The invention discloses a magnetic switch and mechanical rotary handle two-in-one device, which comprises a connecting block, a magnetic switch, a rotary control switch and a handle device body, wherein the connecting block is connected with the magnetic switch; the connecting block comprises an upper connecting part and a lower connecting part, a control setting groove is formed in the handle device body, the rotary control switch is arranged on the control setting groove, and the handle part adopts an arc-shaped structure; the invention provides a magnetic switch and mechanical rotary handle two-in-one device which is simple and reasonable in structure and can strengthen tightness.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of mechanical equipment of drilling machines and cutting machines, in particular to a magnetic switch and mechanical rotary handle two-in-one device.
Background
The current hand-held motor-driven devices on the market mostly employ conventional, universal electrical switches for the start and stop of the motor, and for electrical safety, a certain level of waterproofing must be achieved as specified for such devices which require water cooling. The manufacturer generally adopts rubber parts and the like to seal the opening of the electric wire in and out and the moving part of the switch. Sealing elements often fail due to factors such as precision of processing and production, raw material grade, aging, etc. And because of the difference of the used places of the handheld device, the position of the auxiliary handle is often required to be adjusted, and when the handle is adjusted, the device is required to be put down, the fixing screw of the auxiliary handle is unscrewed, the position is adjusted, and then the auxiliary handle is screwed down again, so that the whole process is very inconvenient.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention overcomes the defects of the prior art, and provides the magnetic switch and mechanical rotary handle two-in-one device which has a simple and reasonable structure and can strengthen the tightness.

the handle device comprises a handle device body, a connecting block, a U-shaped groove, a rotary control switch, a first spring, a push switch button and a rotating shaft, wherein the connecting block is connected with the external motor body, the U-shaped groove is formed in one end of the handle device body corresponding to the connecting block, the rotary control switch is matched with the U-shaped groove in shape, the rotary control switch comprises the first spring and the push switch button, the rotating shaft hole is formed in the middle of the push switch button, the rotating shaft penetrates through the rotating shaft hole to rotatably mount the push switch button on two side groove walls of the U-shaped groove, and the first spring is arranged at the bottom of the U-shaped groove far away from the connecting block;

The invention divides the rotor shaft and the output shaft into two parts, the rotor shaft is arranged in the sealed motor main body, the output shaft is arranged in the gear box, and the transmission of the moment between the two shafts is realized through the action of magnetic force, thereby ensuring the perfect sealing effect of the motor main body part. The invention perfectly solves the switch electrical safety problem of the handheld device using the water source. The invention adopts the shell of the motor part which is completely sealed, so that the switch is not physically connected with the motor, but adopts a mechanical switch mode, the switch is organically combined with the auxiliary handle, the electric part of the motor can be communicated through magnetic force only by pressing the mechanical switch, the motor is started, and the position of the handle can be rotated and fixed by one hand, so that the operation is safe, convenient and quick.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a magnetic switch and mechanical rotary handle two-in-one device comprises a connecting block 1, a rotary control switch 2, a magnetic switch locking device 3a, a magnetic switch 3b and a handle device body 4. The connecting block 1 is used for connecting the handle device body 4 to the external connection, the connecting block 1 comprises an upper connecting part 11 and a lower connecting part 12, and the upper connecting part 11 and the lower connecting part 12 are integrated with the external motor body 37 through mechanical connection. One end of the upper connecting part/lower connecting part is provided with a longitudinal nut connecting hole 13, the other end of the lower connecting part/upper connecting part corresponding to the upper connecting part/lower connecting part is provided with a thread groove, and the upper connecting part 11 and the lower connecting part 12 are connected through bolts. Thus, the tightening degree can be adjusted by adjusting the bolts. The connecting block 1 is also connected with the handle device body 4 through bolts, and a transverse nut connecting hole 14 is formed in the position, corresponding to the handle device body 4, of the connecting block 1; the number of the transverse nut connecting holes 14 is four. The handle device body 4 is fixed by the transverse nut connecting hole 14.
The handle device comprises a handle device body 4, a rotary control switch 2, a connecting ring and a rotary control switch 2, wherein the U-shaped groove is formed in a groove connected with an external motor body 37, the rotary control switch 2 comprises a first spring 22 and a push switch button 23, a rotating shaft hole is formed in the middle of the push switch button 23 and penetrates through the rotating shaft hole to rotatably install the push switch button on two groove walls of the U-shaped groove, a magnet 21 is arranged below one end of the push switch button 23, close to a connecting block 1, of the push switch button, the first spring 22 is arranged at the bottom of the U-shaped groove far away from the connecting block 1, the external motor body 37 is connected with the handle device body 4 through a motor rotating shaft, the connecting ring is provided with four connecting grooves uniformly distributed on the motor rotating shaft, and the rotary control switch 2 can move to any one of the connecting grooves of the external motor body 37 so as to relatively fix the external motor body and the handle device body. The rotary handle switch can rotate 360 degrees after being pressed down, the switch function of the magnetic switch is not affected, and the magnetic switch can be well restored in time. The switch 23 of the rotation control switch 2 is provided with a concave-convex friction surface.
The handle device body 4 is provided with a switch control setting groove; the magnetic switch locking device 3a is arranged on the switch control arranging groove, one end of the magnetic switch locking device 3a, which is close to the connecting block 1, is provided with a rotary connecting hole and a magnetic switch locking convex block, a reset notch is arranged at a certain distance away from the magnetic switch locking convex block by the magnetic switch locking device, a second spring 32 is arranged at the reset notch, and one end, which is far away from the reset notch, of the second spring 32 is fixedly connected with a positioning block 33. The positioning block 33 is provided with a through fixing hole.
The magnetic switch 3b is arranged on the switch control setting groove, the magnetic switch 3b comprises a magnet 21, a PCB board, a connecting part 35 fixed with the handle device body and a switch handle part 36, the connecting part 35 fixed with the handle device body is close to one end of the connecting block, the connecting part 35 fixed with the handle device body is provided with a third spring for convenient resetting, the switch handle part 36 adopts an arc-shaped structure, and one end of the handle part 36 far away from the fixed connecting part 35 is provided with a transverse limiting rod, so that the magnetic switch is well rotationally fixed by one hand. The top end of the switch handle part 36 is close to one end of the connecting block 1 and is provided with a groove for fixing a magnet, the magnet is installed in the groove, the PCB is circular, the center of the PCB is provided with a first magnetic sensor, and four second magnetic sensors are uniformly distributed on the periphery of the PCB.
When the magnet 21 moves from the second magnetic sensor position with the evenly distributed periphery to the first magnetic sensor position in the center, the sensor transmits a signal to the CPU on the PCB board, and the CPU sends an instruction to the power controller according to program setting, so that the power is turned on. When the magnet 21 moves from the first magnetic sensor position in the center to the second magnetic sensor position with uniformly distributed periphery, the sensor transmits a signal to the CPU on the PCB board, and the CPU sends an instruction to the power controller according to program setting, so that the power is disconnected.
Preferably, the handle device body 4 adopts a closed structure, and a cylindrical fixing piece is arranged at the closed position of the handle device body 4 for fixing. The magnet 21 is located inside the switch handle portion 36, and the charged portion of the PCB and the portion with the magnetic sensor are disposed in a sealed area of the external motor body 37. The two are not physically connected, so that the infiltration of water or other liquid can be effectively avoided.

the handle device comprises a handle device body, a connecting block, a U-shaped groove, a rotary control switch, a first spring, a push switch button and a rotating shaft, wherein the connecting block is connected with the external motor body, the U-shaped groove is formed in one end of the handle device body corresponding to the connecting block, the rotary control switch is matched with the U-shaped groove in shape, the rotary control switch comprises the first spring and the push switch button, the rotating shaft hole is formed in the middle of the push switch button, the rotating shaft penetrates through the rotating shaft hole to rotatably mount the push switch button on two side groove walls of the U-shaped groove, and the first spring is arranged at the bottom of the U-shaped groove far away from the connecting block;
the external motor main body is connected with the handle device body through a motor rotating shaft, a connecting ring is arranged on the motor rotating shaft, four connecting grooves are uniformly distributed on the connecting ring, and when the external motor rotates, the rotary control switch can move into any one of the four connecting grooves of the external motor main body, so that the external motor main body and the handle device body are relatively fixed;
