After the erasing is successful, the device receives a card inserting control signal through the IC card switching control interface 13, and transmits the card inserting control signal to the analog switch integrated circuit 31 in the IC card switching analog switch module 3 through the IC card switching control line 32, and the analog switch integrated circuit 31 communicates the IC card data connection bus 112 with the analog card connection bus 711 after receiving the card inserting control signal; the device receives a card selection control signal sent by an external controller through the IC card selection control interface 14, and transmits the card selection control signal to the analog switch integrated circuit 21 in the IC card selection analog switch module 2 through the IC card selection control line 22, and the analog switch integrated circuit 21 selects the logic encryption card data bus 51 or the CPU card data bus 61 to be communicated with the IC card data connection bus 112 according to the received card selection control signal. The above two steps are completed, and the checking and charging device or the whole gas meter can be communicated with the logic encryption card chip 5 or the CPU card chip 6 through the standard IC card contact 71, the analog card connection bus 711, the IC card data connection bus 112, the logic encryption card data bus 51 or the CPU card data bus 61.
After the communication is completed, the device receives a card in-place signal through the IC card in-place control interface, the card in-place signal is transmitted to the analog switch integrated circuit 41 in the IC card in-place analog switch module through the IC card in-place control line 42, the single-pole single-throw analog electronic switch inside the analog switch integrated circuit 41 is closed after the in-place signal is received, and the in-place switch inside the card seat of the checking counter or the gas meter is triggered through the in-place switch contact I721 and the in-place switch contact II 722 in the analog interface card 7, so that the checking counter or the gas meter complete machine starts to perform external card reading and writing operation through the standard IC card contact 71, the analog card connection bus 711, the IC card data connection bus 112, the logic encryption card data bus 51 or the CPU card data bus 61 and the logic encryption card chip 5 or the CPU card chip 6.
When the external controller needs to acquire the internal data of the on-check meter or the gas meter complete machine, a group of data is firstly transmitted to the on-check meter or the gas meter complete machine through the device according to the operation, and after the on-check meter or the gas meter complete machine reads the group of data, the on-check meter or the gas meter complete machine can write the self parameters back into an IC card chip (a logic encryption card chip 5 or a CPU card chip 6) in the device. Then the external controller will send out the card control signal again, the device receives the card control signal through the IC card switching control interface 13, and transmits the card control signal to the analog switch integrated circuit 31 in the IC card switching analog switch module 3 through the IC card switching control line 32, and the analog switch integrated circuit 31 communicates the IC card data connection bus 112 with the IC card data read-write bus 111 after receiving the card control signal. The device receives a card selection control signal sent by an external controller through the IC card selection control interface 14, and transmits the card selection control signal to the analog switch integrated circuit 21 in the IC card selection analog switch module 2 through the IC card selection control line 22, and the analog switch integrated circuit 21 selects the logic encryption card data bus 51 or the CPU card data bus 61 to be communicated with the IC card data connection bus 112 according to the received card selection control signal. The external controller can communicate with the logic encryption card chip 5 or the CPU card chip 6 through the IC card data interface 11, the IC card read-write data bus 111, the IC card data connection bus 112, the logic encryption card data bus 51 or the CPU card data bus 61 and read the data in the communicated IC card chip, thereby obtaining the internal data of the checking meter or the gas meter complete machine.

An automatic detecting device for reading and writing a card of an intelligent IC card gas meter is characterized in that: the device consists of an IC card data and control interface, an IC card selection analog switch module, an IC card switching analog switch module, an IC card in-place analog switch module, a logic encryption card chip, a CPU card chip and an analog interface card, wherein the IC card data and control interface is connected with the IC card selection analog switch module, the IC card switching analog switch module and the IC card in-place analog switch module;
the IC card data and control interface consists of an IC card data interface, an IC card in-place control interface, an IC card switching control interface and an IC card selection control interface, wherein the IC card data and control interface is a circuit interface and is used for receiving external control signals and simultaneously serving as an input and output interface of the IC card data; the IC card data interface is connected with the IC card switching analog switch module through an IC card data read-write bus, the IC card in-place control interface is connected with the IC card in-place analog switch module through an IC card in-place control line, the IC card switching control interface is connected with the IC card switching analog switch module through an IC card switching control line, the IC card selection control interface is connected with the IC card selection analog switch module through an IC card selection control line, and the IC card in-place control interface, the IC card switching control interface and the IC card selection control interface are used for receiving control signals of an external controller and controlling analog switch integrated circuits in the IC card in-place analog switch module, the IC card switching analog switch module and the IC card selection analog switch module;
the IC card switching analog switch module consists of an analog switch integrated circuit and an IC card switching control line, wherein a single-pole double-throw analog electronic switch is arranged in the analog switch integrated circuit, one of two fixed ends of the single-pole double-throw analog electronic switch is connected with an IC card data interface through an IC card read-write data bus, the other of the two fixed ends of the single-pole double-throw analog electronic switch is connected with an analog interface card through an analog card connecting bus, a public end of the single-pole double-throw analog electronic switch is connected to the IC card data connecting bus, the analog switch integrated circuit is connected to the IC card switching control interface through the IC card switching control line, and the public end of the single-pole double-throw analog electronic switch is communicated with one of the two fixed ends according to a control signal on the IC card switching control line, so that the IC card data connecting bus is connected with the IC card read-write data bus or the analog card connecting bus.

The automatic detection device for the read-write card of the intelligent IC card gas meter according to claim 1, wherein the IC card selection analog switch module consists of an analog switch integrated circuit and an IC card selection control line, a single-pole double-throw analog electronic switch is arranged in the analog switch integrated circuit, one of two fixed ends of the single-pole double-throw analog electronic switch is communicated with the logic encryption card chip through a logic encryption card data bus, the other of the two fixed ends of the single-pole double-throw analog electronic switch is communicated with the CPU card chip through a CPU card data bus, a common end of the single-pole double-throw analog electronic switch is connected to an IC card data connection bus, the analog switch integrated circuit is connected to an IC card selection control interface through the IC card selection control line, and the common end of the single-pole double-throw analog electronic switch is communicated with one of the two fixed ends according to a control signal on the IC card selection control line, so that the logic encryption card chip or the CPU card chip is connected to the IC card data bus through the logic encryption card data bus or the CPU card data bus.

The automatic detection device for the read-write card of the intelligent IC card gas meter is characterized in that the IC card in-place analog switch module consists of an analog switch integrated circuit and an IC card in-place control line, a single-pole single-throw analog electronic switch is arranged in the analog switch integrated circuit, two ends of the single-pole single-throw analog electronic switch are respectively connected with an in-place switch contact I and an in-place switch contact II on the analog interface card, the analog switch integrated circuit is connected to the IC card in-place control interface through the IC card in-place control line, and the single-pole single-throw analog electronic switch is closed or opened according to a control signal on the IC card in-place control line, so that the in-place switch contact I and the in-place switch contact II on the analog interface card are controlled to be conducted or turned off.

The automatic detection device for the read-write card of the intelligent IC card gas meter according to claim 3, wherein the analog interface card consists of a standard IC card contact and an in-place switch contact, and the in-place switch contact consists of an in-place switch contact I and an in-place switch contact II; the analog interface card is an electronic circuit board with the outline dimension conforming to the ISO/IEC 7810 standard, and the standard IC card contacts are arranged at the positions required by the ISO/IEC 7810 standard and are connected with the analog card connecting bus; the standard IC card contact is used for being in contact communication with a reed in a card holder when the analog interface card is inserted into the card holder on the to-be-detected fee counter or the gas meter complete machine, so that an IC card read-write bus in the to-be-detected fee counter or the gas meter complete machine is connected with an analog card connecting bus, and then is communicated with a logic encryption card chip or a CPU card chip through an IC card data connecting bus, a logic encryption card data bus and a CPU card data bus under the control of an analog switch integrated circuit and a single-pole double-throw analog electronic switch in the analog switch integrated circuit, so that the fee counter or the gas meter complete machine reads and writes the IC card chip in the device.

The automatic detection device for the read-write card of the intelligent IC card gas meter is characterized in that the in-place switch contact I and the in-place switch contact II are respectively communicated with two ends of a mechanical in-place switch in a card holder when an analog interface card is inserted into an IC card holder in a to-be-detected charging device or a gas meter complete machine, so that two ends of the switch in the card holder are connected to two ends of a single-pole single-throw analog electronic switch in the analog switch integrated circuit, and a control signal received by an IC card in-place control interface controls the analog switch integrated circuit through an IC card in-place control line so as to control on-off of the in-place switch of the IC card holder in the to-be-detected charging device or the gas meter complete machine.

The automatic detection device for the read-write card of the intelligent IC card gas meter according to claim 3, wherein the logic encryption card chip is a physical SLE4442 logic encryption card, the logic encryption card chip is selected to be communicated with an IC card data interface or an analog interface card through an IC card switching analog switch module after being gated by the IC card switching analog switch module, and when the logic encryption card chip is communicated with the IC card data interface, an external controller writes data into the logic encryption card chip through the IC card data interface, so that the logic encryption card chip becomes a tool card required for detection, and the data can be read out from the logic encryption card chip, thereby obtaining the internal parameters of an on-site detection fee counter or the whole gas meter; when the logic encryption card is communicated with the analog interface card, the analog interface card is communicated with an IC card seat on the checking and charging device or the gas meter complete machine, so that the reading and writing of the logic encryption card chip by the charging device or the gas meter complete machine using the logic encryption card are realized.

the external controller sends out the card selecting control signal immediately after sending out the card making and reading control signal and the card inserting control signal so as to indicate whether the logic encryption card or the CPU card needs to be operated currently.
