本发明涉及纺织面料领域，尤其涉及一种具有储物功能的帽檐面料，该面料可以有效解决以往帽檐面料不具有储物功能的问题。其结构包括帽檐面料和帽体面料，所述的帽檐面料包括与帽体面料固定连接的胶片，胶片外表面设有包裹面料，所述的包裹面料上表面固定设有储物袋，所述的储物袋右侧与帽体面料固定连接，储物袋左侧设有拉链口；所述的帽檐面料中胶片的底部设有第一金属片，第一金属片右端与设于帽体面料中的第二金属片固定连接。它结构简单，使用方便，适用于多种款式的帽子。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织面料领域，尤其是一种具有储物功能的帽檐面料。
背景技术
随着科技的进步，社会的发展，我国的纺织行业得到了快速发展，随之而来的是纺织面料的快速发展。
目前，鸭舌帽是人们出行时常戴的一种纺织用品。一般的鸭舌帽，其结构通常包括帽檐面料和帽体面料，帽檐面料通常包括一胶片，胶片的外设有一层简单的包裹面料，没有储物功能，功能比较单一。
发明内容
本发明的技术任务是针对上述现有技术中的不足提供一种具有储物功能的帽檐面料，该面料可以有效解决以往帽檐面料不具有储物功能的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：该种具有储物功能的帽檐面料，其结构包括帽檐面料和帽体面料，所述的帽檐面料包括与帽体面料固定连接的胶片，胶片外表面设有包裹面料，其特征是，所述的包裹面料上表面固定设有储物袋，所述的储物袋右侧与帽体面料固定连接，储物袋左侧设有拉链口；
所述的帽檐面料中胶片的底部设有第一金属片，第一金属片右端与设于帽体面料中的第二金属片固定连接；
所述的胶片上侧设有涤纶纤维层，涤纶纤维层上侧设有第一防水层；
所述的第一金属片下侧设有塑胶片层，塑胶片层下侧设有蚕丝纤维层。
优选的，所述的储物袋外表面设有第二防水层。
优选的，所述的帽体面料外表面设有荧光凸起。
本发明具有以下突出的有益效果：
1、由于所述的包裹面料上表面固定设有储物袋，所述的储物袋右侧与帽体面料固定连接，储物袋左侧设有拉链口，因此，使用时，可以通过拉链口将公交卡、零钱等物品放入储物袋内，有利于人们出行的便利性，具有很好的推广利用价值。
2、由于所述的帽檐面料中胶片的底部设有第一金属片，第一金属片右端与设于帽体面料中的第二金属片固定连接，因此，使用时，金属片使得面料具有支撑、增加面料强度的作用，防止面料变形，当储物袋放入物品时，相互连接的第一金属片与第二金属片还可以防止帽檐向下弯折，增强帽子的舒适感。
3、由于所述的胶片上侧设有涤纶纤维层，涤纶纤维层上侧设有第一防水层，因此，使用时，胶片隔离第一金属片层与涤纶纤维层，防止金属片层将涤纶纤维层磨破，胶片还具有承重作用，用来支撑储物袋中放入的物品，涤纶纤维层有耐磨与耐热的特性，使得面料具有结实耐用的作用，延长使用寿命，第一防水层在雨雪天气使得面料具有防水的作用，可以保护内层的胶片与金属片层，进一步延长使用寿命。

如图1、图2所示，该种具有储物功能的帽檐面料，其结构包括帽檐面料和帽体面料1，所述的帽檐面料包括与帽体面料1固定连接的胶片5，胶片5外表面设有包裹面料6，所述的包裹面料6上表面固定设有储物袋2，储物袋2左侧设有拉链口4。使用时，可以通过拉链口将公交卡、零钱等物品放入储物袋内，有利于人们出行的便利性。
上述实施例中，具体的，所述的帽檐面料1中胶片5的底部设有第一金属片9，第一金属片9右端与设于帽体面料1中的第二金属片11固定连接。使用时，金属片使得面料具有支撑、增加面料强度的作用，防止面料变形，当储物袋放入物品时，相互连接的第一金属片与第二金属片还可以防止帽檐向下弯折，增强帽子的舒适感。
上述实施例中，具体的，所述的胶片5上侧设有涤纶纤维层8，涤纶纤维层8上侧设有第一防水层7。使用时，胶片隔离第一金属片层与涤纶纤维层，防止金属片层将涤纶纤维层磨破，胶片还具有承重作用，用来支撑储物袋中放入的物品，涤纶纤维层有耐磨与耐热的特性，使得面料具有结实耐用的作用，延长使用寿命，第一防水层在雨雪天气使得面料具有防水的作用，可以保护内层的胶片与金属片层，进一步延长使用寿命。
所述的第一金属片9下侧设有塑胶片层10，塑胶片层10下侧设有蚕丝纤维层12。使用时，塑胶片层隔离第一金属片层与蚕丝纤维层，防止第一金属片将蚕丝纤维层磨破，塑胶片层也具有承重的作用，进一步增强帽檐的承重能力，蚕丝纤维层使得面料具有除菌抑菌的作用。
上述实施例中，更为具体的，所述的储物袋2外表面设有第二防水层3。使用时，遇到雨雪天气防水层使得面料具有防水功能，能够保护储物袋内放置的物品。
上述实施例中，更为具体的，所述的帽体面料1外表面设有荧光凸起13。使用时，荧光凸起在白天有利于增强面料的装饰效果，使得面料更加美观，夜晚荧光凸起可以发光，起到警示作用，有利于提高夜晚出行的安全性。

所述的胶片上侧设有涤纶纤维层，涤纶纤维层上侧设有第一防水层；
所述的第一金属片下侧设有塑胶片层，塑胶片层下侧设有蚕丝纤维层。
