In one embodiment, the reel driver 13 may drive the first reel body 111 to rotate in two directions, one direction is a direction to wind the first flexible screen 22 around the first reel body 111, and the other direction is a direction to unwind the first flexible screen 22.
In another embodiment, the reel driver 13 may drive the first reel body 111 to rotate in a first direction, and a torque spring is disposed between the flexible screen terminal and the first reel body 111 for providing a torque force for rotating the first reel body 111 in a second direction, where the first direction is opposite to the second direction.
The first spool body 111 of spool drive 13 drive rotates, and first spool body 111 drives torque spring and produces deformation simultaneously, makes torque spring accumulate power, and the mechanical energy of first spool body 111 converts the deformation energy into and saves in torque spring, and when spool drive 13 stopped to act on first spool body 111, torque spring released deformation energy will be converted into mechanical energy, drives first spool body 111 and rotates. When the torque spring drives the first reel body 111 to rotate, electric energy does not need to be consumed, and energy can be saved.
The above description about the first spool body 111 is equally applicable to the second spool body 121.
In the flexible screen terminal provided in this embodiment, the reel mechanism 10 includes a reel driver 13, and the reel driver 13 is in transmission connection with the first reel body and the second reel body, and is configured to drive the first reel body and the second reel body to rotate, so as to wind the first flexible screen 22 on the first reel body 111 or unwind the first flexible screen 22 from the first reel body 111, and wind the second flexible screen 23 on the second reel body 121 or unwind the second flexible screen 23 from the second reel body 121.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, a first supporting mechanism 60 is disposed on the back of the first flexible screen 22, and the first supporting mechanism 60 is a plurality of strips parallel to the axial direction of the first reel body 111;
a second supporting mechanism 61 is arranged on the back of the second flexible screen 23, and the second supporting mechanism 61 is a plurality of strip-shaped objects parallel to the axial direction of the second reel body 121.
As shown in fig. 9, the first supporting mechanism 60 is disposed on the back surface of the first flexible screen 22, i.e. the surface of the first flexible screen 22 opposite to the display surface of the first flexible screen 22. A protective layer can be arranged outside the first supporting mechanism 60 on the back side to prevent the first supporting mechanism 60 from damaging the screen of the first flexible screen 22.
The first support mechanism 60 is a rigid, elongated object fixed to the back of the first flexible screen 22 for supporting the first flexible screen 22.
The first supporting mechanism 60 may further include a strip perpendicular to the axial direction of the first reel body 111, the strip is movably connected by a plurality of short hard objects, and when the first flexible screen 22 is wound around the first reel body 111, the strip can be wound with the first flexible screen 22, and when the first flexible screen 22 is unwound, the strip can be extended with the first flexible screen 22 to form a hard strip for supporting the first flexible screen 22.
The above description of the first reel body 111 applies to the second reel body 121, the description of the first support mechanism 60 applies to the second support mechanism 61, and fig. 9 also applies to the second reel body 121 and the second support mechanism 61.
In the flexible screen terminal provided in this embodiment, a supporting mechanism is disposed on the back of the first flexible screen 22, and the supporting mechanism is in a strip shape parallel to the axial direction of the first reel body 111, and can be used to support the unfolded flexible screen, so as to obtain a good display effect.
Further, in an embodiment, the flexible screen terminal includes limiting structures 70 disposed on the outer shell 30 on two sides of the main screen in the length direction, and the limiting structures are used for controlling the extending lengths of the first flexible screen 22 and the second flexible screen 23.
Referring to fig. 10, a position limiting structure 70 is disposed at a peripheral position of the flexible screen extension opening 40, the position limiting structure 70 is disposed on the outer shell 30 at both sides of the flexible screen terminal main screen in the length direction and is adjacent to a slidable structure of the flexible screen extension opening 40, and the position limiting structure 70 can be manually pushed by a user to slide in a direction biased toward the flexible screen extension opening 40.
The limiting structure 70 may be a small sheet, and may be made of plastic or metal, and after the user pushes the flexible screen extending opening 40, the limiting structure 70 is fastened to one end or two ends of the first supporting mechanism 60 (one side of the flexible screen terminal may be provided with one or two limiting structures 70, and if there are two limiting structures 70, the two limiting structures are provided on two sides of the flexible screen extending opening 40).
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, the position-limiting structure 70 is attached to the outer housing on both sides of the length direction of the main screen of the flexible screen terminal in a plane, and the first flexible screen 22 and/or the second flexible screen 23 extend perpendicular to both sides of the length direction of the main screen of the flexible screen terminal in a normal use state, so that the first flexible screen 22 and/or the second flexible screen 23 are perpendicular to the position-limiting structure 70, and the first supporting mechanism 60 disposed on the back of the first flexible screen 22 and/or the second flexible screen 23 is also perpendicular to the position-limiting structure 70 as a whole, when the position-limiting structure 70 (the small sheet capable of being pulled) is pushed to slide in a direction deviating to the flexible screen extending port 40, the position-limiting structure 70 can be embedded into the first supporting mechanism 60 to perform a position-limiting function, thereby preventing the flexible screen from continuously extending outward or winding inward.
The limiting structure 70 is arranged in the embodiment, the extended flexible screen can be fixed in length, and the length of the first flexible screen 22 or the second flexible screen extending out of the flexible screen extension port 40 can be manually controlled by a user, so that the requirement of the user can be met.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 11, the reel mechanism further includes a gear assembly, which includes a first gear 80 disposed on the inner side and the outer side of the first reel body 111, a second gear 81 disposed on the reel drive 13, and a third gear 82 disposed on the inner side and the outer side of the second reel body 121;
one end or two ends of the first supporting mechanism 60 are engaged with the first gear 80 at the outer side of the first reel body 111, and the first gear 80 at the inner side of the first reel body 111 is engaged with the second gear 81;
one end or both ends of the second support mechanism 61 are engaged with the third gear 82 outside the second reel body 121, and the third gear 82 inside the second reel body 121 is engaged with the second gear 81.
The supporting mechanism is a plurality of elongated objects, two ends of which refer to two ends in the length direction, and the supporting mechanism is an elongated object, and two ends of which are thinner, so that two ends of the first supporting mechanism 60 can be engaged with the first gear 80 outside the first reel body 111. One end of the first support mechanism 60 may be engaged with the first gear 80 outside the first spool body 111.
The first spool body 111 may be hollow or the first spool body 111 may be solid but hollow at the port for setting the teeth of the first gear 80.
Second gear 81 that sets up on reel drive 13 meshes with the inboard first gear 80 of first reel body 111 mutually, and when reel drive 13 rotated, second gear 81 rotated through driving first gear 80, and then drives first reel body 111 and rotate, and when first reel body 111 rotated, pivoted first gear 80 can drive first supporting mechanism 60 one end or both ends atress, and first supporting mechanism 60 drives first flexible screen 22 again and rotates along with first reel body 111.
The flexible screen terminal that this embodiment provided, through set up first supporting mechanism 60 at first flexible screen 22 back, the one end or both ends of first supporting mechanism 60 mesh with the first gear 80 in the first spool body 111 outside mutually, the inboard first gear 80 of first spool body 111 meshes with the second gear 81 that sets up on the spool drive 13 again mutually, make after spool drive 13 rotates, can drive first spool body 111 and rotate, first spool body 111 drives the first flexible screen 22 of accessible again around rolling up or expanding on first spool body 111, drive setting up layer upon layer can guarantee when first spool body 111 rotates like this, first flexible screen 22 also rotates smoothly, prevent that first flexible screen 22 card can't stretch out on first spool body 111.
The above description of the first spool body 111, the first gear 80, and the first support mechanism 60 applies equally to the second spool body 121, the third gear 82, and the second support mechanism 61.
In one embodiment, the flexible screen terminal comprises a control button and a control circuit electrically connected with the control button;
the control circuit is electrically connected with the scroll driver 13 and is used for controlling the scroll driver 13 to rotate according to the control command when receiving the control command from the control button so as to wind or unwind the flexible screen.
The control button is arranged at the side edge of the flexible screen terminal and can be one or more, and the control button is electrically connected with the control circuit and sends a control instruction to the control circuit so as to control the rotation of the scroll drive 13.
Through setting up control button, can make things convenient for the user to utilize control button to send control command to reel drive 13, in an embodiment, control button is only one, the user is through once pressing control button, control reel drive 13 operation, rotate with drive first reel body 111 and/or second reel body 121, thereby realize launching or the winding of first flexible screen 22 and/or second flexible screen, when the user presses control button once more, can control first reel body 111 and/or second reel body 121 stall, when pressing once more, can control first reel body 111 and/or second reel body 121 and move around. In another embodiment, there are a plurality of control buttons, each corresponding to a different function, one corresponding to the first flexible screen 22 and/or the second flexible screen being unwound, one corresponding to the first flexible screen 22 and/or the second flexible screen being wound, and one corresponding to the first reel body 111 and/or the second reel body 121 being rotated being paused. The flexible screen terminal provided by the embodiment can be conveniently and quickly controlled by a user to unwind and wind the first flexible screen 22 and/or the second flexible screen through the control button.

Claims (8)

1. A flexible screen terminal is characterized by comprising a scroll mechanism and a flexible screen, wherein the flexible screen comprises a main screen, a first flexible screen and a second flexible screen;
the scroll mechanism comprises a first scroll mechanism and a second scroll mechanism which are arranged on two sides of the length direction of the main screen;
the first reel mechanism comprises a first reel body, and the first flexible screen is wound on the first reel body;
the second reel mechanism comprises a second reel body, and the second flexible screen is wound on the second reel body;
a first supporting mechanism is arranged on the back of the first flexible screen, and the first supporting mechanism is a plurality of strip-shaped objects parallel to the axial direction of the first reel body; a second support mechanism is arranged on the back of the second flexible screen, and the second support mechanism is a plurality of strip-shaped objects parallel to the axial direction of the second reel body;
the reel mechanism comprises a reel drive and a gear assembly, wherein the gear assembly comprises first gears arranged on the inner side and the outer side of the first reel body, second gears arranged on the reel drive, and third gears arranged on the inner side and the outer side of the second reel body; one end or two ends of the first supporting mechanism are meshed with a first gear on the outer side of a first reel body, and the first gear on the inner side of the first reel body is meshed with the second gear; one end or two ends of the second supporting mechanism are meshed with a third gear on the outer side of the second reel body, and the third gear on the inner side of the second reel body is meshed with the second gear.
2. The flexible screen terminal of claim 1, wherein the flexible screen terminal comprises an outer housing, the reel mechanism being disposed in the outer housing.
3. The flexible screen terminal of claim 2, wherein the flexible screen terminal has a flexible screen extension and side covers on both lengthwise sides of a main screen;
the fixed side of the side cover in the length direction is fixedly connected with the outer shell, and the movable side of the side cover is detachably connected with the outer shell;
the side cover is used for winding when accomodating in flexible screen terminal at the flexible screen, the activity side of side cover with the shell body is connected, in order to close the flexible screen stretches out the mouth.
4. The flexible screen terminal of claim 2, wherein the main screen has flexible screen extension openings at both sides in a length direction;
the first end of the first flexible screen is fixed on the first reel body, and a screen dragging structure is fixedly arranged on the second end parallel to the first end;

5. A flexible screen terminal according to claim 1, wherein said reel mechanism is drivingly connected to said first reel body and said second reel body for driving rotation of said first reel body and said second reel body.
6. The flexible screen terminal of claim 5, wherein the flexible screen terminal comprises a control button and control circuitry electrically connected thereto;
the control circuit is electrically connected with the scroll drive and used for controlling the scroll drive to rotate according to the control command when receiving the control command from the control button so as to realize the winding or unwinding of the flexible screen.
7. The flexible screen terminal of claim 5, wherein the reel drive drives the first reel body and the second reel body to rotate in a first direction;
the reel mechanism further comprises a torque spring, the torque spring is connected with the flexible screen terminal, the first reel body and the second reel body and used for driving the first reel body and the second reel body to rotate towards the second direction, and the first direction and the second direction are opposite.
8. The flexible screen terminal of claim 1, wherein the flexible screen terminal comprises a limiting structure disposed on the outer housing on both sides of the main screen in the length direction, and the limiting structure is used for controlling the extending length of the first flexible screen and the second flexible screen.
