Abstract
本发明高效节能燃煤添加剂含以下重量比的成份:苯渣二氯化钠:高锰酸钾:氯化稀土:碳酸钙或碳酸钠=4.7‑6:3‑4.5:0.5:0.5=3‑5,本添加剂加入散煤或型煤中具有起火快,燃烧时间长,炉渣轻,无烟,无刺激性气体,发热量大等优点,节煤量折合原煤达40%以上,效益十分明显。

技术领域
本发明涉及民用及工业燃料,具体讲是一种助燃的燃料添加剂。
背景技术
当今世界,能源日趋紧张,作为重要能源的煤炭,在各种锅炉和炉灶中却因不能充分燃烧,不能完全转化成热能。而煤炭燃烧时排出的大量CO、NO、SO2气体治理的亦不完善,致使能源浪费、环境污染。因此节能、环保成世界关注的焦点。目前,人们普遍采取的措施主要是更新和改造燃煤设备以及在煤中加土等制成型煤(蜂窝煤)燃烧。但仍存在投资大,技术复杂,施工周期长的缺点。未能有效的解决节能与环保问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是要提供一种燃煤添加剂,使各种不同品质的燃煤能充分燃烧,并减少有害物质的排放,达到高效节能,保护环境的目的。本发明高效节能燃煤添加剂含以下重量比的成份:苯渣:氯化钠:高锰酸钾:氯化稀土:碳酸钙或碳酸钠=4.7-6:3-4.5:0.5:0.5:3-5,还可含重量比100-200的煤开石或煤渣或粉煤灰。
本发明高效节能燃煤添加剂制备、使用方便,只要将各种成份粉碎混合后与原煤拌匀即可。最好是制成蜂窝煤等型煤,效果更佳。添加量一般为每吨原煤使用本发明添加剂5一10公斤。本发明中,高锰酸钾在高温下能分解出二氧化锰和氧气,有强烈的催化与助燃作用,能使煤中的化合物在燃煤时充分氧化分解;苯渣具有助燃,提高炉火温度,起火快的作用;氯化稀土可有效地去除煤燃烧时产生的臭味,起助燃脱硫的作用。氯化钠在高温下发生“微爆”,能增加燃烧表面积,有助于煤炭的充分燃烧,延长煤炭的燃烧时间,起助燃和催化的作用;碳酸钙或碳酸钠在燃烧时能与煤燃烧时生成的二氧化硫反应成稳定的硫酸钙盐残留在炉渣中,起到除烟固硫的作用;添加本发明高效节能添加剂后的燃煤或蜂窝煤具有起火快,燃烧时间长,炉渣轻,无烟、无刺激性气体。以同等热量计算,可节约标准煤20%-40%。
具体实施方式
实施例1,将高锰酸钾50公斤、苯渣500公斤、氯化稀土50公斤、碳酸钙30公斤、、氯化钠450公斤,分别粉碎混合,制成本发明高效节能燃煤添加剂。
实施例2,将苯渣120公斤、高锰酸钾10公斤、氯化稀土10公斤、碳酸钠6公斤、氯化钠60公斤,分别粉碎混合,制成本发明助燃剂。
实施例3,将苯渣47公斤、高锰酸钾5公斤、氯化稀土5公斤、碳酸钙5公斤、氯化钠45公斤,分别粉碎,混合后取10公斤与黄土600公斤、煤炉渣1000公斤,劣质煤1000公斤,优质原煤1000公斤,粉碎混合制成蜂窝煤。

1.高效节能燃煤添加剂,含以下重量比成份:苯渣:氯化钠:高锰酸钾:氧化稀土:碳酸钙或碳酸钠=4.7-6:3-4.5:0.5:0.5:3-5。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高效节能燃煤添加剂,其特征在于还可含重量比100-200的煤开石或煤渣或煤灰。
