Abstract

本发明涉及一种马尾松角胫象引诱剂,其特征在于,该马尾松角胫象引诱剂活性成分是由(+)‑α‑蒎烯,(‑)‑β‑蒎烯,乙醇,乙醛,三蒈烯组成,可将本发明的马尾松角胫象引诱剂装入到100毫升(ml)至150毫升(ml)的低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)缓释瓶中制成诱芯,将诱芯设置于诱捕器上,可用于监测和预报马尾松角胫象的林间发生动态,评估其危害程度,指导其它防治措施适时进行,并同时诱杀马尾松角胫象成虫,具有显著的生态效益、经济效益和社会效益。

一种马尾松角胫象引诱剂
技术领域
本发明涉及一种马尾松角胫象引诱剂。
背景技术
马尾松角胫象Shirahoshizo patruelis,属鞘翅目(Coleoptera)象甲科Curculionidae隐喙象亚科 Cryptorhynchinae,是我国松树的重要蛀干害虫,以幼虫取食树表皮下1~3厘米的韧皮部与边材为害,破坏松树的输导组织致使松树衰弱枯死;主要分布于中国江苏、安徽、浙江、江西、福建、台湾、湖南、湖北、四川等地。
马尾松角胫象主要生存在树干3米以下相对比较潮湿的部位,幼虫孵化后即钻入树皮内,蛀食韧皮部及边材,聚集为害时,造成树皮与边材脱离,致松树枯死,隐蔽性强。
由于其钻蛀危害,隐蔽性强,因此,一般的化学农药难以防控,进而对幼虫的防治效果较差,而喷洒过量的农药还会毒杀林间其他的生物,造成周边环境的严重污染。
利用昆虫引诱剂防治害虫越来越受到人们重视,由于具有无毒、绿色、环保、高效、专一等一系列特性,特别是近十几年来,在林业重要害虫的防治中的应用已取得重大进展。
为此,本发明主要涉及一种马尾松角胫象引诱剂,不仅可应用于该虫的无公害防治及预测预报,而且具有显著的生态、经济和社会效益,提高松树林的木材材质、出材量。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种马尾松角胫象引诱剂,应用于该虫的无公害防治和预测预报。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种马尾松角胫象信息素组合物,其特征在于所述马尾松角胫象信息素组合物是以(+)-α-蒎烯,(-)-β-蒎烯,乙醇,乙醛,三蒈烯组成。
将上述化合物制备成引诱剂,装入到100毫升(ml)的低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)缓释瓶中即得马尾松角胫象引诱剂。
本发明不仅可以用来监测马尾松角胫象的种群动态,也可以直接诱杀马尾松角胫象,减少化学农药的使用,保护环境,减轻污染,具有显著的经济、生态和社会效益。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
广州市从化温泉自然保护区野外引诱试验。
采用4种不同处理的引诱剂,设置诱捕器和空白对照组,每一引诱剂逐一排列,相邻诱捕器之间间隔150米,诱捕器悬挂高度距地面1.5~2.0米。每一处理重复5次,总计25个诱捕器。
广东省河源市桂山林场野外引诱试验。

结果和分析
从化温泉自然保护区结果和分析
通过在从化温泉自然保护区的野外试验的结果表明,不同比例的组分配制成的引诱剂,均可以引诱到不同数量的马尾松角胫象成虫,其中发现(+)-α-蒎烯,(-)-β-蒎烯,乙醇,乙醛,三蒈烯五种组分以 9∶1∶0.5∶0.5∶0.5为比例配制的引诱剂引诱效果较好,在高峰期内可诱到1883只马尾松角胫象成虫;在对照组的实验中,发现诱捕器在马尾松角胫象高峰期内也会收集少量成虫。
河源市桂山林场结果和分析
通过在河源市桂山林场的野外试验的结果表明,4种配比的引诱剂也都可以引诱到不同数量的马尾松角胫象成虫,其中依然是以(+)-α-蒎烯,(-)-β-蒎烯,乙醇,乙醛,三蒈烯五种组分以9∶1∶0.5∶0.5∶0.5 为比例配制的引诱剂引诱效果最好。
花都区芙蓉嶂结果和分析
在花都区芙蓉嶂的野外试验的结果,与前两个地区的试验结果相近,不同的引诱剂都可以诱到大量的马尾松角胫象成虫,其中依然是以(+)-α-蒎烯,(-)-β-蒎烯,乙醇,乙醛,三蒈烯五种组分以9∶1∶0.5∶0.5∶0.5 为比例配制的引诱剂引诱效果最好。
野外试验结果表明,本发明在三个试验地区内均可引诱到大量的马尾松角胫象成虫,其中从化温泉自然保护区的马尾松角胫象的种群密度最大。
结论
截止目前,国内外并没有报道马尾松角胫象引诱剂组分,本发明首次发现并报道了马尾松角胫象引诱剂。

Claims (5)

1.一种马尾松角胫象引诱剂,其特征在于所述马尾松角胫象引诱剂是由植物源挥发物与有机溶剂组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的马尾松角胫象引诱剂,其特征在于其引诱剂成分由(+)-α-蒎烯,(-)-β-蒎烯,乙醇,乙醛,三蒈烯组成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的马尾松角胫象引诱剂,其特征在于:(+)-α-蒎烯,(-)-β-蒎烯,乙醇,乙醛,三蒈烯的比例为6-10∶1-5∶0-5∶0-5∶0-5。
4.根据权利要求3所述的马尾松角胫象引诱剂,其特征在于:将各组分按比例混合制成引诱剂,再装入缓释载体中制成诱芯。
5.根据权利要求4所述的缓释载体,其特征为以低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)为材料的圆柱形缓释瓶,其容量为100毫升至150毫升。
