free of influence on fabric hand feeling, color change and the like. Therefore, the research of the novel ecological environment-friendly formaldehyde-free reactive dye fixing agent is a significant work.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a color fixing agent for dyeing of reactive dyes and a preparation method thereof.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the color fixing agent for dyeing the reactive dye comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight:
the imidazole chloride salt is a mixture of any one or more than two of 1-allyl-3-methylimidazole chloride salt, 1-allyl-3-ethylimidazole chloride salt, 1-allyl-3-hexylimidazole chloride salt and 1-allyl-3-octylimidazole chloride salt mixed in any ratio.
The acidity regulator is a mixture of one or more than two of citric acid, tartaric acid and acetic acid mixed in any ratio.
The initiator is any one or a mixture of more than two of ammonium persulfate, sodium persulfate and potassium persulfate which are mixed in any ratio.
A color fixing agent for dyeing of reactive dyes and a preparation method of the color fixing agent are realized by the following steps:
(1) sequentially adding the imidazole chloride monomer, trifluoroethyl acrylate, dihydroxyethyl diallyl ammonium chloride, an acidic regulator and deionized water into a reaction kettle provided with a thermometer, a stirrer and a reflux condenser, then starting reflux condensation, stirring, and starting heating and temperature rise;
(2) when the temperature is increased to 85-100 ℃, then, an initiator solution with the mass percentage concentration of 1-10% is dripped, and the initiator solution is prepared from the initiator and part of the deionized water; the dropping time is controlled to be 0.5-3 hours, and the temperature is controlled to be 85-100 ℃ during dropping;
(3) and after the addition is finished, carrying out heat preservation reaction for 1-5 hours, then adding the balance of water, stirring for 0.5 hour, and discharging to obtain the color fixing agent.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following remarkable effects:
1. reactive groups such as imidazole groups, hydroxyl groups, lipid groups, halogens and the like are introduced, so that in the use process of the prepared color fixing agent, molecules of the color fixing agent are combined with active groups (such as hydroxyl groups, amino groups and the like) of dyes and fiber molecules in a crosslinking manner to produce lakes (color fixing), and the effects of reducing the affinity of the dyes to water, improving the wet treatment fastness of soaping, staining and the like of dyed fabrics and the like are achieved. In addition, the molecule has quaternary ammonium salt cationic group, and the cationic group and anion such as sulfonic acid group of the active dye (including hydrolyzed dye) generate coulomb attraction effect to neutralize the charge thereof, reduce the water solubility of the dye, and combine with the dye anion to increase the acting force between the dye molecule and the fiber molecule so as to improve the wet fastness.
2. The prepared color fixing agent has no formaldehyde pollution, effectively reduces the formaldehyde content of the fabric, improves the quality of the fabric, meets the environmental protection requirement and the health requirement of people, and has wide market prospect.

The present invention is further illustrated in detail by the following examples.
The invention relates to a color fixing agent for reactive dye dyeing, which comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight:
the imidazole chloride salt is a mixture of any one or more than two of 1-allyl-3-methylimidazole chloride salt, 1-allyl-3-ethylimidazole chloride salt, 1-allyl-3-hexylimidazole chloride salt and 1-allyl-3-octylimidazole chloride salt mixed in any ratio.
The acidity regulator is a mixture of one or more than two of citric acid, tartaric acid and acetic acid mixed in any ratio.
The initiator is any one or a mixture of more than two of ammonium persulfate, sodium persulfate or potassium persulfate which are mixed in any ratio.
The invention relates to a preparation method of an aldehyde-free color fixing agent for reactive dyes, which is realized by the following steps:
(1) sequentially adding the imidazole chloride monomer, trifluoroethyl acrylate, dihydroxyethyl diallyl ammonium chloride, an acidic regulator and deionized water into a reaction kettle provided with a thermometer, a stirrer and a reflux condenser, then starting reflux condensation, stirring, and starting heating and temperature rise;
(2) when the temperature is increased to 85-100 ℃, then, an initiator solution with the mass percentage concentration of 1-10% is dripped, and the initiator solution is prepared from the initiator and part of the deionized water; the dropping time is controlled to be 0.5-3 hours, and the temperature is controlled to be 85-100 ℃ during dropping;
(3) and after the addition is finished, carrying out heat preservation reaction for 1-5 hours, then adding the balance of water, stirring for 0.5 hour, and discharging to obtain the color fixing agent.
The present invention will be described in detail with reference to specific examples, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
Example 1
The invention relates to a color fixing agent for reactive dye dyeing, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
the preparation method is realized by the following steps:
(1) adding 12 parts of 1-allyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride, 8 parts of trifluoroethyl acrylate, 10 parts of dihydroxyethyl diallyl ammonium chloride, 1 part of acetic acid and 10 parts of deionized water into a reaction kettle provided with a thermometer, a stirrer and a reflux condenser in sequence, then starting reflux condensation, stirring, and starting heating to raise the temperature;
(2) when the temperature is raised to 88 ℃, then, beginning to dropwise add an ammonium persulfate solution with the mass percentage concentration of 2%, wherein the ammonium persulfate solution is prepared by 1 part of ammonium persulfate and 49 parts of deionized water; the dropping time is controlled to be 1 hour, and the temperature is controlled to be 90 ℃ during dropping;
(3) and after the addition is finished, carrying out heat preservation reaction for 3 hours, then adding the balance of water, stirring for 0.5 hour, and then discharging to obtain the color fixing agent.
Example 2
The invention relates to a color fixing agent for reactive dye dyeing, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
the preparation method is realized by the following steps:
(1) adding 15 parts of 1-allyl-3-ethylimidazole chloride, 10 parts of trifluoroethyl acrylate, 12 parts of dihydroxyethyl diallyl ammonium chloride, 0.5 part of tartaric acid and 15 parts of deionized water in a reaction kettle provided with a thermometer, a stirrer and a reflux condenser in sequence, then starting reflux condensation, stirring, and starting heating to raise the temperature;
(2) when the temperature is raised to 92 ℃, then, dropwise adding a sodium persulfate solution with the mass percentage concentration of 4%, wherein the sodium persulfate solution is prepared from 0.5 part of sodium persulfate and 12 parts of deionized water; the dropping time is controlled to be 1.5 hours, and the temperature is controlled to be 95 ℃ during the dropping;
(3) and after the addition, carrying out heat preservation reaction for 2.5 hours, then adding the balance of water, stirring for 0.5 hour, and discharging to obtain the color fixing agent.
Example 3
The invention relates to a color fixing agent for reactive dye dyeing, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
the preparation method is realized by the following steps:
(1) adding 18 parts of 1-allyl-3-hexyl imidazole chloride salt, 15 parts of trifluoroethyl acrylate, 15 parts of dihydroxyethyl diallyl ammonium chloride, 1 part of citric acid and 20 parts of deionized water in a reaction kettle provided with a thermometer, a stirrer and a reflux condenser in sequence, then starting reflux condensation, stirring, and starting heating to raise the temperature;
(2) when the temperature rises to 96 ℃, then, dropwise adding a potassium persulfate solution with the mass percentage concentration of 5%, wherein the potassium persulfate solution is prepared from 1 part of potassium persulfate and 19 parts of deionized water; the dropping time is controlled to be 1.5 hours, and the temperature is controlled to be 98 ℃ during the dropping;
(3) and after the addition, carrying out heat preservation reaction for 3.5 hours, then adding the balance of water, stirring for 0.5 hour, and discharging to obtain the color fixing agent.
Example 4
The invention relates to a color fixing agent for reactive dye dyeing, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
the preparation method is realized by the following steps:
(1) sequentially adding 20 parts of 1-allyl-3-octyl imidazole chloride salt, 18 parts of trifluoroethyl acrylate, 20 parts of dihydroxyethyl diallyl ammonium chloride, 1 part of tartaric acid and 10 parts of deionized water into a reaction kettle provided with a thermometer, a stirrer and a reflux condenser, then starting reflux condensation, stirring, and starting heating to raise the temperature;
(2) when the temperature is raised to 95 ℃, then, beginning to drop ammonium persulfate solution with the mass percentage concentration of 5 percent, wherein the ammonium persulfate solution is prepared by 1 part of ammonium persulfate and 19 parts of deionized water; the dropping time is controlled to be 2.5 hours, and the temperature is controlled to be 98 ℃ during dropping;
(3) and after the addition is finished, carrying out heat preservation reaction for 3 hours, then adding the balance of water, stirring for 0.5 hour, and then discharging to obtain the color fixing agent.
Example 5
The invention relates to a color fixing agent for reactive dye dyeing, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
wherein: the imidazole chloride salt monomer adopts a mixture of 1-allyl-3-methylimidazole chloride salt and 1-allyl-3-ethylimidazole chloride salt, and the dosage ratio of the 1-allyl-3-methylimidazole chloride salt to the 1-allyl-3-ethylimidazole chloride salt is 1:1, namely the dosage of the 1-allyl-3-methylimidazole chloride salt and the dosage of the 1-allyl-3-ethylimidazole chloride salt are 11 parts.
The preparation method is realized by the following steps:
(1) adding 11 parts of 1-allyl-3-methylimidazole chloride salt, 11 parts of 1-allyl-3-ethylimidazole chloride salt, 12 parts of trifluoroethyl acrylate, 25 parts of dihydroxyethyl diallyl ammonium chloride, 1.5 parts of citric acid and 10 parts of deionized water in a reaction kettle provided with a thermometer, a stirrer and a reflux condenser in sequence, starting reflux condensation, stirring, and starting heating to raise the temperature;
(2) when the temperature is raised to 90 ℃, then, beginning to dropwise add sodium persulfate solution with the mass percentage concentration of 5%, wherein the sodium persulfate solution is prepared from 1 part of sodium persulfate and 19 parts of deionized water; the dropping time is controlled to be 2.5 hours, and the temperature is controlled to be 96 ℃ during dropping;
(3) and after the addition is finished, the reaction is carried out for 4 hours under the condition of heat preservation, then the rest water is added, and the discharging is carried out after the stirring is carried out for 0.5 hour, thus obtaining the color fixing agent.
Example 6
The invention relates to a color fixing agent for reactive dye dyeing, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:

the imidazole chloride salt monomer adopts a mixture of 1-allyl-3-methylimidazole chloride salt and 1-allyl-3-ethylimidazole chloride salt, and the dosage ratio of the 1-allyl-3-methylimidazole chloride salt to the 1-allyl-3-ethylimidazole chloride salt is 1:2, namely the dosage of the 1-allyl-3-methylimidazole chloride salt and the dosage of the 1-allyl-3-ethylimidazole chloride salt are respectively 8 parts and 16 parts.
The initiator is a mixture of sodium persulfate and potassium persulfate, and the dosage ratio of the sodium persulfate to the potassium persulfate is 1:2, namely the dosage of the sodium persulfate and the dosage of the potassium persulfate are respectively 0.75 part.
The preparation method is realized by the following steps:
(1) adding 8 parts of 1-allyl-3-methylimidazole chloride, 16 parts of 1-allyl-3-ethylimidazole chloride, 6 parts of trifluoroethyl acrylate, 10 parts of dihydroxyethyl diallyl ammonium chloride, 0.5 part of acetic acid and 8 parts of deionized water in a reaction kettle provided with a thermometer, a stirrer and a reflux condenser in sequence, starting reflux condensation, stirring, and starting heating to raise the temperature;
(2) when the temperature rises to 92 ℃, then, initiating agent solution with the mass percentage concentration of 3% is dripped, and the initiating agent solution is prepared by 0.75 part of sodium persulfate, 0.75 part of potassium persulfate and 48.5 parts of deionized water; the dropping time is controlled to be 2 hours, and the temperature is controlled to be 97 ℃ during the dropping;
(3) and after the addition, carrying out heat preservation reaction for 4.5 hours, then adding the balance of water, stirring for 0.5 hour, and discharging to obtain the color fixing agent.
The color fixing agents synthesized in the above examples 1-6 are respectively used for treating dyed cotton fabrics with active scarlet of 3 g, and the dipping and fixing process is adopted, wherein the dosage of the color fixing agent is 2% (o.w.f), the pH value is 6-7, the temperature is 60, the time is 30min, and the bath ratio is 1: 12. The main performance indexes of the cotton fabric after color fixation are shown in table 1.

Remarking:
1. the rubbing fastness test method is determined according to the method of GB/T3920-2008 'color fastness to rubbing test of textiles';
2. the soaping fastness test method is determined according to the method of GB/T3921-2008 'color fastness to washing test for textiles';
3. the perspiration leaching fastness test method is determined according to the method of GB/T5713-2013 ' color fastness to water ' of textile color fastness test '.
4. The control sample is an aldehyde-free color fixing agent produced by Guangzhou Zhuangjie chemical company Limited, and the concentration is 30 percent.
