a housing defining therein a first chamber, a second chamber and a third chamber, the first chamber being spaced apart from the second chamber, the first chamber being in communication with the third chamber, the housing being provided with an inlet in communication with the first chamber;

a shutter provided at the inlet to open and close the inlet;

the foaming device is arranged in the first cavity;

the partition plate is arranged between the first chamber and the third chamber and is provided with a plurality of through holes along the thickness direction;

the screen is arranged at the outlet end of the third chamber;

the comb teeth are arranged on the shell, one end of each comb tooth extends out of the outer peripheral face of the shell, and the other end of each comb tooth extends into the second cavity.

2. A hair care device as set forth in claim 1, wherein said foaming device comprises:

a drive device;

the push plate is arranged in the first cavity and is opposite to the partition plate, and the driving device is connected with the push plate so as to drive the push plate to move towards the partition plate;

and the stirring device is formed into a spiral stirring blade and is arranged between the push plate and the partition plate.

3. A hair treatment device as claimed in claim 2, wherein said push plate is provided with a groove along its thickness, the position of said groove corresponding to the position of said stirring means.
