The invention discloses a simple syringe without an injection needle, which has reliable and advanced principle and is a real safe syringe. If the power supply part is configured into a pneumatic pressure device (an existing device is selected), the power supply part can be suitable for being used as a muscle syringe and a vaccine syringe used by an epidemic prevention department in hospitals, and if the power supply part is manufactured into a pre-filled syringe, the power supply part is more convenient to use.
