Abstract
The invention discloses a high-temperature-resistant polytetrafluoroethylene composite conveyer belt, which comprises a conveyer belt body, a composite layer arranged on the surface of the conveyer belt body, a PTFE layer arranged on the surface of the composite layer and a reinforcing layer arranged on the inner side of the conveyer belt body, wherein the PTFE layer is arranged on the surface of the composite layer; the PTFE layer is a PTFE compact film; the composite layer is a PTFE microporous membrane; the composite layer is connected with the conveyor belt body and the PTFE layer through thermal composite bonding. The invention solves the problems existing in the prior art.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a food conveying belt body, in particular to a high-temperature-resistant polytetrafluoroethylene composite conveying belt.
Background
The conveyer belt is mainly used for conveying solid materials of enterprises such as mines, metallurgy, steel, coal, water and electricity, building materials, chemical industry, grains and the like. The prior food transportation machinery mainly adopts a belt conveying mode, the conveying belt body is generally made of PVC, PU or stainless steel, and when in high-temperature production or high-temperature sterilization of foods, such as chocolate, milk and the like, the former two materials are extremely easy to generate color permeation, cracking, wrinkling, aging and the like under the high-temperature environment of 100-135 ℃, and the stainless steel does not have the functions of stain resistance, stain resistance and the like.
Polytetrafluoroethylene (hereinafter abbreviated as PTFE) is one of the most corrosion-resistant materials in the world today, has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, small friction coefficient, no adhesion of any substances and the like, and has a very wide application range at present.
However, in the case of increasingly stringent requirements for food safety nowadays, conventional production processes have failed to meet the requirements on the standards. Therefore, there is a need for new production process conditions that are more compatible with food safety requirements.

the high-temperature-resistant polytetrafluoroethylene composite conveyer belt comprises a conveyer belt body, a composite layer arranged on the surface of the conveyer belt body, a PTFE layer arranged on the surface of the composite layer and a reinforcing layer arranged on the inner side of the conveyer belt body, wherein the PTFE layer is arranged on the surface of the composite layer;
the PTFE layer is a PTFE compact film;
the composite layer is a PTFE microporous membrane;
the composite layer is connected with the conveyor belt body and the PTFE layer through thermal composite bonding.
The thickness of the composite layer and the PTFE layer is 30-50 um.
The conveyer belt body be PU material.
And the PTFE layer is also provided with anti-slip points.
In the technical scheme, the high-temperature-resistant polytetrafluoroethylene composite conveyer belt provided by the invention has the following beneficial effects:

As shown in FIG. 1, the high temperature resistant polytetrafluoroethylene composite conveyer belt provided by the invention comprises a conveyer belt body 1, a composite layer 2 arranged on the surface of the conveyer belt body 1, and a PTFE layer 3 arranged on the surface of the composite layer 2, wherein the PTFE material has the advantages of corrosion resistance, stain resistance, high temperature resistance (more than or equal to 350 ℃), aging resistance, wear resistance, stain resistance, low permeability and the like, and the composite layer 2 and the conveyer belt body 3, the composite layer 2 and the PTFE layer 3 are connected through thermal composite bonding, and a reinforcing layer 4 is further compounded on the inner side surface of the conveyer belt body 1, so that the strength between the inner side surface of the conveyer belt body 1 and a rotating roller can be improved, and breakage is prevented.
Preferably, the conveyor belt body 1 is made of PU material, which has no peculiar smell, has the characteristics of oil resistance, corrosion resistance, cold resistance, cutting resistance and the like to a certain extent, and saves the manufacturing cost.
Preferably, the PTFE layer 3 is a PTFE compact film, and the PTFE layer 3 is in direct contact with products on a food processing production line, and the characteristics of the PTFE compact film, such as small pore diameter and porosity, and PTFE material, enable the conveyer belt to have the characteristics of good corrosion resistance, pollution resistance, high temperature resistance (more than or equal to 350 ℃), aging resistance, pollution resistance, low permeability and the like, and meet the standard requirements of the current food sanitation safety.
Preferably, the composite layer 2 is a PTFE microporous membrane, and because the PTFE layer 3 and the conveyor belt body 1 are made of different materials, the PTFE layer 3 and the conveyor belt body 1 cannot be directly bonded and connected by thermal compounding, so that the composite layer 2 and the PTFE layer 3 are made of the same material, the composite layer 2 and the conveyor belt body 1 can be directly bonded and connected by thermal compounding, and after the composite layer 2 and the conveyor belt body 1 are subjected to thermal compounding, the PU material of the conveyor belt body 1 can permeate into micropores of the composite layer 2 to form bonding connection, and the bonding is very firm.
Preferably, the thickness of the composite layer 2 and the PTFE layer 3 is 30-50 um, and the thickness range is suitable.
Preferably, the conveyer belt body 1 can set up the several bump at first on its surface interval when the preparation, after thermal composite upper compound layer 2 and PTFE layer 3 in proper order, can form corresponding skid resistant point 5 on PTFE layer 3, can prevent at the in-process of carrying article, because the phenomenon that the inertia effect leads to article to skid appears on the conveyer belt.
