Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of household appliances, in particular to an automatic balancing washing machine.
Background
In the prior art, a balance ring is applied to a rotating member, such as a pulsator washing machine, so as to balance the rotation of the rotating member during rotation. The balance ring comprises an upper balance ring, a lower balance ring, an annular chamber formed by buckling the upper balance ring and the lower balance ring, and a clapboard formed by one of the upper balance ring and the lower balance ring or the two-way annular chamber protruding inwards. Usually, the partition plate is provided with a liquid passing hole so as to facilitate the circulation of the balance medium in the annular chamber.
The existing balance ring is internally provided with saline water, and the imbalance of the rotating body is compensated through the flow of the saline water. However, the flow of brine in the balancing ring is not well controlled, and the balancing effect is to be enhanced.
Disclosure of Invention
The main object of the present invention is to provide a balance ring, which aims to enhance the balance effect.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a balance ring having two rings, an inner ring and an outer ring.
Specifically, the inner ring is arranged in the roller, the outer ring is arranged outside the roller, and a gap is formed between the inner ring and the outer ring which are connected through a connecting part which can be conducted or not conducted.
Specifically, when the connecting part is conducted, saline water is filled in the inner ring and the outer ring, when the roller rotates, the inner ring compensates unbalance in the roller, the outer ring compensates unbalance outside the roller, saline water exchange can be performed between the inner ring and the outer ring through the connecting part, the inner ring and the outer ring are equivalent to two balance rings with different radiuses, and unbalance of the roller is corrected through resultant force.
Specifically, when the connecting part is non-conductive, saline water is filled in the outer ring, the magnetic steel balls are placed in the inner ring, the steel balls with high density are placed in the inner ring, the stable effect of the roller can be enhanced, and the water filled in the outer ring can correct imbalance in time by utilizing the characteristic that water is easy to flow and deform.
Preferably, the outer ring has valves in 12 o 'clock direction and 6 o' clock direction respectively, the drum body is equipped with an inclination sensor to measure the inclination of the drum, when sensing that the drum is continuously inclined to one direction, the salt water is locked in the opposite direction of the inclination by controlling the closing of the valves, the sensor continuously detects the inclination, and after the inclination is reduced, the valve is opened gradually by the sensor to allow the salt water to flow freely.
Preferably, the outer ring is internally provided with a water baffle plate, the water baffle plate is positioned in the lower half cavity of the annular chamber, and the upper half cavity of the annular chamber is not blocked.
Preferably, the baffle plates are multiple and are uniformly arranged along the annular chamber;
the invention further provides a pulsator washing machine, which comprises a shell, an outer cylinder, a rotatable inner cylinder and the balance ring, wherein the balance ring is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the inner cylinder, the inner cylinder is formed by combining independent plates, and each plate can be drawn out through a gap between an inner ring and an outer ring of the balance ring.

The present invention provides a balance ring, which in one embodiment has two rings, an inner ring 1 and an outer ring 2, with reference to fig. 1 and 2. The inner ring 1 is arranged in the roller, the outer ring 2 is arranged outside the roller, a gap is arranged between the inner ring 1 and the outer ring 2, the inner ring and the outer ring are connected through a connecting part 3, and the connecting part 3 can be conducted or non-conducted.
When the connecting part 3 is conducted, saline water is filled in the inner ring 1 and the outer ring 2, when the roller rotates, the inner ring 1 compensates unbalance in the roller, the outer ring 2 compensates unbalance outside the roller, saline water exchange can be performed between the inner ring 1 and the outer ring through the connecting part 3, the inner ring and the outer ring are equivalent to two balance rings with different radiuses, and unbalance of the roller is corrected through resultant force.
When the connecting part 3 is non-conductive, saline water is filled in the outer ring 2, magnetic steel balls are placed in the inner ring 1, the steel balls with high density are placed in the inner ring 1, the stable effect of the roller can be enhanced, and the characteristic that water is easy to flow and deform can be utilized to correct imbalance in time when water is filled in the outer ring 2.
Preferably, the outer ring has a valve 4 in a 12 o 'clock direction and a 6 o' clock direction, respectively, the drum body is provided with an inclination sensor 5 for measuring the inclination of the drum 6, when the drum 6 is sensed to be continuously inclined to one direction, the salt water is locked in the opposite direction of the inclination by closing the control valve 4, the sensor continuously detects the inclination, and after the inclination is reduced, the valve is gradually opened by the control part to allow the salt water to freely flow. The structure can effectively reduce the vibration of the washing machine and improve the washing comfort level.
The inner part of the outer ring 2 is provided with a water-stop plate which is positioned in the lower half cavity of the annular cavity, and the upper half cavity of the annular cavity is not blocked.
The baffle plates are arranged uniformly along the annular chamber;
the invention further provides a pulsator washing machine, which comprises a shell 7, an outer cylinder 8, a rotatable inner cylinder 6 and the balance ring fixedly arranged at the upper end of the inner cylinder, wherein the inner cylinder 6 is formed by combining independent plates, and each plate can be drawn out through a gap between the inner ring 1 and the outer ring 2 of the balance ring. The structure can facilitate cleaning of the inner barrel of the washing machine, sterilize healthily and improve the quality of life.
Because the pulsator washing machine of the embodiment adopts the technical scheme of the balance ring, the pulsator washing machine has all the beneficial effects of the balance ring.
