技术领域
本发明涉及一种中成药制剂，具体地说是一种治疗牙龈炎的中药组合物。
背景技术
众所周知，牙龈炎是指牙龈龈缘和龈乳头充血、浸润、渗出的炎症病变，是口腔科门急诊常见病，属中医牙痛、牙痈、齿衄等范畴，牙龈炎是人类最常见的口 腔感染性疾病之一，遍及世界各地区、各种族、各年龄阶段，其患病率高达 90％以上，牙龈炎已成为突出的口腔保健问题。
牙龈炎是牙周炎的先期病变，如不及时彻底的治疗，牙龈组织的炎症在 机体内外因素的作用下可能发展为牙周炎，造成牙实质的进行性破坏，最终 导致牙齿松动，脱落，对人类的口腔和全身的健康危害极大。
临床上治疗牙龈炎多采用牙周基础治疗，同时配合全身或局部应用抗生 素和化学合成药物。虽然牙周基础治疗对去除菌斑和控制炎症是行之有效的， 但要长期控制菌斑在理想水平是很困难的。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是为了克服现有技术的不足，提供一种治疗牙龈炎的中药组合物，疗效确切，见效快，治愈率高，无毒副作用，成本低。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案是：一种治疗牙龈炎的中药组合物，其特征在于由如下重量百分比的原料药制成：鱼腥草6～9%、鸭跖草11～14%、翻白草10～13%、捆仙丝4～6%、白芷5～8%、海风藤1～2%、功劳木6～8%、狗尾草4～7%、剪刀股2～4%、骨碎补3～5%、大乌泡2～5%、白茅根2～4%、赤芍3～5%、牛蒡子2～4%、独活3～5%、王不留行5～7%、花椒6～9%、佩兰2～4%，将上述原料药用水浸泡，煎熬后去渣得滤液。
本发明的有益效果是，疗效确切，见效快，治愈率高，无毒副作用，成本低。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的描述：
实施例1：
其组分（重量%）每付为鱼腥草8、鸭跖草13、翻白草12、捆仙丝6、白芷7、海风藤2、功劳木7、狗尾草5、剪刀股4、骨碎补4、大乌泡5、白茅根3、赤芍3、牛蒡子3、独活4、王不留行5、花椒6、佩兰3。取上述18味原料药总重量为200克，加水1000ml左右，浸泡3～4小时，煮沸后文火煎熬去渣得滤液200ml左右，药渣再加水200,煎熬后去渣得滤液100ml左右，共得300ml左右药汁，即制得汤剂。每日1剂分2次口服，每次空腹服150ml左右。
本发明鱼腥草治实热、热毒、湿邪、疾热为患的肺痈、疮疡肿毒；鸭跖草能清热，解毒，利尿；翻白草清热解毒 、凉血止血，可治疗痢疾、外伤出血、痔疮出血、痈肿疮毒；捆仙丝活血舒筋，理气祛风。治跌打损伤，下肢冷痛麻木，风湿手足麻木，牙痛；白芷有祛病除湿、排脓生肌、活血止痛等功能。主治风寒感冒、头痛、鼻炎、牙痛；海风藤祛风湿，通经络，止痹痛；功劳木清热，燥湿，解毒；狗尾草清热利湿，祛风明目，解毒，杀虫；剪刀股具有清热解毒，利尿消肿之功效。常用于肺脓疡，咽痛，目赤，乳腺炎，痈疽疮疡；骨碎补补肾，活血，止血。治肾虚久泻及腰痛，风湿痹痛，齿痛，耳鸣；大乌泡清热利湿，止血接骨。用于感冒发热、肠炎，痢疾，咯血；白茅根凉血止血，清热利尿；赤芍有清热凉血，活血祛瘀的功效；牛蒡子具有疏散风热，宣肺透疹，利咽散结，解毒消肿之功效；独活祛风除湿，痛痹止痛；王不留行具有活血通经，下乳消肿，利尿通淋的功效；花椒有温中散寒、健胃除湿、止痛杀虫、解毒理气、止痒祛腥的功效；佩兰有解热清暑、化湿健胃、止呕的作用。
本发明各原料还可按下表所列比例（重量百分比）混合的实施例来实现。其加工工艺与实施例1相同。
下面结合临床试验对本发明作进一步、详细地描述：
一般资料：
共收治牙龈炎患者60例，其中男27例，女33例，年龄11-51岁。
治疗方法：
每日实施例一药剂1剂分2次口服，每次空腹服150ml左右。
疗效判断标准：
治愈：疼痛消失，牙龈无出血，肿胀消退，外观恢复正常；
显效：疼痛缓解，牙龈肿胀消退，外观基本恢复正常；
无效：治疗后症状无明显改善。
治疗结果：
治疗一个周，患者中治愈49例，有效11例，无效例，总有效率100％，见效快，治愈率高，患者无不良反应。
典型病例：
邓某某，男，38岁，经常性牙龈肿痛牙龈出血，诊断为牙龈炎，服用本发明中药组合物治疗2天后出血停止，牙龈红肿减轻，继续治疗3天症状全部消失痊愈，随访半年未复发。
党某某，男，12岁，牙龈红肿、暗红色、龈沟加深，诊断为牙龈炎。用本发明中药组合物治疗3天后牙龈红肿减轻，继续治疗3天症状全部消失痊愈。

1.一种治疗牙龈炎的中药组合物，其特征在于由如下重量百分比的原料药制成：鱼腥草6～9%、鸭跖草11～14%、翻白草10～13%、捆仙丝4～6%、白芷5～8%、海风藤1～2%、功劳木6～8%、狗尾草4～7%、剪刀股2～4%、骨碎补3～5%、大乌泡2～5%、白茅根2～4%、赤芍3～5%、牛蒡子2～4%、独活3～5%、王不留行5～7%、花椒6～9%、佩兰2～4%，将上述原料药用水浸泡，煎熬后去渣得滤液。
