作为本发明的优选技术方案,所述加工余量检测器、导轨和调节臂与机床本体上均设有装饰涂层。
作为本发明的优选技术方案,所述机床本体上安装有支腿。
作为本发明的优选技术方案,所述冷却液箱的下端安装有输入软管。
现场使用时,操作人员将装置整体放置到合适位置,再将装置整体固定,即可进行航天飞机构件生产工作。
与现有的技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过设置机床本体和冷却液箱有助于安装辅助生产器械及存储供给冷却液,通过设置加工余量检测器、导轨和调节臂有助于安装加工余量检测传感器、移动导向部件的位置并调节调节臂上辅助测量仪器的位置,且结构简单,操作方便,经济实用。
