Abstract
本发明涉及电缆监控领域,具体涉及一种电缆监控装置。所述接口包括获取电缆或电缆接头运行状态信息的运行状态信息采集接口,以及获取外部环境传感信息的感应信号采集接口,所述电路板结构包括处理器模组和LPWAN传输模组,所述处理器模组分别与运行状态信息采集接口、感应信号采集接口和LPWAN传输模组连接。本发明通过在电缆或电缆中间接头处设置一电缆监控装置,获取运行状态信息以及环境感应信息,并通过LPWAN传输模组上报,实现电缆或电缆中间接头的运行状态的在线检测,并为配电网运行及设备状态维护提供决策;进一步地,还解决了地下电力电缆难以维护的难题,可有效解决电力系统运行中存在的实际问题,提高供电可靠性。

[0002] 随着经济的快速发展,高压电力供电线路的入地化成为趋势。然而,大多数电力电 缆沟道狭小封闭,难以清理维护;易发生积水,导致淤泥聚集、垃圾成堆。长期的污秽聚集、 电缆浸泡会产生诸如甲烷、氨气、氢气等易燃易爆气体;导致电缆老化加快,甚至威胁运维 人员的安全。
[0003] 根据不完全统计,由于电缆中间接头过热而引起的电缆火灾占电缆火灾总数的半 数以上,所以及时了解电缆中间接头的运行情况,关系到供电电网的安全。对电缆中间接头 的温升进行理论分析和实际运行情况总结,这两者都表明:在电缆中间接头处发生的故障 都不是突发的事故,往往是因为接头的各种故障产生了大量的热,导致电缆中间接头的温 度不断升高,从而不断地增大泄露电流和加剧接头绝缘材料的高温老化,最终导致接头的 热击穿甚至电缆火灾,由此可见电缆中间接头的温度是反映其运行状态的重要参数。因此, 不受外界环境干扰和不受强电磁场影响的电缆中间接头温度实时在线监测就显得非常重 要,能够及时发现存在的安全隐患。
[0004] 目前,对地下电缆运行状态的在线监测大致有三种方法:一是安装移动视频监控 系统,只适应于大型隧道,需要专项施工;而且只能通过红外摄像机测量温度。二是采用分 布式光纤测温,需要布设光纤,施工难度大;且光纤易损坏,且只能测温。三是基于GPRS的采 集终端,但通信质量差,功耗大,无法自供电,难以长期运行。上述各种方法,由于存在致命 缺点,难以大范围推广。

Claims (10)
1.一种电缆监控装置,其特征在于:所述电缆监控装置包括壳体、设置在壳体上的多个 接口和设置在壳体内的电路板结构,所述电路板结构分别与所述多个接口连接;其中, 所述接口包括获取电缆或电缆接头运行状态信息的运行状态信息采集接口,以及获取 外部环境传感信息的感应信号采集接口,所述电路板结构包括处理器模组和LPWAN传输模 组,所述处理器模组分别与运行状态信息采集接口、感应信号采集接口和LPWAN传输模组连 接; 以及,所述处理器模组通过LPWAN传输模组将采集到的数据信息发送至外部的网关路 由器,并通过网关路由器发送至云端;并且,所述处理器模组将采集到的数据信息进行本地 存储。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的电缆监控装置,其特征在于:所述处理器模组包括一分析判断 模块,所述分析判断模预设多个数据阈值,并将采集到的各数据信息分别与对应的数据阈 值进行对比分析,判断是否存在故障;以及,若有故障,所述处理器模组通过LPWAN传输模组 上传故障信息。
3. 根据权利要求2所述的电缆监控装置,其特征在于:所述处理器模组包括一定时触发 模块,所述定时触发模块定时触发唤醒处理器模组;以及,所述处理器模组还包括一事件触 发模块,所述事件触发模块预设多种事件,并在事件发生时触发唤醒处理器模组;其中,所 述处理器模组在被触发唤醒前处于休眠状态,并在被触发唤醒后通过接口采集对应的数据 {目息。
4. 根据权利要求3所述的电缆监控装置,其特征在于:所述接口还包括一外部触发接 □。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的电缆监控装置,其特征在于:所述电缆监控装置还包括LPWAN 天线,所述接口还包括LPWAN天线接口,所述LPWAN传输模组通过LPWAN天线接口与LPWAN天 线连接。
6. 根据权利要求1所述的电缆监控装置,其特征在于:所述运行状态信息采集接口与设 置在电缆或电缆接头上的温度传感器连接,获取电缆或电缆接头的温度信息; 或者,所述运行状态信息采集接口与设置在电缆或电缆接头上的电流传感器连接,获 取电缆或电缆接头的电流信息。
7. 根据权利要求1所述的电缆监控装置,其特征在于:所述电缆监控装置还包括获取外 部环境传感信息的环境传感器单元,所述环境传感器单元与感应信号采集接口连接;其中, 所述传感器单元包括湿度传感器、烟雾传感器、氧气传感器、可燃气体传感器、空气质量传 感器、红外接近传感器中的一种或多种。
8. 根据权利要求1所述的电缆监控装置,其特征在于:所述运行状态信息采集接口与设 置在电缆或电缆接头上的局部放电测量单元连接,所述局部放电测量单元获取电缆或电缆 接头的局部放电信息;其中,所述处理器模组采集局部放电信息,并判断是否存在故障,若 有故障通过LPWAN传输模组上传故障信息;其中,所述局部放电测量单元包括紫外检测模 块、臭氧检测模块和HFCT模块。
9. 根据权利要求1所述的电缆监控装置,其特征在于:所述电缆监控装置还包括GPS模 组,所述GPS模组提供位置信息。
10. 根据权利要求1所述的电缆监控装置,其特征在于:所述接口还包括微能信号采集 接口,所述微能信号采集接口与外部的微能采集单元相连;所述微能采集单元通过收集周 围的电磁场能量或热能,转化为电能,并通过微能信号采集接口供电至电缆监控装置。
