In order to facilitate understanding of the embodiments of the present invention, a network architecture of the embodiments of the present invention is described below. Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a network architecture according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the network architecture of the embodiment of the present invention may include a UE and a base station. The network architecture is for wireless communication systems, in particular for LTE systems with licensed band assisted access (i.e. LAA-LTE systems). The LAA-LTE system refers to an LTE system in which a licensed band and an unlicensed band are used together by Carrier Aggregation (CA) or non-CA. For example, the mainstream deployment scenario is a scenario in which a licensed frequency band and an unlicensed frequency band are jointly used by carrier aggregation CA, that is, a carrier included in the licensed frequency band or a cell operating on the licensed frequency band is used as a main cell, and a carrier included in the unlicensed frequency band or a cell operating on the unlicensed frequency band is used as an auxiliary cell, where the main cell and the auxiliary cell may be deployed in a co-site manner or in a non-co-site manner, and an ideal backhaul path is provided between the two cells. The network architecture is not limited to the CA scenario, but may also be applied to other deployment scenarios, such as a scenario in which there is no ideal backhaul path between two cells (a primary cell and a secondary cell), or a scenario in which backhaul delay is large, which results in that information cannot be quickly coordinated between the two cells, and the like. The communication device according to the embodiment of the present invention may be any one of a relay node between the UE and the base station or the UE, and the UE may be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a palm computer, a Mobile Internet Device (MID) or other devices capable of supporting network interaction. The cell may be a cell corresponding to a base station, and the cell may belong to a macro base station or a base station corresponding to a small cell (small cell), where the small cell may include: urban cells (Metro cells), Micro cells (Micro cells), Pico cells (Pico cells), Femto cells (Femto cells), and the like, and the small cells have the characteristics of small coverage area and low transmission power, and are suitable for providing high-rate data transmission services. The carrier in the LTE system may have multiple cells working at the same frequency, and under some special scenarios, the concept of the carrier in the LTE system and the concept of the cell may also be considered to be the same. For example, in a CA scenario, when configuring a secondary carrier for a UE, the secondary carrier may simultaneously carry a carrier index of the secondary carrier and a Cell identity (Cell ID) of a secondary Cell operating on the secondary carrier, and in this case, the concept of the carrier and the Cell may be considered to be equivalent, for example, it is equivalent that the UE accesses one carrier and one Cell. The present invention will be described in terms of a concept of a cell.
The invention discloses an embodiment of an updating method for reporting channel state information time. The updating method for reporting the channel state information time comprises the following steps: determining a first reporting time of first channel state information and a first reference resource corresponding to the first channel state information; when the time of the first reference resource meets a preset condition, updating the reporting time of the first channel state information from the first reporting time to a second reporting time; the preset condition is that a time range between the time when the first reference resource is located and the first reporting time is greater than or equal to a time threshold, a reference resource different from the first reference resource exists between the first reporting time and the second reporting time, and the time range between the first reporting time and the second reporting time is smaller than the time threshold.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart of an updating method for reporting a time of channel state information according to a first embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, an updating method for reporting a time of channel state information according to an embodiment of the present invention may include steps S201 to S202:
s201, the UE determines a first reporting time of first channel state information and a first reference resource corresponding to the first channel state information.
In the embodiment of the present invention, a specific implementation manner of determining, by the UE, a first reporting time corresponding to the first channel state information is as follows: after the UE establishes communication connection with the base station, the base station sends channel state parameter information to the UE, wherein the channel state parameter information comprises parameter information used for determining the reporting time of reporting the channel state information; and the UE receives the channel state parameter information sent by the base station, and determines a first reporting time corresponding to the first channel state information according to the channel state parameter information including parameter information used for determining the reporting time of the channel state information. The base station can periodically send channel state parameter information to the UE; or, the base station may also send the channel state parameter information to the UE after a preset time after the UE establishes a communication connection with the base station; or, the base station may also directly send the channel state parameter information to the UE after the UE establishes the communication connection with the base station, and the like, which is not limited in the present invention. If the UE reports the channel state information periodically, the channel state parameter information may include a reporting period and an offset in the reporting period, so that the UE may determine a reporting time for reporting the channel state information; if the UE reports the channel state information non-periodically, the channel state parameter information may include an Uplink Scheduling Grant (Uplink Scheduling Grant), and after receiving the Uplink Scheduling Grant, the UE may determine the reporting time for reporting the channel state information according to a predefined relationship between the Uplink Scheduling Grant transmission time and the reporting time, for example, for an LTE system, the Uplink Scheduling Grant transmission time and the reporting time are both expressed by subframes, and the predefined relationship between the Uplink Scheduling Grant transmission time and the reporting time may be 4 milliseconds. The first channel state information may be, for example, rank indication RI, wideband channel quality indication CQI, or wideband precoding matrix indication PMI, or may be narrowband CQI, narrowband PMI, or the like. The first channel state information in the embodiment of the present invention is described by taking rank indication RI as an example.
In the embodiment of the present invention, a specific implementation manner of the UE determining the first reference resource corresponding to the first channel state information is as follows: and the UE determines a first reference resource corresponding to the first channel state information according to the first reporting time of the first channel state information. Specifically, the current third Generation partnership project (3 GPP) protocol defines reference resources used for measuring CSI. In the definition, the reference resource includes a time domain resource and a frequency domain resource, the time domain resource is generally represented by the time domain resource corresponding to the time unit in which the reference resource is located, the time unit may be any one of a radio frame, a subframe, a time slot and an OFDM symbol, and correspondingly, the time domain resource corresponding to the time unit may be the time domain resource included in the radio frame, the time domain resource included in the subframe, the time domain resource included in the time slot and the time domain resource included in the OFDM symbol; the frequency domain resources indicate all or a part of the frequency resources included in the time unit. In the embodiment of the present invention, time domain resources included in reference resources are mainly discussed, and frequency domain resources included in reference resources are not specifically limited. For the time domain resources included in the reference resources, the time domain resources may generally be represented by index numbers of time units in which the time domain resources are located, for example, for the CSI reported periodically, if the time at which the CSI is reported periodically is a subframe with a subframe index of n, a subframe index of a subframe in which the CSI reference resources corresponding to the reporting time are located is n-m, where m satisfies the following condition: of downlink or special subframes with m greater than or equal to 4 and making subframe n-m availableThe smallest integer value. The special subframe is a subframe format adopted in a Time Division Duplex (TDD) system, and includes a Downlink Pilot Time Slot (DwPTS), an Uplink Pilot Time Slot (UpPTS), and a Guard interval (Guard Period, GP) in the special subframe. Therefore, in order to ensure the accuracy of measuring the CSI by the UE in the LAA-LTE system, the reference resource for measuring the CSI may be defined as a subframe which is 4ms away from the CSI reporting time and is closest to the CSI reporting time and located within an on-duration, where the on-duration is a time period during which the base station serving the UE camps on the unlicensed frequency band resource and transmits data on the unlicensed frequency band. Therefore, the first reference resource is a subframe that is 4ms away from the first reporting time, is closest to the first reporting time, and is within the on-duration. It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the subframe index may be represented by a number in one radio frame, for example, a radio frame includes 10 subframes, the subframe index in one radio frame may be represented by k, where k is any integer from 0 to 9, in this case, if n-m mentioned above is less than 0, it indicates that the subframe corresponding to n-m precedes the radio frame where the subframe n is located, and if n-m is greater than 9, it indicates that the subframe corresponding to n-m follows the radio frame where the subframe n is located; on the other hand, the subframe index can also be used
Where nf represents a radio frame index number, which can be any integer from 0 to 1023, ns represents a slot index number, which can be any integer from 0 to 19,
indicating that x is rounded down and the "/" indicates a division operator. The reference resource in the embodiment of the present invention is located in a time period when a serving cell of the UE transmits data on an unlicensed frequency band; the reference resource includes a reference signal for measuring the channel state information, that is, the reference signal for measuring the channel state information is distributed in the reference resource, and the reference signal at least includes any one of the following: community publicReference Signal (CRS), Signal State information Reference Signal (CSI-RS), Demodulation Reference Signal (DMRS), and Discovery Reference Signal (DRS), wherein CSI-RS may further include non-Zero Power (NZP) CSI-RS and CSI-IM (CSI-interference measurement).
S202, when the time at which the first reference resource is located meets a preset condition, the UE updates the reporting time of the first channel state information from the first reporting time to a second reporting time, where the preset condition is that a time range between the time at which the first reference resource is located and the first reporting time is greater than or equal to a time threshold, a reference resource different from the first reference resource exists between the first reporting time and the second reporting time, and the time range between the first reporting time and the second reporting time is smaller than the time threshold.
The preset condition is that a time range between the time of the first reference resource and the first reporting time is greater than or equal to a time threshold. Or, in other words, when the first reference resource is an invalid reference resource, the UE updates the reporting time of the first csi from the first reporting time to a second reporting time. The invalid reference resource means that, if the UE calculates the channel state information according to the invalid reference resource, the calculated channel state information cannot reflect a channel state experienced when the UE receives the data service of the serving cell. For example, according to the manner defined by the existing protocol, as described in the specific step of determining the reference resource in step S201, it is not repeated herein, if the determined reference resource is located in the time range that the serving cell does not occupy the unlicensed frequency band, i.e. the off-duration of the corresponding serving cell in the unlicensed frequency band, the determined reference resource may be considered as an invalid reference resource, because, before the serving cell performs data transmission in the unlicensed frequency band, the usability of the unlicensed frequency band needs to be determined by using a listening mechanism, e.g. LBT, and once the serving cell performs data transmission in the unlicensed frequency band, in the time range of data transmission, other cells except the serving cell only listen to the serving cell during data transmission, and then perform data transmission in the time range of the serving cell, it remains silent, i.e. no data is sent. Therefore, when the serving cell is in the on-duration and the off-duration of the unlicensed frequency band, the level of channel interference experienced between the serving cell and the UE is different, and therefore, if the time at which the first reference resource is located is within the off-duration of the serving cell, the first reference resource may be considered as an invalid reference resource. That is to say, the preset condition may further include that the time at which the first reference resource is located is in a time period in which the serving cell of the UE does not send data on the unlicensed frequency band, or in a time period in which the serving cell does not preempt the channel use opportunity in the unlicensed frequency band. At this time, the UE may not report any information at the first reporting time; or reporting the special channel state information at the first reporting time to reflect that the reported channel state information is invalid, for example, the reported special channel state information may be out of range (OOR). And meanwhile, updating the first reporting time to a second reporting time.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, it is sensed that the serving cell is performing data transmission, or through a signal detection manner, or through an energy detection manner, or a combination of the two manners. The signal detection means detecting a signal transmitted by the serving cell, and the energy detection means that the data energy of the serving cell reaching other cells exceeds a certain threshold, for example, a power threshold.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the channel state information may include, in addition to the CQI, the PMI, and the RI, other information capable of reflecting when the serving cell communicates with the UE, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto. Wherein the time thresholds can be represented by at least one of the following: an integer number of subframes, an integer number of slots, an integer number of radio frames, an integer number of OFDM symbols. The time threshold is related to the channel state stationarity of the UE, for example, based on the consideration of the longest reporting period of the RI defined in the current 3GPP protocol, the reported RI is considered to be valid within the reporting period range, and can support the calculation of CQI or PMI. That is to say, when the time range between the time at which the first reference resource is located and the first reporting time is greater than or equal to the time threshold, it may be considered that the first channel state information calculated based on the first reference resource cannot reflect the channel state experienced by the UE on the channel where the UE is located. Said first time threshold and said second time threshold may be standardized; alternatively, the first time threshold and the second time threshold may be carried in channel state parameter information sent to the UE by the base station serving the UE, or may be preconfigured. The present invention is not limited thereto, and different first channel state information may correspond to different time thresholds.
And a reference resource different from the first reference resource exists between the first reporting time and the second reporting time. Specifically, please refer to fig. 2b, where fig. 2b is a schematic diagram of data transmission of an unlicensed frequency band, and the reference resource different from the first reference resource preempts the unlicensed frequency band resource between a first reporting time and a second reporting time for a serving cell that should serve the UE. If the serving cell serving the UE does not preempt the unlicensed frequency band resource between the first reporting time and the second reporting time, it is obvious that the reference resource corresponding to the second channel state information is close to the reference resource corresponding to the first channel state information, and therefore, the time range between the reference resource corresponding to the second reporting time and the second reporting time may still meet the preset condition. Therefore, in order to ensure the accuracy of the CSI received by the base station, when a reference resource different from the first reference resource exists between the first reporting time and the second reporting time, and a time range between the first reporting time and the second reporting time is smaller than the time threshold, the first reporting time is updated to the second reporting time. That is, the time range between the first reporting time and the second reporting time is smaller than the time threshold, and therefore, the time range between the time at which the reference resource different from the first reference resource is located and the second reporting time is necessarily smaller than the time threshold.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the second reporting time is an original configuration reporting time corresponding to the second channel state information. And the reporting time of the original configuration corresponding to the second channel state information is the reporting time for reporting the second channel state information, which is determined by the UE according to the channel state parameter information sent by the base station. The second channel state information is different from the first channel state information. The first channel state information and the second channel state information may each include any one of RI, wideband CQI, wideband PMI, subband CQI, and subband PMI. For example, RI and wideband CQI, wideband PMI represent different channel state information, wideband CQI and wideband PMI represent different channel state information, for subband CQI, if the subband corresponding to subband CQI is different, it is also considered as different channel state information, for subband PMI, if the subband corresponding to subband PMI is different, it is also considered as different channel state information.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the second channel state information is a channel state information having a priority next to the first channel state information. That is, if the first channel state information is RI, the second channel state information may be at least one of wideband CQI, wideband PMI, narrowband CQI, and narrowband PMI, and in this embodiment, the second channel state information is wideband CQI/PMI, and further, the second reporting time is an original configuration reporting time corresponding to wideband CQI/PMI, where the second reporting time is determined by the UE according to parameter information used by the base station to determine the reporting time for reporting the channel state information, where the channel state parameter information is transmitted to the UE by the base station.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the time at which the first reference resource is located is different from the time at which the second reference resource corresponding to the second reporting time is located. That is, the time at which the original configured reference resource corresponding to the RI is located is different from the time at which the original configured reference resource corresponding to the wideband CQI/PMI is located. It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the time at which the reference resource is located may be represented by a time unit at which the reference resource is located; alternatively, the index number of the time unit may be expressed by an index number of the time unit, for example, when the time unit is expressed by a subframe, the index number of the time unit may be a subframe index number. Correspondingly, if the time at which the reference resource is located is represented by the subframe at which the reference resource is located, the different times indicate that the subframes at which the reference resource is located are not the same. If the time of the reference resource is represented by the OFDM symbol of the reference resource, the different times mean that the OFDM symbols are not the same.
It can be seen that, in the embodiment of the present invention, when the time at which the first reference resource corresponding to the first channel state information is located meets the preset condition, the reporting time of the first channel state information is updated from the first reporting time to the second reporting time. Because the reference resource different from the first reference resource exists between the first reporting time and the second reporting time, and the time range between the first reporting time and the second reporting time is smaller than the time threshold, the time range between the time at which the reference resource different from the first reference resource exists and the second reporting time is necessarily smaller than the time threshold, so that the channel state reported by the UE at the updated reporting time is close to the channel state experienced by the UE, the accuracy of the channel state information CSI received by the base station is ensured, and the data transmission reliability and the data transmission efficiency between the base station and the UE are ensured.
Optionally, after the UE determines a first reporting time corresponding to the first channel state information, the updating method for reporting the channel state information time further includes: and reporting the first channel state information at the first reporting time. That is, after the UE determines the first reporting time corresponding to the first channel state information, regardless of whether the subsequent UE updates the first reporting time, the UE reports the first channel state information at the first reporting time.
Optionally, after the UE updates the reporting time of the first channel state information from the first reporting time to a second reporting time, the updating method of the reporting time of the channel state information further includes: the UE reports the first channel state information and the second channel state information at the second reporting time; or, the UE reports the first channel state information at the second reporting time.
Optionally, after the UE reports the first channel state information at the second reporting time, the method for updating the reporting time of the channel state information further includes: reporting the second channel state information at a third reporting moment; the third reporting time is a channel state information reporting time adjacent to the second reporting time after the second reporting time; or the third reporting time is the reporting time of third channel state information, and the third channel state information is the channel state information with the same type in an adjacent period after the second channel state information.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart of a second embodiment of an updating method for reporting a time of channel state information according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, an updating method for reporting a time of channel state information according to an embodiment of the present invention may include steps S301 to S305:
s301, the UE determines a first reporting time of first channel state information and a first reference resource corresponding to the first channel state information.
If the UE reports the channel state information periodically, the channel state parameter information may include a reporting period and an offset in the reporting period, so that the UE may determine a reporting time for reporting the channel state information; if the UE reports the channel state information non-periodically, the channel state parameter information may include an uplink scheduling grant, and after receiving the uplink scheduling grant, the UE may determine the reporting time for reporting the channel state information according to a relationship between a predefined uplink scheduling grant transmission time and the reporting time, for example, for an LTE system, the uplink scheduling grant transmission time and the reporting time are both expressed by subframes, and the relationship between the predefined uplink scheduling grant transmission time and the reporting time may be 4 milliseconds.
Specifically, the current third generation partnership project 3GPP protocol defines the reference resources used for measuring CSI. In the definition, the reference resource includes a time domain resource and a frequency domain resource, the time domain resource is generally represented by the time domain resource corresponding to the time unit in which the reference resource is located, the time unit may be any one of a radio frame, a subframe, a time slot and an OFDM symbol, and correspondingly, the time domain resource corresponding to the time unit may be the time domain resource included in the radio frame, the time domain resource included in the subframe, the time domain resource included in the time slot and the time domain resource included in the OFDM symbol; the frequency domain resources are represented in the time unit, includingAll or a portion of the frequency resources. In the embodiment of the present invention, time domain resources included in reference resources are mainly discussed, and frequency domain resources included in reference resources are not specifically limited. For the time domain resources included in the reference resources, the time domain resources may generally be represented by index numbers of time units in which the time domain resources are located, for example, for the CSI reported periodically, if the time at which the CSI is reported periodically is a subframe with a subframe index of n, a subframe index of a subframe in which the CSI reference resources corresponding to the reporting time are located is n-m, where m satisfies the following condition: m is greater than or equal to 4 and makes subframe n-m the smallest integer value of an available downlink subframe or special subframe. The special subframe is a subframe format adopted in a TDD system, and includes DwPTS, UpPTS, and GP in the special subframe.
The reference resource in the embodiment of the present invention is located in a time period when a serving cell of the UE transmits data on an unlicensed frequency band; the reference resource includes a reference signal for measuring the channel state information, that is, the reference signal for measuring the channel state information is distributed in the reference resource, and the reference signal at least includes any one of the following: CRS, CSI-RS, DMRS and DRS, wherein the CSI-RS can also comprise NZP-CSI-RS and CSI-IM.
S302, the UE reports the first channel state information at the first reporting time.
In the embodiment of the present invention, since the UE cannot determine in advance whether a new reference resource exists between the first reporting time and the second reporting time, if the following step S303 updates the first reporting time to the second reporting time, the reference resource corresponding to the second reporting time may not be as close to the channel status experienced by the UE as possible, that is, the time range between the time of the second reference resource and the second reporting time may also meet the preset condition, that is, the second reporting time may not be a relatively suitable reporting time, and at this time, in order to avoid the situation of missing channel state information, the UE reports the first channel state information at the first reporting time, therefore, the base station can determine the channel state experienced by the UE by using the channel state information reported at the first reporting time, and further avoid the condition of channel state information loss.
S303, if the time at which the first reference resource is located meets a preset condition, the UE updates the reporting time of the first channel state information from the first reporting time to a second reporting time, where the preset condition is that a time range between the time at which the first reference resource is located and the first reporting time is greater than or equal to a time threshold, a reference resource different from the first reference resource exists between the first reporting time and the second reporting time, and the time range between the first reporting time and the second reporting time is smaller than the time threshold.
For example, according to the manner defined by the existing protocol, as described in the specific step of determining the reference resource in step S301, it is not repeated herein, if the determined reference resource is located in the time range that the serving cell does not occupy the unlicensed frequency band, i.e. the off-duration of the corresponding serving cell in the unlicensed frequency band, the determined reference resource may be considered as an invalid reference resource, because, before the serving cell performs data transmission in the unlicensed frequency band, the usability of the unlicensed frequency band needs to be determined by using a listening mechanism, e.g.
S304, the UE reports the first channel state information at the second reporting time.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the UE reports the first channel state information at the second reporting time. That is, the UE only reports RI at the reporting time of the wideband CQI/PMI, and does not report the wideband CQI/PMI.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the UE may report the second channel state information while reporting the first channel state information at the second reporting time. That is, the UE reports the RI and the wideband CQI/PMI at the same time at the reporting time of the wideband CQI/PMI.
S305, the UE reports the second channel state information at a third reporting time.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the third reporting time may be a reporting time of channel state information of a second reporting time that is adjacent to and after the second reporting time. That is to say, reporting time corresponding to the channel state information reported periodically is delayed in sequence, for example, the UE supports RI reporting, wideband CQI/PMI and subband CQI/PMI reporting, and the UE needs to report channel state information of 2 subbands, and then the order of reporting by the UE is: and reporting the RI at the reporting time of the wideband CQI/PMI, reporting the wideband CQI/PMI at the reporting time of the first subband CQI/PMI, reporting the first subband CQI/PMI at the reporting time of the second subband CQI/PMI and the like in sequence.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the third reporting time is an original configuration reporting time of third channel state information, and the third channel state information is channel state information of the same type in an adjacent cycle after the second channel state information. For example, the second channel state information is wideband CQI, the second reporting time is a reporting time for reporting wideband CQI, and the third reporting time is a reporting time for reporting wideband CQI next after the second reporting time. That is, the UE discards the second channel state information at the second reporting time, and reports the second channel state information at the next reporting time of the original configuration instead of reporting the second state information at the subsequent reporting time. For example, the UE supports RI reporting, wideband CQI/PMI reporting, and subband CQI/PMI reporting, and needs to report channel state information of 2 subbands, where the first channel state information is RI, and the second channel state information is wideband CQI/PMI, and then the order of reporting by the UE is: reporting RI at the reporting time of the broadband CQI/PMI, reporting the first subband CQI/PMI at the reporting time of the first subband CQI/PMI, reporting the second subband CQI/PMI at the reporting time of the second subband CQI/PMI, and reporting the broadband CQI/PMI at the reporting time of the broadband CQI/PMI.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart of a third embodiment of an updating method for reporting a time of channel state information according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, an updating method for reporting a time of channel state information according to an embodiment of the present invention may include steps S401 to S410:
s401, a base station sends channel state parameter information to UE, wherein the channel state parameter information comprises parameter information used for determining the reporting time of reporting the channel state information.
In the embodiment of the invention, the base station can periodically send channel state parameter information to the UE; or, the base station may also send the channel state parameter information to the UE after a preset time after the UE establishes a communication connection with the base station; or, the base station may also directly send the channel state parameter information to the UE after the UE establishes the communication connection with the base station, and the like, which is not limited in the present invention.
S402, the UE receives the channel state parameter information sent by the base station.
S403, the UE determines a first reporting time of first channel state information and a first reference resource corresponding to the first channel state information according to the channel state parameter information.
In the embodiment of the invention, the UE determines the first channel state informationThe specific implementation of the corresponding first reference resource is as follows: and the UE determines a first reference resource corresponding to the first channel state information according to the first reporting time of the first channel state information. Specifically, the current third generation partnership project 3GPP protocol defines the reference resources used for measuring CSI. It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the subframe index may be used in one radio frameThe number of the subframe is denoted by, for example, one radio frame includes 10 subframes, and the subframe index in one radio frame may be denoted by k, where k is any integer from 0 to 9, in which case, if the above-mentioned n-m is less than 0, it means that the subframe corresponding to n-m precedes the radio frame where the subframe n is located, and if n-m is greater than 9, it means that the subframe corresponding to n-m follows the radio frame where the subframe n is located; on the other hand, the subframe index can also be used
Where nf represents a radio frame index number, which can be any integer from 0 to 1023, ns represents a slot index number, which can be any integer from 0 to 19,
indicating that x is rounded down and the "/" indicates a division operator.
S404, the UE reports the first channel state information at the first reporting time.
In the embodiment of the present invention, because the UE cannot determine in advance whether a new reference resource exists between the first reporting time and the second reporting time, if the following step S406 updates the first reporting time to the second reporting time, the reference resource corresponding to the second reporting time still satisfies the preset condition, that is, the time range between the time at which the second reference resource exists and the second reporting time may also meet the preset condition, that is, the second reporting time may not be a relatively proper reporting time, and at this time, to avoid the situation of channel state information loss, the UE reports the first channel state information at the first reporting time, so that the base station can determine the channel state experienced by the UE by using the channel state information reported at the first reporting time, thereby avoiding the situation of channel state information loss.
S405, the base station receives the first channel state information reported by the UE at a first reporting time.
S406, if the time at which the first reference resource is located meets a preset condition, the UE updates the reporting time of the first channel state information from the first reporting time to a second reporting time, where the preset condition is that a time range between the time at which the first reference resource is located and the first reporting time is greater than or equal to a time threshold, a reference resource different from the first reference resource exists between the first reporting time and the second reporting time, and the time range between the first reporting time and the second reporting time is smaller than the time threshold.
For example, according to the manner defined by the existing protocol, as described in the specific step of determining the reference resource in step S401, it is not repeated herein, if the determined reference resource is located in the time range that the serving cell does not occupy the unlicensed frequency band, i.e. the off-duration of the corresponding serving cell in the unlicensed frequency band, the determined reference resource may be considered as an invalid reference resource, because, before the serving cell performs data transmission in the unlicensed frequency band, the usability of the unlicensed frequency band needs to be determined by using a listening mechanism, e.g.
2b is a schematic diagram of data transmission of an unlicensed frequency band, and the reference resource different from the first reference resource is used by a serving cell serving a UE to preempt the unlicensed frequency band resource between a first reporting time and a second reporting time. If the reference resource of the first reference resource is different between the first reporting time and the second reporting time, it is obvious that the reference resource corresponding to the second channel state information is similar to the reference resource corresponding to the first channel state information, and therefore, the time range between the reference resource corresponding to the second reporting time and the second reporting time may still meet the preset condition.
That is, the time at which the original deterministic reference resource corresponding to RI is located is different from the time at which the original deterministic reference resource corresponding to wideband CQI/PMI is located.
S407, the UE reports the first channel state information at the second reporting time.
S408, the base station receives the first channel state information reported by the UE at the second reporting time.
S409, the UE reports the second channel state information at a third reporting time.
S410, the base station receives the second channel state information reported by the UE at the third reporting time.
