Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail with reference to the embodiments shown in the drawings, and reference is made to fig. 1 to 9, which are some preferred embodiments of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 6, the shelf 1 for a refrigerator according to the present invention is inserted into a compartment 20 of the refrigerator 2, the compartment 20 is divided into two adjacent shelf spaces by one shelf 1 inserted into the compartment 20, the shelf 1 has a shelf body 11 for placing articles, and a decoration strip 12 is fixed to the front side edge of the shelf body 11 in a shelf insertion direction f.
In the present invention, in order to prevent the rack 1 from scratching the side walls of the compartment 20 of the refrigerator 2 when inserted in the insertion direction f, the left and right ends of the molding 12 are each provided with an elastic buffer member, each of which at least partially protrudes from the corresponding end surface of the molding 12 to elastically abut against the corresponding side wall of the compartment 20 when the rack 1 is inserted into the compartment 20.

When the pressure is released, the spring 14 automatically returns, the moving portion 132 moves toward the end face of the corresponding end of the molding 12 by the elastic force of the spring 14, and the body portion 130 of the elastic piece 13 is expanded to the outside of the housing cavity 120.
In order to prevent the moving portion 132 from separating from the accommodating cavity 120 when the spring 14 is restored, the moving end 132 of the elastic sheet 13 is bent to form a blocking piece 1320 toward one side, a stopping portion 121 is disposed in the accommodating cavity 120 on a moving path of the blocking piece 1320, and the stopping portion 121 can limit the moving portion 132 of the elastic sheet 13 from further moving toward the end face of the corresponding end of the molding 12 when abutting against the blocking piece 1320. That is, in the present invention, the stopper 1320 is matched with the stopper 121, so as to limit the maximum protruding height of the body portion 130 of the elastic piece 13.
Referring to fig. 3, 4 and 5, the fixing portion 131 of the elastic sheet 13 has an arc 1310 bent into an arc shape, a central angle of the arc is greater than 90 °, a cylindrical protrusion 122 whose axial direction is perpendicular to the plane of the rack body 11 is fixed in the receiving cavity 120, and the arc 1310 is clamped on the surface of the cylindrical protrusion 122.
In order to facilitate the cylindrical pillar 122 to be clamped into the arc 1310, a guiding section 1311 is formed by extending an end of the arc 1310 away from the body 130 in a direction away from a center of the arc 1310. For the present invention, the rack body 11 and the decoration strip 12 are fixed relatively, specifically, in the embodiment shown in the figure, a bayonet (not shown in the figure) is formed on one side of the decoration strip 12 facing the rack body 11, and the front side of the rack body 11 is embedded inside the bayonet.
In order to reduce the manufacturing cost of the storage plate, the decoration strip 12 is provided with a hollow-out cavity 123, and as shown in fig. 3 and 5, a reinforcing rib 1230 is provided in the cavity 123. In the implementation process, the reinforcing ribs 1230 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the molding strip 12, and are used for reinforcing the strength of the molding strip 12 in the length direction.
On the basis of the above storage plate 1, referring to fig. 6, the invention also provides a refrigerator, which comprises a box body 2 with a compartment 20 formed inside, wherein the storage plate 1 is installed in the compartment 20.
Referring to fig. 6, 7, 8 and 9, a guiding portion for guiding the shelf 1 to be inserted into the compartment along an insertion path is disposed in the compartment 20, and in this embodiment, the guiding portion includes a pair of protruding strips 21 formed by protruding the left and right side walls of the compartment 20, and the lower surfaces of the two sides of the shelf 1 in the insertion direction f are respectively overlapped on the two protruding strips 21, so as to guide the shelf 1 to be inserted into the compartment 20.
In order to prevent the rack 1 inserted into the compartment 20 from moving easily, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, a pair of grooves 22 are formed on the insertion path of the rack at the positions of the left and right side walls of the compartment 20 near the rear wall in a back-to-back recessed manner for the insertion of the corresponding elastic buffers at the left and right ends of the molding 12. Specifically, in the process that the shelf 1 is inserted into the compartment 20, the elastic sheets 13 at the two ends of the decorative strip 12 are respectively abutted against the left side wall and the right side wall of the compartment 20, and based on the cooperation effect of the elastic sheets 13 and the springs 14, the side wall of the refrigerator compartment 20 can be effectively prevented from being scratched by the shelf; when the storage plate 1 is inserted to a certain depth, the elastic sheet 13 reaches the position of the groove 22, and based on the design structure of the elastic buffer described above, the elastic sheet 13 is unfolded under the elastic force of the spring 14 and is embedded into the groove 22, thereby solving the problem that the storage plate 1 is easy to be separated from the inside of the refrigerator compartment 20.
In the drawings of the present invention, a structure of one end portion of the decoration strip 12 and a corresponding structure thereof are shown, and it is understood that the other end portion of the decoration strip 12 and the corresponding structure thereof which is specifically matched with the other end portion can be referred to the above description.
