The positionable shopping cart comprises a queuing controller and a shopping cart. The queuing controller comprises a picture recognition control device, three cameras, a silica gel protection display screen, a unitary bicycle lock, a WIFI device, an inertial sensor, an ultrasonic distance sensor and a wireless rechargeable battery; the main machine part is arranged at the handle of the shopping cart.
