Abstract
The invention relates to a locating pin assembly, a heald separator and a heald machine comprising the locating pin assembly, wherein the locating pin assembly comprises a pin core, a pin core sleeve, a supporting spring, a locating pin seat and a pin seat fastener; the positioning pin seat is provided with a positioning slot, the pin core sleeve and the supporting spring are arranged in the positioning slot, the pin core sleeve is arranged above the supporting spring, the pin core is arranged in the pin core sleeve, one end of the pin core extends out of the pin core sleeve and the positioning slot, and the pin seat fastener is used for fixing the positioning pin seat; the pin core can be attracted by the magnetic piece; and/or, the bottom of the positioning pin seat is provided with a first jacking hole, the first jacking hole is communicated with the positioning slot, the bottom of the pin core sleeve is provided with a second jacking hole, the positioning pin assembly further comprises a core jacking needle, and the core jacking needle can penetrate through the first jacking hole and the second jacking hole to jack the pin core. The heald separator and the heald machine with the locating pin assembly can save a plurality of steps when the pin core is replaced, save the labor and improve the production efficiency.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of textile machinery, in particular to a locating pin assembly, a heald separator and a heald machine comprising the locating pin assembly.
Background
The drafting is a technological process that warp threads pass through palm fiber eyelets and reed tooth gaps one by one according to a certain sequence. The heald is an important device for the weaving preparation process, and the operation condition of the heald directly affects the production efficiency of the woven fabric. The locating pin in the heald machine plays a vital role, and if the locating pin is damaged, the heald machine is stopped directly, and the locating pin is a wearing part in the heald machine and needs to be replaced frequently.
However, older locating pins, because they are mounted inside the machine, cannot be removed directly from the machine, but rather require a large number of parts to be removed from the exterior for replacement. This results in long replacement times, extending the downtime of the heald machine for maintenance, up to 30 minutes per replacement time for the equipment personnel.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on this, it is necessary to provide a locating pin assembly, a heald separator and a heald machine comprising the locating pin assembly, aiming at the problem of low locating pin replacement efficiency in the traditional heald machine.
The locating pin assembly is characterized by comprising a pin core, a pin core sleeve, a supporting spring, a locating pin seat and a pin seat fastener; the positioning pin seat is provided with a positioning slot, the pin core sleeve and the supporting spring are arranged in the positioning slot, the pin core sleeve is arranged above the supporting spring and supported by the supporting spring, the upper part of the pin core sleeve is provided with a sleeve inlet, the pin core is placed in the pin core sleeve through the sleeve inlet, one end of the pin core extends out of the pin core sleeve and the positioning slot, the pin seat fastener is arranged on the positioning pin seat, and the pin seat fastener is used for fixing the positioning pin seat;
the pin core can be attracted by the magnetic piece; and/or, the bottom of locating pin seat is equipped with first jack-up hole, first jack-up hole with the positioning slot intercommunication, the bottom of round pin core cover is equipped with the second jack-up hole, the locating pin subassembly still includes the top core needle, the top core needle can pass first jack-up hole with the second jack-up hole will the round pin core jack-up.

the first supporting plate is provided with a pin core penetrating hole, the positioning pin assembly is arranged below the first supporting plate, and one end of the pin core penetrates through the pin core penetrating hole and stretches into the sliding groove to be in butt joint with the heald separating knife.
In one embodiment, the dowel assembly is secured to the first support plate by the dowel seat fastener.
In one embodiment, the heddle separating seat further comprises a second support plate, which is arranged on the base, on which second support plate the separating knife cylinder is arranged.
In one embodiment, the separator cover plate is provided with a cover plate fastener by means of which the separator cover plate is arranged on the first support plate.
A drafting machine is provided with the heddle separator of any one of the embodiments described above.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the positioning pin assembly is used for being installed in a drafting machine to position the heald separating knife, when the positioning pin is worn and is difficult to take out and replace, the magnet can be used for sucking out the positioning pin, and the positioning pin is installed back to a new positioning pin, so that the operation is simple and convenient. The heald separator and the heald machine with the locating pin assembly do not need to detach a large number of parts when the locating pin is replaced, only the separating seat cover plate is required to be opened, the pin core is sucked out and replaced by using the magnet, or the pin core is ejected and replaced by using the core ejecting needle to pass through the first ejection hole and the second ejection hole, and the separating seat cover plate is covered to complete the replacement work. Compared with the old heald wire separator, the heald wire separator can save a plurality of replacement steps, saves the replacement time by about 25 minutes, saves labor and time, and improves the production efficiency.

Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete.
It will be understood that when an element is referred to as being "fixed to" another element, it can be directly on the other element or intervening elements may also be present. When an element is referred to as being "connected" to another element, it can be directly connected to the other element or intervening elements may also be present.
Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. Referring to fig. 1-3, an embodiment of a dowel assembly 100 includes a dowel 110, a dowel sleeve 120, a support spring 130, a dowel pin seat 140, and a pin seat fastener 150. The dowel seat 140 is provided with a dowel slot 142, and the dowel core 110, the dowel core sleeve 120, and the support spring 130 are disposed in the dowel slot 142. The core pin housing 120 is disposed above the support spring 130 and supported by the support spring 130, the upper portion of the core pin housing 120 has a housing inlet 122, the core pin 110 is placed in the core pin housing 120 through the housing inlet 122, and one end of the core pin 110 protrudes out of the core pin housing 120 and the positioning slot 142. A pin boss fastener 150 is provided on the dowel boss 140, the pin boss fastener 150 being used to secure the dowel boss 140.
Wherein the pin core 110 can be attracted by the magnetic member, specifically, the pin core 110 can be attracted out of the positioning slot 142 by the magnetic member. And/or, the bottom of the locating pin holder 140 is provided with a first jacking hole 144, the first jacking hole 144 is communicated with the locating slot 142, the bottom of the pin core sleeve 120 is provided with a second jacking hole (not shown), and the locating pin assembly 100 further comprises a core jacking needle (not shown), and the core jacking needle can penetrate through the first jacking hole 144 and the second jacking hole to jack the pin core 110. The dowel assembly 100 of the present embodiment can also be ejected through the core pin when the core pin 110 is ejected.
In an alternative embodiment, the pin sleeve 120 is magnetically insulated. During the drawing of the pins 110 out of the positioning slots 142, the pins 110 simultaneously disengage from the pin bosses 120. It should be noted that "magnetic insulation" herein means that the magnetic member cannot be attracted and the magnetic member cannot be magnetized.
In an alternative embodiment, dowel pin bosses 140 are provided with dowel pin boss mounting holes 146, and dowel pin boss fasteners 150 are screws, with dowel pin boss fasteners 150 passing through dowel pin boss mounting holes 146 to secure dowel pin bosses 140.
Referring to fig. 4 to 6, the present embodiment further provides a heddle separator 200, which includes a heddle separating base 210, a heddle separating knife 220, a separating knife cylinder 230, and the positioning pin assembly 100 according to any of the above embodiments. The heald separating seat 210 includes a base 212, a first support plate 214, and a separating seat cover 216, wherein the first support plate 214 is disposed on the base 212, and the separating seat cover 216 is disposed on the first support plate 214. The separating pocket cover 216 is provided with a separating knife limiting slot 2162, and the heddle separating knife 220 is arranged above the first support plate 214 in the separating knife limiting slot 2162. The heald separating knife 220 comprises a knife head 222 and a clamping part 224 which are oppositely arranged, and a telescopic rod 232 of a separating knife cylinder 230 is clamped with the heald separating knife 220 through the clamping part 224 so as to drive the heald separating knife 220 to move. The heald separating knife 220 is provided with a chute 226 along the moving direction, and the depth of the chute 226 gradually increases from one end close to the clamping part 224 to one end close to the knife head 222. The first support plate 214 is provided with a core insertion hole 2142, and the positioning pin assembly 100 is disposed below the first support plate 214, and one end of the core 110 passes through the core insertion hole 2142 and extends into the chute 226 to abut against the heddle separating knife 220.
In an alternative embodiment, dowel assembly 100 is secured to first support plate 214 by way of dowel seat fastener 150. In other embodiments, the locating pin assembly 100 may be secured to other components of the heddle support rail 210, so long as one end of the locating pin passes through the pin core access hole 2142 and extends into the chute 226 to abut the heddle support rail 220.
In an alternative embodiment, the heddle separating base 210 further comprises a second support plate 218, the second support plate 218 being arranged on the base 212 and the separating knife cylinder 230 being arranged on the second support plate 218. Further, in an alternative implementation, the second support plate 218 is provided with cylinder mounting holes 2182, and the separating blade cylinder 230 is secured through the cylinder mounting holes 2182 by cylinder fasteners 234. In one particular embodiment, the cylinder fastener 234 is a screw.
In an alternative embodiment, the separating pocket cover 216 is provided with a cover fastener 2164, and the separating pocket cover 216 is provided on the first support plate 214 by the cover fastener 2164. In one particular embodiment, the first support plate 214 is provided with a cover mounting hole 2144, and the cover fastener 2164 is a screw, and the cover fastener 2164 passes through the cover mounting hole 2144 to secure the separator bowl 216.
Still further, the present embodiment is also directed to a heald machine provided with the heddle separator 200 of any one of the embodiments described above.
The above-mentioned locating pin assembly 100 is used for installing in the drafting machine and locating the heald separating knife 220, when the locating pin is difficult to take out and replace after being worn, the magnet can be used for sucking out the locating pin, and a new locating pin is installed, so that the operation is simple and convenient. The heald separator 200 and the heald machine comprising the positioning pin assembly 100 do not need to detach a large number of parts when the positioning pin is replaced, only the separating seat cover plate 216 is required to be opened, the pin core 110 is sucked out for replacement by using a magnet, or the pin core 110 is ejected and replaced by using a core ejecting needle to pass through the first ejection hole 144 and the second ejection hole, and the separating seat cover plate 216 is covered to complete the replacement work. Compared with the traditional heald separator 200, the heald separator 200 can save a plurality of replacement steps, save the replacement time by about 25 minutes, save the labor and save the time, thereby improving the production efficiency.
The technical features of the above-described embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above-described embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.

1. The heald separator is characterized by comprising a heald separating seat, a heald separating knife, a separating knife cylinder and a positioning pin assembly;
the positioning pin assembly comprises a pin core, a pin core sleeve, a supporting spring, a positioning pin seat and a pin seat fastener; the positioning pin seat is provided with a positioning slot, the pin core sleeve and the supporting spring are arranged in the positioning slot, the pin core sleeve is arranged above the supporting spring and supported by the supporting spring, the upper part of the pin core sleeve is provided with a sleeve inlet, the pin core is placed in the pin core sleeve through the sleeve inlet, one end of the pin core extends out of the pin core sleeve and the positioning slot, the pin seat fastener is arranged on the positioning pin seat, and the pin seat fastener is used for fixing the positioning pin seat;
the pin core can be attracted by the magnetic piece; and/or, the bottom of the positioning pin seat is provided with a first jacking hole, the first jacking hole is communicated with the positioning slot, the bottom of the pin core sleeve is provided with a second jacking hole, the positioning pin assembly further comprises a core jacking needle, and the core jacking needle can jack the pin core through the first jacking hole and the second jacking hole;
the heald separating seat comprises a base, a first supporting plate and a separating seat cover plate, wherein the first supporting plate is arranged on the base, and the separating seat cover plate is arranged on the first supporting plate;
the heald wire separating knife comprises a knife head and a clamping part which are oppositely arranged, the telescopic rod of the separating knife cylinder is clamped with the heald wire separating knife through the clamping part to drive the heald wire separating knife to move, a chute is arranged on the heald wire separating knife along the moving direction, and the depth of the chute is gradually increased from one end close to the clamping part to one end close to the knife head;
the first supporting plate is provided with a pin core penetrating hole, the positioning pin assembly is arranged below the first supporting plate, and one end of the pin core penetrates through the pin core penetrating hole and stretches into the sliding groove to be in butt joint with the heald separating knife.
2. Heddle separator as claimed in claim 1, wherein the locating pin assembly is secured to the first support plate by the pin seat fastener.
3. Heddle separator as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the heddle separator base further comprises a second support plate, which is arranged on the base, on which second support plate the separating knife cylinder is arranged.
4. A heddle separator as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the separator seat cover is provided with a cover fastener by which the separator seat cover is provided on the first support plate.
5. Heddle separator as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the pin sleeve is magnetically insulating.
6. The heddle separator of claim 1 wherein the dowel pin is provided with a pin boss mounting hole, the pin boss fastener being a screw, the pin boss fastener passing through the pin boss mounting hole to secure the dowel pin boss.
7. A draw frame, characterized in that a heddle separator as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4 is provided.
