Disclosure of Invention
Problems to be solved by the invention
However, the bottom plate of such a bed has the following problems: because of insufficient ventilation, moisture is easily saturated, and mold and bacteria are easily propagated. Further, it has been proposed to provide openings or grooves in the vertical direction of the bottom plate portion to improve air permeability (patent document 1), but when such irregularities or the like are provided in the bottom plate portion, another problem becomes remarkable in that cleaning is difficult.
Beds used in hospitals, nursing facilities, and the like are used by repeatedly cleaning every time a user changes, and particularly beds used by patients with infectious diseases need to be quickly and reliably cleaned in order to prevent in-hospital sensing. In such a bed repeatedly used in a hospital, a nursing facility, or the like, it is required that the bottom plate portion has good air permeability and is easy to clean.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide a bed having a bottom plate portion which has bactericidal properties and air permeability and which is easy to clean.
Means for solving the problems
The bed of the present invention is characterized in that the bottom plate portion on which the mattress is placed is provided with a cylindrical pipe member on the inner peripheral side formed by framing the four sides by a vertical frame member extending in the bed longitudinal direction and a horizontal frame member extending in the bed width direction, the pipe member being rotatable about an axis and having both end portions mounted on the vertical frame member so as to be slidable in the bed longitudinal direction, and a plurality of the pipe members being arranged in the bed longitudinal direction, and at least the outer surface of the pipe member being formed of tin.
Another aspect of the present invention is characterized in that the bottom plate portion on which the mattress is placed includes a cylindrical pipe member on an inner peripheral side formed by framing the four sides by a vertical frame member extending in the bed longitudinal direction and a horizontal frame member extending in the bed width direction, the pipe member being rotatable about an axis line and having both end portions mounted on the vertical frame member so as to be slidable in the bed longitudinal direction, and a plurality of the pipe members being arranged in the bed longitudinal direction, and the pipe member made of resin and the pipe member having at least an outer surface made of tin are arranged in an arbitrary order.
Preferably, when the pipe member is made of resin, the resin is mixed with an antibacterial agent.
Preferably, the vertical frame member has a plurality of through holes in a width direction of the bed.
Effects of the invention
According to the present invention, since the bottom plate portion of the bed is configured by disposing the plurality of pipe members, the pipe members are not only excellent in air permeability between the pipe members, but also easy to clean because the pipe members can rotate around the axis and slide in the longitudinal direction of the bed.
Further, since at least the outer surface of the pipe member is covered with tin, the bed can be kept clean for a long time by the bactericidal effect of tin. Further, tin is less likely to rust and does not change color as much as copper does. Therefore, aging is not significant even after long-term use, and a good appearance with a high-grade feeling and a clean feeling can be maintained by the luster peculiar to tin.
In addition, in the bottom plate portion, if a pipe member having at least an outer surface formed of tin and a pipe member formed of resin are arranged in an arbitrary order, a sterilization effect can be obtained, and adjustment in terms of cost can be performed. When a pipe member made of resin is used, if a material in which an antibacterial agent is mixed with the resin is used, an antibacterial effect can be further expected.
Since the plurality of through holes are provided in the vertical frame member over which the pipe members are laid, the ventilation in the bottom plate portion from the vertical frame member into the holes of the pipe members can be ensured more effectively, and it is effective for keeping the bed clean.

Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. The bed of the present embodiment is not particularly limited in its application, but is a bed mainly used in hospitals, nursing facilities, and the like, and is configured to be repeatedly used by being washed. As shown in fig. 1, the bed comprises: a bottom plate 1 as a sleeping berth, armrests 2, a head side plate 31, a foot side plate 32, a bed frame 4, and a lifting mechanism 5. The lifting mechanism 5 supports the bed frame 4, and the bed frame 4 supports the bottom plate 1.
The bottom plate part 1 is supported by a bed frame 4 having at least four sides forming a frame, and is used by laying a mattress on the upper surface thereof, and moves up and down with the lifting of the bed frame 4. As shown in fig. 2, the bottom plate 1 is divided into a back bottom plate 11, a waist bottom plate 12, a hip bottom plate 13, a thigh bottom plate 14, and a foot bottom plate 15 from the head side toward the foot side of the bed, and a connecting shaft 8 is disposed between the bottom plates, and the bottom plates are connected to each other in the longitudinal direction of the bed via the connecting shaft 8. Since each bottom plate portion is detachably attached to the connecting shaft 8, it is convenient when moving the bed or when cleaning the bed.
Each bottom plate portion is framed on its four sides by a vertical frame member 71 extending in the longitudinal direction of the bed and a horizontal frame member 72 extending in the width direction of the bed, and a plurality of cylindrical pipe members 6 are arranged on the inner periphery of the frame. Specifically, the vertical frame members 71, 71 have a substantially C-shaped cross section having an opening on the inner peripheral side, and both ends of the pipe member 6 are inserted into and bridged over the openings of the vertical frame members 71, 71. Fig. 3 is an explanatory diagram for explaining the structure of the bottom plate portion 1, and is a longitudinal sectional view of the bottom plate portion 1. The vertical frame members 71, 71 are not members for fixing both longitudinal end portions of the pipe member 6, and the width of the opening of the vertical frame member 71 over which the pipe member 6 is stretched is larger than the diameter of the pipe member 6, so that the pipe member 6 can rotate around the axis. Further, the vertical frame member 71 has a plurality of pipe members 6 arranged in line in the longitudinal direction of the bed to form each floor portion, but the pipe members 6 are not arranged without gaps, and the pipe members 6 are arranged with gaps therebetween to such an extent that the pipe members 6 do not fall off from the openings of the vertical frame members 71, so that the pipe members 6 can be slid in the longitudinal direction of the bed.
As shown in fig. 4, a plurality of through holes 73 are provided in the side surface of the vertical frame member 71. Specifically, the through-hole 73 is provided so as to penetrate in the width direction of the bed, and a plurality of through-holes 73 are provided so as to correspond to the holes of the tube member 6. The hole of the tube member 6 and the through hole 73 can ensure air permeability more effectively. The shape and number of the through holes 73 are not particularly limited, and may be arbitrarily provided in consideration of air permeability and resistance.
The pipe member 6 forming the bottom plate portion 1 is a cylindrical member, and a hole of the cylinder penetrates in the longitudinal direction. The material of the pipe member 6 is not limited, but at least the outer surface is preferably formed of tin, and for example, an aluminum cylindrical member can be used by coating the outer surface with a tin film. Further, the resin pipe member 6 and the pipe member 6 having at least an outer surface formed of tin may be arranged in any order, but when the pipe member 6 is made of resin, it is preferable to add an antibacterial agent. For example, if the bottom plate portion 1 is formed by alternately arranging the resin pipe member 6 to which the antibacterial agent is added and the pipe member 6 having at least the outer surface formed of tin, a balance between antibacterial property and bactericidal property and cost can be achieved.
The connecting shafts 8 are cylindrical or columnar members, and are disposed one each between the bottom plate portions, four in total. The material of the connecting shaft 8 is not limited, but is preferably made of metal in order to secure sufficient strength. In addition, as in the case of the pipe member 6, a material having at least an outer surface formed of tin may be used.
The lifting mechanism 5 is located below the bottom plate 1 and the bed frame 4, and various mechanisms generally used in beds can be used. Fig. 5 shows an example of use of the embodiment of the present invention. The dotted line represents an example of the movement region of the lifting mechanism 5. As described above, it is preferable that the configuration is such that the actuator 51 is interposed, and the shape of the bottom plate portion 1 is changed by pushing up the back bottom plate 11 and the thigh bottom plate 14 by the plurality of links 52, thereby changing the posture of the user or lifting up and down the bed frame 4. The actuator 51 may be manual or electric. In order to easily move the bed, the lifting mechanism 5 is preferably provided with casters 9.
The armrest 2 is detachably attached to the bed frame 4, but the material and form are not limited, and a commonly used structure may be used.
A head side plate 31 is provided at one end in the longitudinal direction of the bed, and a foot side plate 32 is provided at the other end in the longitudinal direction of the bed. The head side plate 31 and the foot side plate 32 are attached to the frame 4 and move up and down in accordance with the up and down movement of the frame 4. The material of the head side plate 31 and the foot side plate 32 is not limited, and may be, for example, wood or resin.
The bed configured as above may be used together with a liftable stretcher (not shown) in order to move a user who is physically handicapped from the bed, for example. In this case, if a connection portion (not shown) for fixing the stretcher to the bed is provided in the lifting mechanism 5 of the bed, it is possible to prevent the stretcher from rolling off when the user moves from the bed, and to ensure safety.
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments. For example, the bed does not necessarily have to include the lifting mechanism, and the bottom plate portion in the case where the lifting mechanism is not provided may not be configured by being divided into the bottom plate portions. The armrest, the head side plate, and the foot side plate may be in any form.
