In order to prevent the transparent cover 1 from interfering with the opening and closing of the cover 14, when the transparent cover 1 is connected to the upper panel 7 in a closed manner, the distance from the lock plate 18 of the cover 14 to the axis of the hinge shaft 16 of the box body 13 is smaller than the distance from the axis of the hinge shaft 16 to the right cover wall 12 of the transparent cover 1.
