the detection unit 510 is used for detecting an angle value of the microphone device by using a level meter device arranged in the microphone device, wherein the angle value is an included angle between a central axis from the top end of a mark of the microphone device to the tail end of the handle and a horizontal plane;
a matching judgment unit 520, configured to judge whether the angle value matches a preset condition;
a start control unit 530, configured to start the microphone apparatus to enter an operating state when the matching judgment unit 520 determines that the angle value matches the preset condition.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the detecting unit 510 detects an angle value of the microphone device, which is an included angle between a central axis from the top end of the microphone device to the tail end of the handle and a horizontal plane, by using a level device built in the microphone device, the matching determining unit 520 determines whether the angle value matches a preset condition, and if the angle value matches the preset condition, the control unit 530 is started to start the microphone device to enter a working state. For example, as described with reference to fig. 2, when the microphone apparatus is placed horizontally on a horizontal plane, the angle between the central axis and the horizontal plane is a1, and when the microphone apparatus is vertical to the horizontal plane, the angle between the central axis and the horizontal plane is a2(90 degrees), then (a1, a2) is set as a preset range for starting the microphone apparatus, and when the microphone apparatus is not in an operating state (i.e., in a closed state), an angle value a0 is detected, and when a1 < a0 < a2 is satisfied, the microphone apparatus starts itself to enter the operating state. It should be noted that (a1, a2) indicates that the two endpoints a1 and a2 are not included.
It can be understood that if the voltage value is taken as the angle value of the microphone device, an infinite number of tests are performed to obtain a range of voltage values, the range of voltage values can correspondingly reflect the angle value when the microphone device is tilted, that is, the range of the set voltage value, and then after reading the voltage value from the level device, whether the voltage value belongs to the range is determined, and if so, the start control unit 530 starts the microphone device to enter the working state.

a rule determining unit 710, configured to determine whether a change rule of the angle value within a preset duration matches a preset rule;
the above-mentioned starting control unit 530 is configured to, when the angle value matches the preset condition, start the microphone device to enter the working state specifically by:
the start control unit 520 is configured to start the microphone device to enter the working state when the change rule of the angle value within the preset time length matches the preset rule.
The rule determining unit 710 is specifically configured to detect whether the angle value varies irregularly within a preset time period, and if the angle value varies irregularly within the preset time period, it is indicated that the angle value matches the preset rule, and if the angle value is a fixed value within the preset time period, it is indicated that the angle value does not match the preset rule.

The memory 820 may optionally be at least one storage device located remotely from the processor 810 as previously described. Wherein the processor 810 may be combined with the microphone apparatus described in fig. 5 to 7, the memory 820 stores a set of program codes, and the processor 810 calls the program codes stored in the memory 820 to perform the following operations:
detecting an angle value of the microphone equipment by using a level instrument device arranged in the microphone equipment, wherein the angle value is an included angle between a central axis from the top end of a mark of the microphone equipment to the tail end of a handle and a horizontal plane;
judging whether the angle value is matched with a preset condition or not;
and when the angle value is matched with the preset condition, starting the microphone equipment to enter a working state.
Optionally, the processor 810 may be further configured to perform the following steps:
and when the angle value is not matched with the preset condition, judging whether the microphone equipment is in a working state, and when the microphone equipment is in the working state, closing the microphone equipment.
Optionally, the processor 810 may be further configured to perform the following steps:
acquiring a current time point, and judging whether the current time point belongs to a specific time period or not;
and when the current time point belongs to the specific time period, reading a voltage value of a level device built in the microphone device as the angle value.

acquiring a current time point, and judging whether the current time point belongs to a specific time period or not;
when the current time point belongs to the specific time period, reading a voltage value of a level meter device built in the microphone device as the angle value;
judging whether the angle value is matched with a preset condition or not;
when the angle value is matched with the preset condition, starting the microphone equipment to enter a working state;
the judging whether the angle value is matched with a preset condition includes:
judging whether the change rule of the angle value in a preset time length is matched with a preset rule or not;
when the angle value is matched with the preset condition, starting the microphone device to enter a working state, wherein the working state comprises the following steps:
and when the change rule of the angle value in the preset time length is matched with the preset rule, starting the microphone equipment to enter a working state.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and when the angle value is not matched with the preset condition, judging whether the microphone equipment is in a working state, and when the microphone equipment is in the working state, closing the microphone equipment.

judging whether the angle value belongs to a preset range or not;
when the angle value is matched with the preset condition, starting the microphone device to enter a working state, wherein the working state comprises the following steps:

the matching judgment unit is used for judging whether the angle value is matched with a preset condition or not;
the starting control unit is used for starting the microphone equipment to enter a working state when the matching judgment unit determines that the angle value is matched with the preset condition;
the mode that the detection unit is used for detecting the angle value of the microphone device by utilizing a level meter device built in the microphone device is specifically as follows:
the detection unit is used for acquiring a current time point and judging whether the current time point belongs to a specific time period; when the current time point belongs to the specific time period, reading a voltage value of a level meter device built in the microphone device as the angle value;
the matching judgment unit includes:
