The fuse is an electrical element which is arranged in a circuit and ensures the safe operation of the circuit, and most of the fuses are tubular fuses which are used in daily life, and the external materials of the fuses are usually ceramic or glass; fuse holder refers to the seat that is used for installing the fuse, and is used for electrical equipment pencil, mechanical pencil etc. on the fuse holder that exists in the market now generally adopts screw tightening or plug-in type, and the main defect of present application lies in: when the screw thread tightening type fuse holder is used for replacing a blown fuse, the situation that the fuse holder slides and is twisted off often occurs; because the fuse is fixed by the metal reed, the fuse holder is difficult to replace, the breakage phenomenon of a fuse glass tube or a ceramic tube is often caused, and the fuse holder is large in size and not suitable for being used on a wire harness. When the existing fuse holder is used for replacing the fuse, if no experienced person operates the fuse by mistake, the damage such as harness short circuit and personal injury can occur. And if the fuse tube of the fuse seat is damaged, the wire harness is cut off and welded again, so that the operation is troublesome.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problem of difficult fuse replacement in the prior art, and provides a fuse holder which is provided with a spring, a ratchet wheel and a ratchet wheel key, wherein the ratchet wheel arranged at one end of the fuse holder can be quickly taken out through the ratchet wheel key, so that the fuse in the fuse holder can be quickly replaced, and the operation is very convenient.
In order to achieve the above object, an embodiment of the present invention provides a fuse holder including a fuse tube for accommodating a fuse, both ends of the fuse being connected with a wire harness, one end of an inside of the fuse tube being provided with a spring, the other end of the inside of the fuse tube being removably provided with a ratchet, the fuse holder further including a ratchet key for taking out the ratchet.

Fig. 1 shows a schematic structure of a fuse tube according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a fuse holder that may include a fuse tube 2 for accommodating a fuse 1, both ends of the fuse 1 may be connected with a wire harness 3 to conduct an entire circuit, one end of the inside of the fuse tube 2 may be provided with a spring 4, the other end of the inside of the fuse tube 3 may be removably provided with a ratchet 5, and the fuse holder may further include a ratchet key 6 for removing the ratchet 5. When the fuse holder provided by the embodiment of the invention is used, when the fuse needs to be replaced, the ratchet key 6 can be inserted into the other end of the fuse tube 2, the ratchet 5 can be taken out under the action of the spring 4, and then the fuse 1 can be ejected out of the fuse tube, so that the fuse is replaced, and the operation is very quick and convenient.
The outer circumferential surface of the ratchet wheel 5 may be provided with a plurality of first protrusions, and the other end of the fuse tube 2 is provided with a first relief groove corresponding to the plurality of first protrusions on the ratchet wheel 5. The ratchet wheel 5 can be taken out or put in by aligning the first protrusions on the ratchet wheel 5 with the first giving grooves on the other end of the fuse tube 2, thereby realizing the replacement of the fuse.

In using the fuse holder provided by the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the ratchet 5 may be installed into the fuse holder by the ratchet key 6 (the first protrusions on the ratchet 5 are aligned with the first relief grooves on the other end of the fuse tube 2), and then the ratchet 5 is rotated by a certain angle, so that the first protrusions on the ratchet 5 are not aligned with the first relief grooves on the other end of the fuse tube any more, so as to ensure that the ratchet 5 cannot be ejected from the fuse holder, and the fuse is normally used; when the fuse needs to be replaced, as shown in fig. 3, the ratchet key 6 can be inserted into the fuse tube 2, the ratchet 5 is turned by a certain angle, and the first protrusions on the ratchet 5 are aligned with the first abdicating grooves on the other end of the fuse tube 2, so that the ratchet 5 is ejected from the fuse tube 2, and the fuse 1 is ejected from the fuse tube 2, thereby realizing the replacement of the fuse.
The ratchet key 6 and ratchet 5 may have a variety of suitable configurations to enable removal or insertion of the ratchet 5 by the ratchet key 6. For example, the ratchet 5 may be provided with a key hole, and the ratchet key 6 may be inserted into the key hole of the ratchet 5 to rotate the ratchet 5, thereby taking out or loading the ratchet 5 to effect fuse replacement.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, one end of the ratchet wheel 5 may be a first serrated end surface, and one end of the ratchet key 6 may be a second serrated end surface that mates with the first serrated end surface of the ratchet wheel 5. When the ratchet wheel 5 needs to be taken out or put in, the second serrated end surface of the ratchet wheel key 6 can be matched with the first serrated end surface of the ratchet wheel 5, and then the ratchet wheel key 6 is rotated to drive the ratchet wheel 5 to rotate, so that the ratchet wheel 5 is taken out or put in, and the fuse is replaced.
Fig. 4 shows a schematic structural view of a ratchet key of a fuse holder according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, the outer peripheral surface of the ratchet key 6 may be provided with a plurality of second protrusions. The ratchet key 6 can be rotated more conveniently by the second protrusion to drive the ratchet 5 to rotate so as to take out or put in the ratchet 5, thereby facilitating the replacement of the fuse.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the first protrusions on the ratchet wheel 5 are provided in a zigzag shape, and the other end of the inside of the fuse tube 2 is provided with a third protrusion of a plurality of zigzag shapes which can be engaged with the first protrusions of the ratchet wheel 5. When the ratchet wheel 5 needs to be taken out or put in, the second serrated end face of the ratchet wheel key 6 can be matched with the first serrated end face of the ratchet wheel, then the ratchet wheel key 6 is pushed to drive the ratchet wheel 5 to move, when the first zigzag protrusions of the ratchet wheel 5 are to be matched with the third zigzag protrusions of the other end of the inner part of the fuse tube 2, the ratchet wheel key 6 is released, and the ratchet wheel 5 can automatically rotate by virtue of the guidance of the third zigzag protrusions of the other end of the inner part of the fuse tube 2 and the pushing of the spring 4, so that the ratchet wheel 5 is taken out or put in, and the fuse is replaced.
As shown in fig. 4, the ratchet key 6 may be hollow and provided with a second relief groove along the length direction to be engaged with the wire harness 3. When the ratchet wheel 5 needs to be taken out or put in, the wire harness 3 can be clamped in through the second yielding groove of the ratchet wheel key 6, and then the ratchet wheel key 6 is rotated to drive the ratchet wheel 5 to rotate, so that the ratchet wheel 5 is taken out or put in. In this way, the fuse can be quickly replaced without cutting the wire harness 3, and the trouble of cutting the wire harness 3 and re-welding is avoided.
As shown in fig. 1, the cartridge 2 may include a first component 20 and a second component 21, the first component 20 and the second component 21 being coupled by bolts. When the fuse tube 2 needs to be replaced, the fuse tube 2 can be replaced only by disassembling the bolts, and the wire harness 3 does not need to be cut off, so that re-welding is avoided.
The wire harness 3 may be attached to the fuse tube 2 by a variety of suitable structural forms, such as welding, bonding, riveting, etc. In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, in order to facilitate replacement of the fuse 1 and the fuse tube 2, one end of the wire harness 3 may be provided with a connection piece 30, and the wire harness 3 passes through both ends of the ratchet 5 and the fuse tube 2, and is clamped in the fuse tube 2 by the connection piece 30.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the connection piece 30 of the wire harness 3 connected to one end of the fuse tube 2 may be located between the ratchet 5 and one end of the fuse 1, and the connection piece 30 of the wire harness 3 connected to the other end of the fuse tube 2 may be located between the spring 4 and the inner wall of the other end of the fuse tube 2. The spring 4 may be made of an electrically conductive material, such as copper, iron, etc. The wire harness 3 is electrically conducted through the connection piece 30 to conduct the entire circuit without affecting replacement of the fuse 1 and the fuse tube 2.
In using the fuse holder provided by the embodiment of the present invention, when the fuse 1 burns out or needs to be replaced due to other factors, the ratchet 5 needs to be taken out first. The ratchet key 6 is inserted into the fuse tube 2, the second serrated end face of the ratchet key 6 is matched with the first serrated end face of the ratchet 5, then the ratchet key 6 is rotated to drive the ratchet 5 to rotate, a plurality of first protrusions on the ratchet 5 are aligned with a plurality of first abdicating grooves at the other end of the fuse tube 2, so that the ratchet 5 is ejected from the fuse tube 2, and the fuse 1 is ejected from the fuse tube 2, so that the fuse is replaced. Or the first protrusions on the ratchet wheel 5 are arranged in a zigzag shape, the other end of the inside of the fuse tube 2 is provided with a plurality of zigzag third protrusions which can be matched with the zigzag first protrusions of the ratchet wheel 5, then the ratchet key 6 is pushed to drive the ratchet wheel 5 to move, and the ratchet wheel 5 automatically rotates by virtue of the guidance of the zigzag third protrusions of the other end of the inside of the fuse tube 2 and the pushing of the spring 4, so that the ratchet wheel 5 is taken out to realize the replacement of a fuse. In addition, when the fuse tube 2 needs to be replaced, the fuse tube 2 can be replaced only by disassembling the bolts, the wire harness 3 does not need to be cut off, and re-welding is avoided. The fuse holder provided by the embodiment of the invention can quickly take out the ratchet wheel arranged at one end of the fuse holder through the ratchet wheel key, thereby realizing quick replacement of the fuse in the fuse holder and being very convenient to operate.

Within the scope of the technical idea of the invention, a number of simple variants of the technical solution of the invention are possible, including combinations of individual specific technical features in any suitable way. The outer peripheral surface of the ratchet wheel (5) is provided with a plurality of first bulges, and the other end of the fuse tube (2) is provided with a plurality of first abdication grooves corresponding to the plurality of first bulges;
