Abstract
本发明涉及海绵技术领域，尤其是一种新型阻燃复合海绵，包括海绵主体，所述海绵主体为高密度海绵，所述海绵主体内设置有吸附槽，所述吸附槽内吸附有氢氧化铝，所述海绵主体的上下两面均设置有连接层，所述连接层远离海绵主体的一侧通过连接块设置有隔热层，所述隔热层的边缘与连接层固定连接，所述隔热层与连接层之间设置有间隙，所述间隙内设置有阻燃剂，所述隔热层远离隔热层的一面设置有耐磨层，本发明通过多种功能结构层紧密粘合在一起的阻燃海绵，不仅具有阻燃能力，提高海绵的安全性能，同时提高海绵的耐磨性能，提高海绵的使用寿命。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及海绵技术领域，尤其涉及一种新型阻燃复合海绵。
背景技术
改革开放后，中国的经济迅速发展，人们在衣吃住行上也得到巨大的提升，海绵已经成为人们日常的洗刷用品。海绵，是一种多孔材料，具有良好的吸水性，能够用于清洁物品。主要以它的触感和弹性为判定的首要因素。摸起来应该有柔软的触感，并且富有延展性。防火海绵又称阻燃海绵，防火棉，阻燃棉，一般就是各种聚氨酯类添加阻燃剂合成的防火材料，主要应用于家具制造，按摩器材制造，婴儿车制造，装饰装修，汽车饰品，墙体吸音，保温管，防火门和防火卷帘等方面。但是现在的大部分阻燃海绵的耐磨性能差，使用寿命短，而且耐磨性能差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在阻燃性能差、耐磨性能差等缺点，而提出的一种新型阻燃复合海绵。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用了如下技术方案：
设计一种新型阻燃复合海绵，包括海绵主体，所述海绵主体为高密度海绵，所述海绵主体内设置有吸附槽，所述吸附槽内吸附有氢氧化铝，所述海绵主体的上下两面均设置有连接层，所述连接层远离海绵主体的一侧通过连接块设置有隔热层，所述隔热层的边缘与连接层固定连接，所述隔热层与连接层之间设置有间隙，所述间隙内设置有阻燃剂，所述隔热层远离隔热层的一面设置有耐磨层。
优选的，所述连接层通过连接层为无纺布和粘接剂压固制成。
优选的，所述隔热层与耐磨层均为波浪状结构。
优选的，所述阻燃剂为氧化镁或氯化镁。
本发明提出的一种新型阻燃复合海绵，有益效果在于：通过在海绵主体内设置吸附槽，在吸附槽内设置氢氧化铝，能够有效的阻止海绵燃烧，通过在隔热层与连接层之间设置间隙，在间隙内填充阻燃剂，进一步提升海绵的阻燃效果，通过在海绵主体的表面设置耐磨层，能够有效的提高海绵的耐磨性能，本发明通过多种功能结构层紧密粘合在一起的阻燃海绵，不仅具有阻燃能力，提高海绵的安全性能，同时提高海绵的耐磨性能，提高海绵的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图，对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述，显然，所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。
参照图1，一种新型阻燃复合海绵，包括海绵主体7，海绵主体7为高密度海绵，具有较强的吸附力，海绵主体7内设置有吸附槽6，吸附槽6内吸附有氢氧化铝，海绵主体7的上下两面均设置有连接层4，连接层4通过连接层4为无纺布和粘接剂压固制成，连接效果较好，连接层4远离海绵主体7的一侧通过连接块5设置有隔热层2，隔热层2直接与外界接触，防止在外界环境有高温或者火源的时候，可以直接阻止海绵燃烧，不损害内部各功能层的成分，更能提高海绵的安全系数。
隔热层2的边缘与连接层4固定连接，隔热层2与连接层4之间设置有间隙3，间隙3内设置有阻燃剂，阻燃剂为氧化镁或氯化镁，能够有效的海绵的阻燃效果，隔热层2远离隔热层2的一面设置有耐磨层1，隔热层2与耐磨层1均为波浪状结构，能够有效的提高海绵的耐磨性能，增加海绵的使用寿命，可以节约资源的浪费。

1.一种新型阻燃复合海绵，包括海绵主体(7)，所述海绵主体(7)为高密度海绵，其特征在于：所述海绵主体(7)内设置有吸附槽(6)，所述吸附槽(6)内吸附有氢氧化铝，所述海绵主体(7)的上下两面均设置有连接层(4)，所述连接层(4)远离海绵主体(7)的一侧通过连接块(5)设置有隔热层(2)，所述隔热层(2)的边缘与连接层(4)固定连接，所述隔热层(2)与连接层(4)之间设置有间隙(3)，所述间隙(3)内设置有阻燃剂，所述隔热层(2)远离隔热层(2)的一面设置有耐磨层(1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型阻燃复合海绵，其特征在于：所述连接层(4)通过连接层(4)为无纺布和粘接剂压固制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型阻燃复合海绵，其特征在于：所述隔热层(2)与耐磨层(1)均为波浪状结构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型阻燃复合海绵，其特征在于：所述阻燃剂为氧化镁或氯化镁。
